Claims (3)
- 内燃機関の制御装置であって、前記内燃機関の出力軸は、常時噛合い式のギヤトレーンからなる自動変速機の入力軸にクラッチを介して連結され、
前記クラッチの状態を検出するための手段と、
前記内燃機関の点火時期を変化させることおよび空気量を変化させることを含む方法により前記内燃機関のトルクを制御するための制御手段と、
前記自動変速機の変速時に前記クラッチが接続状態であるという条件が満たされた場合、点火時期を変化させる方法によるトルクの制御を禁止するための手段とを含み、
前記制御手段は、前記自動変速機の変速時に前記クラッチが接続状態であるという条件が満たされた場合、前記内燃機関に導入される空気量を変化させる方法により、前記内燃機関のトルクを低下させるように制御するための手段を含む、内燃機関の制御装置。 - 少なくとも、前記自動変速機の変速時に前記クラッチの切断が開始されてから、前記クラッチの切断が完了するまでの間は、前記クラッチが接続状態であることが検出される、請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記クラッチが切断状態となった場合、空気量および点火時期を変化させる方法により前記内燃機関のトルクを制御するための手段を含む、請求項1または2に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
