Description
[実施例1]
ニッケル71.4質量%、タングステン3.3質量%、モリブデン25.0質量%、その他、炭素、ケイ素、銅、硫黄、マグネシウム等の不純物の合計として0.3質量%の組成の出発原料をニッケル融点以上の温度で溶融した。この溶融物を金型に注入して常温まで冷却し、その後、熱間圧延、冷間圧延を繰り返して厚み0.2mm程度のロール材を作製した。ロール材を焼鈍し、表面研磨後、ロール材をプレス成形加工し、外径1.7mm、長さ5mmのカップ形状の電極を作製した。得られた電極の底面部に口径0.8mmのコバール線を溶接にて一体化した。
◎:カップ部の磨耗が極僅かにみられる。
○:カップ部の磨耗が認められるが、充分に使用可能である。
△:カップ部の磨耗が認められるが、使用には限界の領域である。
×:カップ部の磨耗が激しく、使用できない。
[実施例2〜4]
出発原料を表1に示す組成に変更した他は、実施例1と同様にして、冷陰極蛍光ランプを作製し、得られた冷陰極蛍光ランプについて、耐スパッタ性を評価した。結果を表1に示す。

Claims (2)
- 内壁面に蛍光体層が設けられ、内部に希ガス及び水銀を保持し、両端を封止部材により密閉された透明管と、該透明管の内部の両端部付近に設けられた電極と、該電極に接続され封止部材を貫通して設けられるリード線とを有する冷陰極蛍光ランプにおいて、電極が、タングステンを0.4質量%以上6.5質量%以下の範囲、モリブデンを3質量%以上35質量%以下の範囲、イットリウムを0.05質量%以上1.10質量%以下の範囲で含有するニッケル合金を含むことを特徴とする冷陰極蛍光ランプ。
- 電極が、コバルトの含有量が0.5質量%以下であり、鉄の含有量が0.5質量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の冷陰極蛍光ランプ。
