Claims (5)
- 第1遊星歯車装置および第1摩擦係合要素が収容された筒状ハウジングと、該筒状ハウジングの開口を塞ぐように該筒状ハウジングに固定される壁状のオイルポンプハウジングと、該オイルポンプハウジングの外周部から軸心方向に突設され、内周部には内周スプライン嵌合部が設けられた筒状の延設部と、該延設部の内周側に設けられた第1遊星歯車装置とを備えた車両用自動変速機であって、
前記第1摩擦係合要素は、前記第1遊星歯車装置のリングギヤと前記延設部の内周スプライン嵌合部との間にそれらを選択的に連結するために配設され、
前記内周スプライン嵌合部の前記オイルポンプハウジング側とは反対側の端部には、前記第1摩擦係合要素の摩擦板に当接してその軸心方向の移動を阻止するスナップリングが嵌め着けられ、
外周スプライン歯および内周スプライン歯を有する筒状スプライン嵌合部と該筒状スプライン嵌合部の一端部から内周側へ突き出す内周フランジ部とを備えた第1のハブが、前記第1遊星歯車装置のリングギヤの外周部と前記第1摩擦係合要素の内周部との間に該筒状スプライン嵌合部が位置してそれらと軸心方向の移動可能且つ軸心まわりに相対回転不能に嵌合した状態で配設され、
前記第1遊星歯車装置のリングギヤの外周部に形成された環状溝に軸心方向の移動不能に係合し、前記第1摩擦係合要素の前記オイルポンプハウジング側に位置する止め輪が、前記第1のハブの筒状スプライン嵌合部の内周面に形成された溝内に嵌め入れられ、
組立時には、前記オイルポンプハウジングの前記延設部側に位置する前記第1摩擦係合要素および前記第1遊星歯車装置が、該オイルポンプハウジングによって軸心方向において支持される
ことを特徴とする車両用自動変速機。 - 前記第1摩擦係合要素と前記オイルポンプハウジングとの間には、第2摩擦係合要素が配設され、
該第2摩擦係合要素の外周側は前記延設部の内周スプライン嵌合部に軸心方向の移動可能且つ軸心まわりに相対回転不能に嵌合されると共に、該第2摩擦係合要素内周部は前記第1遊星歯車装置のキャリヤに連結された第2のハブの外周部と軸心方向の移動可能且つ軸心まわりに相対回転不能に嵌合され、
前記延設部の内周スプライン嵌合部には、前記第2摩擦係合要素に当接してその軸心方向への移動を阻止するスナップリングが嵌め着けられ、
前記オイルポンプハウジングに形成された環状溝には、前記第2摩擦係合要素押圧するためのピストンが摺動可能に嵌め付けられ、
前記オイルポンプハウジングと前記ピストンとの間には該ピストンを駆動させるためのピストン室が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用自動変速機。 - 前記第1のハブは、プレス加工によって成形されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両用自動変速機。
- 前記第1遊星歯車装置のサンギヤは、回転可能に前記オイルポンプハウジングに貫通させられた入力軸の軸端と連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の車両用自動変速機。
- 前記第1遊星歯車装置の前記オイルポンプハウジング側とは反対側には第2遊星歯車装置が配設され、
前記第1遊星歯車装置のキャリヤには、該第2遊星歯車装置側へ伸びる円筒部が形成され、
前記第2遊星歯車装置のサンギヤは、一方の軸端が該円筒部に相対回転不能にスプライン嵌合するスリーブ軸の他方の軸端に設けられ、
該スリーブ軸の一方の軸端とそれにスプライン嵌合する前記円筒部とは、止め輪によって軸心方向の相対移動不能とされている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れかに記載の車両用自動変速機。
