Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an agrochemical granular wettable powder.
[0002]
[Background Art and Problems to be Solved by the Invention]
Agrochemical granular wettable powder is applied to crops after being diluted in water. The granular wettable powder is easier to handle than the wettable powder in that there is no powdering at the time of preparation of the diluted solution and the measurement by volume is relatively accurate.
However, when the dispersibility of the granular wettable powder in water is not good, non-uniformity of the active ingredient occurs in the diluted solution, which causes uneven dispersion when spraying the diluted solution. This unevenness of dispersion will cause a partial decrease in efficacy and phytotoxicity at the site of application.
[0003]
Further, when the granular wettable powder is produced, for example, by the most general extrusion granulation method as its production method, particularly when a granular wettable powder having a relatively small particle diameter is produced by this method, There has been a problem such as an increase in power consumption due to an increase in the load on the granulator, which contributes to an increase in production cost and a mechanical trouble due to an excessive load.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Under such circumstances, as a result of repeated studies on the agrochemical granular wettable powder, the present inventors have found that when talc and kaolin clay are used as the solid carrier in the granular wettable powder, the granular hydrated liquid is used. The present inventors have found that the power consumption in the production of the agent can be reduced, and have reached the present invention.
That is, the present invention relates to a granular wettable powder (hereinafter referred to as “this agent”) characterized by containing an agrochemical active ingredient, a surfactant, talc and kaolin clay, and a method for producing the same. .

The mixture was granulated with a basket type extrusion granulator equipped with a 0.8 mm diameter screen, dried at 60 ° C. for 10 minutes and then sized to obtain a granular wettable powder having a particle size of 297 to 1000 μm. .
[0020]
Comparative Example 1
After using Fubasami M clay instead of talc in Example 1 and thoroughly mixing in a mortar, the experiment was conducted in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the amount of ion-exchanged water was 14.5 parts by weight. Obtained a granular wettable powder of 297 to 1000 μm.
[0021]
Comparative Example 2
An experiment was conducted in the same manner as in Comparative Example 1 except that a basket type extrusion granulator equipped with a 1.2 mm diameter screen was used to obtain a granular wettable powder having a particle size of 297 to 1500 μm.
[0022]
Test example 1
The maximum power consumption during granulation in Example 1, Comparative Example 1 and Comparative Example 2 was measured using a power consumption meter.
The results are shown below.
[0023]
[Table 1]
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
