Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an opening / closing member and a gaming machine including a locking device for locking the opening / closing member.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, in gaming machines such as pachinko machines, since the inside needs to be routinely inspected, a front frame (also called a front door) as an opening / closing member is provided on the front of the gaming machine so that it can be opened and closed. In order to prevent the front frame from being opened without permission, the gaming machine is provided with a locking device. Such a locking device includes a cylinder lock that is operated using a dedicated key, and upper and lower hook members that are detachably attached to a pair of upper and lower locked portions provided in the gaming machine, respectively. In addition, there has been known one provided with an operation mechanism for operating the upper and lower hook members in accordance with the unlocking operation of the cylinder lock by a dedicated key. According to this locking device, in the locked state, the upper and lower both-side members engage with the corresponding locked portions, respectively, so that the front frame cannot be opened. On the other hand, when the cylinder lock is unlocked with the dedicated key, the upper and lower arm members are simultaneously detached from the locked portion via the operating mechanism, and the front frame can be opened.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in a conventional gaming machine with a locking device, a wire such as a wire is inserted through a slight gap formed between the gaming machine main body and the front frame, and a force is directly applied to the upper or lower hook member with the wire. In other words, there is a drawback that it is easy to receive an illegal act of detaching the both flange members from the locked portion. For this reason, even if the cylinder lock is not unlocked with the dedicated key, there is a problem that the locked state of the front frame is illegally released and the front frame is easily opened illegally.
[0004]
An object of the present invention is to provide a gaming machine equipped with a locking device that cannot easily release the locking state of the opening and closing member even if it receives an unauthorized operation from the outside, and has excellent defense performance against illegal acts (ie, crime prevention performance). Is to provide.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
  In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention, a gaming machine main body, a first opening / closing member opened and closed with respect to the gaming machine main body on the front side thereof, and the gaming machine main body or the first opening / closing member A gaming machine comprising a second opening and closing member that is opened and closed, and provided with a locking device that locks each opening and closing member;
  The locking device is
  The base frame,
One moving member provided on the base frame, moving in one direction in conjunction with an operation to one of the external operation means, and moving in the other direction in conjunction with an operation to the other of the external operation means,
  At least three first locking members provided on the base frame, movable to a locking position and an unlocking position of the first opening / closing member and biased in a locking direction;
  A plurality of second locking members provided on the base frame, movable to a locking position and an unlocking position of the second opening / closing member and biased in a locking direction;
With
Each first locking member moves to the unlocking position in conjunction with the movement of the moving member in the one direction, and each first locking member is independent when the moving member moves in the other direction. And configured to be held in the locked position by the biasing force,
The second locking members move to the unlocked position in conjunction with the movement of the moving member in the other direction, and the second locking members are independent when the moving member moves in the one direction. And configured to be held in the locked position by the biasing force,
Further, the locking device is provided with pushing means for pushing the unlocking opening / closing member unlocked when unlocking at least one of the opening / closing members.
[0006]
In this case, each opening / closing member has an opening / closing center on one side, the locking device is provided on the other side, the moving member is formed in a long shape so as to extend along the other side, and the moving member is formed in the longitudinal direction. It is preferable to be configured to move along the direction.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
First, invention groups that can be extracted from the present embodiment are shown as means n (n = 1, 2, 3,...), And will be described while showing effects and the like as necessary. In the following, for ease of understanding, the corresponding configuration in the present embodiment is appropriately shown in parentheses, but is not limited to the specific configuration shown in parentheses.
[0008]
Means 1. In a gaming machine including an opening / closing member and a locking device that locks the opening / closing member, the locking device is detachably provided to a lock operated using a key and a locked portion provided in the gaming machine. Thus, at least three hook members each capable of switching between a locked position that engages a corresponding locked portion and an unlocked position that disengages from the corresponding locked portion, and An operating mechanism that is involved in the transmission of the operation to each heel member, wherein the operation of the lock is transmitted to each heel member during the unlocking operation by the key, and the at least three heel members are simultaneously moved from the locked position to the unlocked position. However, even if each heel member is individually switched from the locked position to the unlocked position by an external force, it is configured to enable one-way motion transmission in which the operation of the heel member is not transmitted to other heel members. An actuated operating mechanism Gaming machine and butterflies.
[0009]
According to the gaming machine of means 1, during the unlocking operation of the lock with the key (that is, at the time of regular unlocking), the operation of the lock is performed through the operating mechanism configured to transmit the one-way operation. And all the flange members are simultaneously switched from the locked position to the unlocked position. Then, all the eaves members are simultaneously detached from the corresponding locked portions, the locking of the opening and closing members is released, and the opening and closing members can be opened. The On the other hand, a person with an unfair intention inserts a wire rod or the like into the gaming machine from the outside, forcibly switches the rod member from the locked position to the unlocked position by directly applying an external force to the rod member via the wire rod or the like. There are cases where unauthorized unlocking is attempted. However, even when such unauthorized unlocking is attempted, the operating mechanism has a structure that does not transmit the operation of the hook member to other hook members even if each hook member is individually switched from the locked position to the unlocked position by an external force. Therefore, even if one hook member is switched to the unlocking position, the other hook members are not switched to the unlocking position in conjunction with the unlocking position. That is, in order to succeed in the unauthorized unlocking, it is necessary to apply an external force to all the heel members at the same time and switch them to the unlocking position at a time. However, since there are at least three hook members (that is, three or more) and one person has only two hands, one person operates three or more wires and the like to three or more hook members. However, it is impossible to apply external force at the same time. Therefore, according to this gaming machine, the locked state of the opening and closing member cannot be easily released even if an unauthorized operation is received from the outside, and the defense performance against illegal acts (ie, crime prevention performance) is excellent.
[0010]
Mean 2. The at least three hook members are separated from the corresponding locked portions by switching the forward direction from the locked position to the unlocked position for some of the hook members, and the remaining hook members Is provided so as to be disengaged from the corresponding locked portion by switching the arrangement from the locked position to the unlocked position in the reverse direction opposite to the normal direction. The gaming machine described.
[0011]
According to the means 2, the unlocking switching direction from the locking position to the unlocking position is not aligned in a specific direction for three or more scissors, and the unlocking switching direction is correct for some of the scissors. In the direction, the unlocking switching direction of the remaining hook members is in the reverse direction, and the unlocking switching direction is in the reverse direction. For this reason, even if there are three or more heel members who have unfair intentions, it is necessary to grasp the appropriate unlocking switching direction for each heel member even if it is attempted to switch from the locked position to the unlocked position with a wire etc. Is not easy. At least it takes a lot of trial and error to grasp the proper unlocking switching direction for each saddle member, and it should take a long time and effort. Then, it is extremely difficult for a person with an unauthorized intention to release the locked state of the locking device in a short time, and the unauthorized unlocking can be abandoned. Therefore, according to this structure, the defense performance with respect to a fraud is further improved.
[0012]
Means 3. The at least three hook members are slidably provided between a locked position and an unlocked position for some of the hook members, and between the locked position and the unlocked position for the remaining hook members. The actuating mechanism includes an actuating member that is operatively connected to the at least three eaves members and is slidable in the same direction as the sliding direction of the slidable eaves member. As the operating member slides in the forward direction based on the unlocking operation of the lock with the key, the slidable hook member is switched in the forward direction from the locked position toward the unlocked position. It is possible to remove the corresponding locked part and change the arrangement of the pivotable hook member from the locked position to the unlocked position in the reverse direction opposite to the normal direction. The gaming machine according to the means 1 or 2, characterized in that detached from the engaged portion that.
[0013]
According to the means 3, some of the eaves members can be slid and the remaining eaves members can be rotated around the support shaft, and the operating member constituting the operating mechanism can be slid. By making it slidable in the same direction, several scissors members slide in the positive direction as the actuating member slides in the forward direction based on the unlocking operation of the lock with the key, while the remaining scissors members A link structure that rotates in the reverse direction is constructed between the lock, the operating mechanism (operating member), and all the heel members. And according to this configuration, the unlocking switching direction from the locking position to the unlocking position is not aligned in a specific direction for the three or more scissors, and the unlocking switching direction for some of the scissors Is in the forward direction, the unlocking switching direction is reversed in the reverse direction, and the unlocking switching direction is in the reverse direction. For this reason Even if there are three or more saddle members with a figure to individually switch from the locked position to the unlocked position with a wire or the like, it is not easy to grasp the proper unlocking switching direction for each of the saddle members.
[0014]
Means 4. The pivotable hook member engages with the locked portion on the distal end side and is operatively connected to the actuating member on the proximal end side, and the support shaft is connected to the distal end portion and the proximal end of the flange member. The gaming machine according to means 3, characterized in that the gaming machine is set between the two parts.
[0015]
According to the means 4, when the actuating member slides in the forward direction, the base end portion of the rotatable scissors member follows the actuating member and is displaced in the positive direction. Since the support shaft (rotation center axis) is set between the distal end portion and the proximal end portion of the flange member, the shaft is displaced in the direction opposite to the displacement direction (forward direction) of the proximal end portion. According to this configuration, it is possible to embody a saddle member whose arrangement switching from the locked position to the unlocked position accompanying the forward sliding of the actuating member is in the reverse direction with a relatively simple mechanical structure.
[0016]
Means 5. The actuating member is formed with at least three relief grooves corresponding to the respective flange members, and pins or engaging projections protruding from the corresponding flange members are inserted into the respective relief grooves. The gaming machine according to means 3 or 4, characterized in that.
[0017]
According to the means 5, at least three relief grooves are formed in the actuating member which is a main component of the actuating mechanism, and pins or engaging projections projecting from the corresponding flange members are formed in the respective relief grooves. As a result, the operating mechanism that enables the one-way motion transmission as described above is realized with a relatively simple mechanical structure. That is, when the actuating member slides in the forward direction based on the unlocking operation of the lock by the key, the actuating member transmits the operation of the lock to each scissor member, and simultaneously moves the at least three scissors members from the locked position to the unlocked position. However, even if the heel member is individually switched from the locked position to the unlocked position by an external force, the operation of the heel member can be controlled only by the pin or the engaging projection moving in the escape groove corresponding to the heel member. One-way motion transmission that does not transmit to the lock and the other heel member via the operating member is realized.
[0018]
Means 6. The biasing means for biasing the hook member from the unlocked position toward the locked position is disposed on each of the hook members. Game machines.
[0019]
According to the means 6, each of the three or more flange members is urged from the unlocked position to the locked position by the corresponding urging means. For this reason, even if a person with an unintentional intention tries to unlock the heel member individually using a wire or the like, an external force large enough to resist the urging force of each urging means is applied to each heel member. It is necessary to change the locking position to the unlocking position on the member. That is, in order to successfully unlock the opening / closing member, it is necessary to simultaneously switch all the heel members to the unlocked position against the urging force of the urging means disposed on each heel member. It is extremely difficult to apply such complicated and powerful illegal operations from outside the gaming machine. Therefore, according to this configuration, the defense performance against fraud is greatly improved.
[0020]
In the means 6, “the urging means is a spring” is preferable, and “the urging means is a coil spring” is more preferable. In the means 1 to 6, it is preferable that “the lock is a cylinder lock”.
[0021]
Mean 7 The locking device includes three hook members, an upper hook member, a lower hook member, and a central hook member disposed between the upper and lower hook members, and the upper and lower hook members are The sliding member is configured as a slidable scissor member that is switched in the forward direction when the actuating member is slid in the forward direction, and the central scissor member is pivotable that is switched in the reverse direction when the operating member is slid in the forward direction. The gaming machine according to means 3, 4, 5 or 6, wherein the gaming machine is configured as a bowl member.
[0022]
According to the means 7, when the operating member slides in the forward direction based on the unlocking operation of the lock with the key, the upper and lower hook members slide in the forward direction and are switched from the locked position to the unlocked position. The central hook member rotates in the reverse direction and is switched from the locked position to the unlocked position. In order to achieve unauthorized unlocking of the opening / closing member, an unauthorized person exerts an external force on the upper, middle, and lower three flange members using a wire, etc., and simultaneously applies these three flange members to the forward direction. Although it is necessary to switch to the unlocking position by sliding and rotating in the reverse direction, it is extremely difficult to add such a complicated unauthorized operation from outside the gaming machine. Therefore, according to this configuration, the defensive performance against fraud is improved.
[0023]
Means 8. In any one of the means 1 to 7, the gaming machine is a pachinko machine. For example, it is possible to win a game ball, and a valuable value (including not only a prize ball but also writing to a magnetic card) is given according to the number of winning. The pachinko machine has at least two special game states (a big hit state) that is advantageous to a player who can obtain a large number of game balls and a normal game state that is disadvantageous to a player who consumes the game balls. There are different types of gaming states.
[0024]
Means 9. In any one of the means 1 to 7, the gaming machine is a slot machine. Among them, as a basic configuration of the slot machine, “starting operation means including a display device for confirming and displaying symbols after variably displaying a symbol string composed of a plurality of symbols for identifying the gaming state according to the gaming state. Due to the operation of the operation lever (for example, the operation lever), the variation of the symbol is stopped, due to the operation of the operation means for stop (for example, the stop button) or after a predetermined time has elapsed, The game machine is provided with special game state generating means for generating a special game state advantageous to the player on the condition that the determined symbol is a specific symbol. In this case, examples of game media include coins and medals. The gaming machine includes at least a special game state (a big hit state) that is advantageous to a player who can acquire a large number of game media and a normal game state that is disadvantageous to a player who consumes the game media. There are different types of gaming states.
[0025]
Means 10. In any one of the means 1 to 7, the gaming machine is a gaming machine in which a pachinko machine and a slot machine are fused. Among them, the basic configuration of the fused gaming machine is provided with “a display device for confirming and displaying a symbol after variably displaying a symbol string composed of a plurality of identification information for identifying the gaming state according to the gaming state. The variation of the symbol is started due to the operation of the start operation means (for example, the operation lever), and the variation of the pattern is stopped due to the operation of the operation means for the stop (for example, the stop button) or when a predetermined time elapses. And a special game state generating means for generating a special game state advantageous to the player on the condition that the fixed symbol at the time of stoppage is a specific symbol, and using the game ball as a game medium, and the identification The game machine is configured so that a predetermined number of game balls are required at the start of information fluctuation and a large number of game balls are paid out when a special game state occurs. The above gaming machine has at least a special gaming state (big hit) that is advantageous to a player who can acquire a large number of gaming balls. There are two types of game states: a state) and a normal game state that is disadvantageous to a player who consumes game balls.
[0026]
Hereinafter, an embodiment in which the present invention is embodied in a pachinko machine as a gaming machine will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the pachinko machine 10 includes an outer frame 11, a front frame 12 (also referred to as an inner frame), a glass frame 13 in which a glass plate is fitted, and a game board 14. The game board 14 is assembled on the inner side (back side) of the front frame 12, and the front frame 12 and the game board 14 are integrated to form a front door. The front frame 12 is rotatably attached to the outer frame 11 via a pair of upper and lower hinges 15, 15 provided on the left side of the outer frame 11, and can be opened and closed with respect to the outer frame 11. The glass frame 13 is also supported by a pair of upper and lower shaft support portions 16 so as to be openable and closable with respect to the front frame 12. In the present embodiment, the front frame 12 corresponds to an opening / closing member.
[0027]
In addition, the front surface of the pachinko machine constituted by the front frame 12 and the game board 14 occupies the game board area defined by the glass frame 13 occupying the substantially upper half, the substantially lower half and the front frame 12 The operation area is divided. In the game board area, display devices, large and small winning holes, windmills, lamps, speakers, and other equipment and devices (all not shown) for enhancing game play are provided. On the other hand, the operation area is provided with a firing operation handle 17 for bullets, an upper tray 18 as a hitting ball supply tray, a lower tray 19 as an extra ball tray, and other instruments and devices.
[0028]
A vertically long locking device 20 is provided on the right side of the back surface of the front frame 12. The locking device 20 includes a front frame locking / unlocking mechanism that locks the front frame 12 to the outer frame 11 when the front frame 12 is closed and cannot be opened, and when the glass frame 13 is closed. This is a locking device for both the front frame and the glass frame, which includes a glass frame locking / unlocking mechanism for locking the glass frame 13 to the front frame 12 so that the glass frame 13 cannot be opened. In addition, inside the right side of the outer frame 11, three receiving metal fittings (upper receiving metal fitting 11a, lower receiving metal fitting 11b, and central receiving metal fitting 11c) are fixed as locked portions involved in locking the front frame 12. Yes. Similarly, the front frame 12 and / or the glass frame 13 is provided with a locked portion or a locked mechanism (not shown) involved in locking the glass frame 13.
[0029]
FIG. 3 shows the locking device 20 in a lying state, and FIGS. 4 and 5 show the vicinity of the upper end of the locking device 20 in an enlarged manner. The locking device 20 includes a frame body 21 that extends in the vertical direction (left-right direction in FIGS. 3 to 5) when attached to the pachinko machine. The frame body 21 is obtained by bending a long metal plate substantially at a right angle into a sheet metal into an angle shape (L-shaped cross section), and a first mounting plate 22 and a second mounting plate 23 that are substantially orthogonal to each other. have. The cylinder lock 50 is attached to the first attachment plate 22 of the frame body, and the locking device 20 is configured by attaching the actuating member 30 and the three flange members 41A, 41B, 41C to the second attachment plate 23. Yes.
[0030]
The actuating member 30 is a long plate-like member extending along the longitudinal direction of the frame body 21, and is provided so as to be slidable along the second mounting plate 23. The slide along the second mounting plate 23 of the actuating member 30 is based on the unlocking operation of the cylinder lock 50 with the dedicated key K, which will be described in detail later.
[0031]
Near both ends of the actuating member 30, there is an upper (right side in FIG. 3) collar member 41A that can be engaged with the upper receiving bracket 11a, and a lower side (left side in FIG. 3) that can be engaged with the lower receiving bracket 11b. The heel member 41B is slidably provided along the second mounting plate 23 of the frame. More specifically, focusing on the upper flange member 41A, as shown in FIG. 5, a guide pin 42 projects from one side surface of the upper flange member 41A, and the guide pin 42 is formed on the second mounting plate 23. The guide groove 24 is engaged. The width (height) of the guide groove 24 is substantially equal to the diameter of the shaft portion of the guide pin 42, but the head portion of the guide pin 42 is larger in diameter than the shaft portion, and the large diameter head portion is the second mounting portion. It is configured to slide in contact with one side of the plate 23. For this reason, the upper flange member 41 </ b> A is slidable within the range of the guide groove 24 while maintaining a parallel state with respect to the second mounting plate 23.
[0032]
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, there is a gap between the hook portion 43 protruding from one side of the upper flange member 41A and the hook portion 25 protruding from the first mounting plate 22 of the frame. A coil spring 44 as a biasing means is installed. The coil spring 44 constantly urges the upper flange member 41A and the guide pin 42 toward the upper end of the frame body 21, but the guide pin 42 comes into contact with the upper end portion (the right end portion in FIG. 5) of the guide groove 24. Further upward movement of the upper flange member 41A is restricted. As a result, the upper flange member 41A is positioned at the locking position (solid line position in FIG. 4) where the upper hook member 11a engages.
[0033]
Further, the upper end portion of the operating member 30 is disposed between the second mounting plate 23 and the upper flange member 41A. A relief groove 31 that accommodates the shaft portion of the guide pin 42 is formed at the upper end portion of the operating member 30, and the guide pin 42 escapes normally (when the upper flange member 41 </ b> A is in the locking position). It is located at the upper end (right end in FIG. 5) of the groove 31. When the actuating member 30 is moved downward by a predetermined amount from the standby position in FIG. 5 (leftward in FIG. 5) (see FIG. 6B), the engagement relationship between the guide pin 42 and the upper end of the escape groove 31 is obtained. Therefore, the upper flange member 41A slides downward together with the actuating member 30 against the elasticity of the coil spring 44. Accordingly, the upper flange member 41A is detached from the upper receiving metal fitting 11a and switched from the locking position (solid line position in FIG. 4) to the unlocking position (virtual line position in FIG. 4). On the other hand, since the escape groove 31 extending in the longitudinal direction of the operating member 30 is formed, the upper flange member is directly subjected to an external force (for example, an improper pressing force using a wire) to the upper flange member 41A in the locking position. Even if 41A is forcibly slid in the unlocking direction, the guide pin 42 only moves in the guide groove 24 and the escape groove 31, and the lower end portion (the left end portion in FIG. 5) of the guide groove 24 of the frame body. Further downward movement is restricted and the operating member 30 cannot be moved downward.
[0034]
Even when the actuating member 30 is moved up by a predetermined amount from the standby position shown in FIG. 5 (rightward in FIG. 5) (see FIG. 6A), the guide pin 42 of the actuating member 30 is removed due to the relief effect of the relief groove 31. The upward movement is not hindered, and the engagement relationship between the upper flange member 41A and the upper receiving metal fitting 11a is not released by the upward movement of the operating member 30. The structure of the lower hook member 41B and its surroundings is also substantially the same as that of the upper hook member 41A and its surroundings.
[0035]
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 7, a flat plate-like support portion 23 a that is a part of the second mounting plate 23 of the frame body is formed to project at the center portion in the longitudinal direction of the frame body 21. A center rod member 41C that can be engaged with the center bracket 11c is rotatably supported by the support portion 23a via a support shaft 28. The support shaft 28 is set between the distal end portion (upper end portion in FIG. 7) and the proximal end portion (lower end portion in FIG. 7) of the center rod member 41C. As shown in FIGS. 7A and 8, the center flange member 41 </ b> C can be engaged with the center receiving bracket 11 c on the tip side. Further, a guide pin 45 projects from one side surface of the base end portion of the center rod member 41 </ b> C, and the guide pin 45 is engaged in a clearance groove 36 formed in the operating member 30. The diameter of the shaft portion of the guide pin 45 is smaller than the width (height) of the escape groove 36, but the head diameter of the guide pin 45 is set larger than the width of the escape groove 36. Due to the presence of the guide pin head, the guide pin 45 cannot be removed from the escape groove 36, and the operation connection between the operation member 30 and the center rod member 41C is ensured.
[0036]
In addition, a coil spring serving as an urging means is provided between the hook portion 46 projecting from one side surface of the central rod member 41C and the hook portion 29 projecting from the support portion 23a of the frame body above the support shaft 28. 47 is installed. The coil spring 47 always urges the central hook member 41C in a direction in which the distal end portion (upper end portion in FIG. 7) of the central hook member 41C is rotated counterclockwise, but the guide pin 45 is supported by the upper end portion of the escape groove 36. By further abutting on (the right end portion in FIG. 7), further rotation of the central collar member 41C is restricted. Due to the biasing action by the coil spring 47 and the rotation restricting action by the guide pin 45, as shown in FIG. 7 (A), the central collar member 41C is positioned at the locking position where it engages with the central bracket 11c. The spring force of the coil spring 47 is small enough to help the positioning of the central flange member 41C, and the guide pin 45 does not force the operating member 30 to move upward based on the spring force of the coil spring 47.
[0037]
In a normal state (that is, when the central collar member 41C is in the locking position and engaged with the central receiving bracket 11c), the guide pin 45 is positioned at the upper end portion (the right end portion in FIGS. 7 and 8) of the escape groove 36. To do. When the actuating member 30 is moved down a predetermined amount from the standby position (leftward in FIG. 7) (see FIG. 7B), based on the engagement relationship between the guide pin 45 and the upper end of the escape groove 36, The center flange member 41C rotates clockwise against the elasticity of the coil spring 47. Along with this, the central collar member 41C is detached from the central bracket 11c, and is switched from the locked position in FIG. 7 (A) to the unlocked position in FIG. 7 (B). On the other hand, by forming the relief groove 36 extending in the longitudinal direction of the actuating member 30, an external force (for example, an improper pressing force using a wire) is directly applied to the central rod member 41 </ b> C at the locking position, and the central rod member Even if 41C is forcibly rotated in the unlocking direction (clockwise), the guide pin 45 only moves in the escape groove 36, and the guide pin 45 presses the lower end of the escape groove 36 to release the operating member 30. It cannot be moved down beyond the stroke required for the lock.
[0038]
That is, according to the central collar member 41C and its peripheral structure shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, when the actuating member 30 moves down, the central collar member 41C also rotates in the clockwise direction accordingly. Even if the actuator is forcibly rotated clockwise by an external force, a one-side motion transmission structure is constructed in which the operating member 30 does not substantially follow. Even when the actuating member 30 is moved upward by a predetermined amount from the standby position (moved to the right in FIG. 7), the center rod member 41C and its guide pin 45 cause the actuating member 30 to move upward due to the relief effect of the relief groove 36. There is no hindrance, and the upward movement of the actuating member 30 does not release the engagement relationship between the central collar member 41C and the central bracket 11c.
[0039]
Summarizing the operation relationship between the three flange members 41A, 41B and 41C and the operation member 30, when the operation member 30 moves up from the standby position, the three flange members 41A, 41B and 41C are the operation members. The upward movement of 30 is allowed unconditionally, and the locked state is not released due to the upward movement of the operating member 30. On the other hand, when the actuating member 30 moves down from the standby position, the three hook members 41A, 41B and 41C slide or move from the locked position to the unlocked position following the movement of the actuating member 30. Then, the engagement relationship with the corresponding metal fittings 11a, 11b and 11c is simultaneously released. That is, the operation member 30 having the relief grooves 31 and 36, the guide pins 42 and 45 engaged in the relief grooves, and the like enable one-way operation transmission from the cylinder lock 50 to each flange member. An operating mechanism is configured.
[0040]
As shown in FIG. 3, a pair of glass frame engagement mechanisms involved in locking or unlocking of the glass frame 13 are provided at the substantially center portion and the lower end portion of the frame body 21 and the substantially center portion and the lower end portion of the operating member 30. 33, 33 are provided. Each glass frame engaging mechanism 33 includes a sliding body 33a in which a guide groove (also serving as a relief groove) for engaging a guide pin protruding from one side surface of the operating member 30 is formed, and the sliding body 33a. And at least a coil spring 33b urging in the downward direction. The sliding body 33a as the engaging portion for the glass frame includes a mechanism for locking or unlocking the glass frame 13 provided on the front frame 12 and / or the glass frame 13 (the description is omitted because it is well known), and the operating member 30. And the state of locking or unlocking of the glass frame 13 is switched according to the position change of the sliding body 33a accompanying the vertical movement of the operation member 30.
[0041]
The glass frame engaging mechanism 33 also serves as a selective urging mechanism for selectively urging the operating member 30. That is, each glass frame engagement mechanism (selective biasing mechanism) 33 has no effect on the operating member 30 when the operating member 30 is moved downward, and unconditionally moves the operating member 30 downward. Although it is allowed, when the operating member 30 moves upward, it acts to urge the operating member 30 in the direction (left direction in FIG. 3) to return the operating member 30 to the original position (standby position).
[0042]
When the cylinder lock 50 is not operated with the dedicated key K (normal time), the operating member 30 is stably held in the standby position shown in FIGS. The standby position of the actuating member 30 is uniquely determined by engaging the lower flange members 41A and 41B and the pair of glass frame engaging mechanisms 33 and 33 via four guide pins. Is due to. Then, when an external force is applied to the actuating member 30 to move the actuating member 30 upward from the standby position, the two coil springs 33b attached to the pair of glass frame engagement mechanisms 33, 33 move the actuating member 30 to the original position ( Try to return to the standby position. On the other hand, when the operating member 30 is moved downward from the standby position, the two coil springs 44 assigned to the upper and lower flange members 41A and 41B attempt to return the operating member 30 to the original position (standby position). .
[0043]
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a cylinder lock 50 is provided on the first mounting plate 22 of the frame body at a position near the upper end of the frame body 21. In particular, as shown in FIG. 4, the first mounting plate 22 is provided with a pair of mounting support portions 26, 26 for cylinder locks protruding at a predetermined interval. A mounting flange 51 is integrated on the back side of the cylinder lock 50 (the side opposite to the keyhole). The cylinder lock 50 is fixed to the frame body 21 by placing the mounting flange 51 on the pair of mounting support portions 26 and 26 and then fixing the mounting flange 51 to the mounting support portions 26 with screws 27.
[0044]
A cam 52 is attached to a lock shaft 50a protruding to the back side of the cylinder lock 50 so as to be integrally rotatable. In particular, as shown in FIG. 5, the cam 52 has a first arm portion 54 and a second arm portion 55, and the angle between the arm portions 54 and 55 around the lock shaft 50a is about 80 degrees. Is set. On the other hand, the operating member 30 is formed with a first engagement groove 34 that can be engaged with the first arm portion 54 of the cam and a second engagement groove 35 that can be engaged with the second arm portion 55 of the cam. . In response to the operation of the cylinder lock 50 by the dedicated key K, the cam 52 rotates clockwise (see FIG. 6A) or counterclockwise (see FIG. 6B). When the cam 52 rotates by a predetermined amount in a predetermined direction, the first arm portion 54 or the second arm portion 55 enters the corresponding first engagement groove 34 or second engagement groove 35, respectively, and one end of the entered groove. The operating member 30 is pushed and moved in a specific direction by engaging with the portion.
[0045]
Next, the operation of the locking device 20 will be described. In a locked state in which the front frame 12 and the glass frame 13 are completely closed and the dedicated key K is not inserted into the keyhole of the cylinder lock 50, the operating member 30 and the cam 52 are arranged at the standby position shown in FIG. The In this state, the three flange members 41A, 41B, and 41C are engaged with the corresponding receiving brackets 11a, 11b, and 11c, respectively, so that the front frame 12 cannot be opened, and the sliding body 33a as the glass frame engaging portion. 33a are arranged at the locking position, and the glass frame 13 cannot be opened.
[0046]
When it is desired to unlock the glass frame 13 from the above-mentioned locked state, the special key K is inserted into the keyhole of the cylinder lock 50, and the special key K is viewed from the front (see FIG. 1) of the pachinko machine 10 in the left direction (reverse direction). Rotate clockwise. Then, as shown in FIG. 6A, the cam 52 rotates clockwise, and the second arm portion 55 of the cam enters the second engagement groove 35 of the operating member and the second engagement groove 35 It abuts on the upper end (right end in FIG. 6). Further, as the cam 52 is rotated clockwise, the operating member 30 is pushed by the second arm portion 55 and moves upward (rightward in FIG. 6). FIG. 6A shows a state where the cam 52 is rotated about 40 degrees clockwise. By rotating the cam 52 by about 40 degrees in the clockwise direction, the actuating member 30 is moved upward by a predetermined distance, and the sliding bodies 33a and 33a as the glass frame engaging portions are also displaced upward by the same distance. The glass frame 13 is unlocked. When the force of the hand that operates the key K is loosened when the glass frame 13 is unlocked, the operating member is actuated by the spring force of the coil spring 33a of the selective biasing mechanism 33 accumulated when the operating member 30 moves up. 30 is forcibly returned to the original position (standby position). Along with this, the cam 52 is also rotated back to the vicinity of the standby position.
[0047]
When it is desired to unlock the front frame 12 from the above-mentioned locked state, the dedicated key K is inserted into the keyhole of the cylinder lock 50, and the dedicated key K is viewed from the front (see FIG. 1) of the pachinko machine 10 in the right direction (clockwise). Direction). Then, as shown in FIG. 6B, the cam 52 rotates counterclockwise, and the first arm portion 54 of the cam enters the first engagement groove 34 of the operating member and the first engagement groove 34. It contacts the lower end portion (the left end portion in FIG. 6). Further, as the cam 52 is rotated counterclockwise, the operating member 30 is pushed by the first arm portion 54 and moves downward (leftward in FIG. 6). As the operating member 30 moves downward, the upper hook member 41A is pushed down together with the guide pin 42 by the end of the escape groove 31, and the lower hook member 41B is also pushed down. As a result, the upper and lower flange members 41A and 41B slide in the forward direction (leftward in FIG. 6B) from the locked position toward the unlocked position. Further, as shown in FIG. 7B, as the operating member 30 moves downward, the proximal end portion of the central flange member 41C is pushed down together with the guide pin 45 by the end portion of the escape groove 36, and as a result, the center portion The distal end portion of the flange member 41 </ b> C rotates clockwise about the support shaft 28. The turning direction of the tip of the central collar member 41C is opposite to the sliding direction of the upper and lower collar members 41A, 41B.
[0048]
FIG. 6B shows a state where the cam 52 is rotated about 40 degrees counterclockwise. By rotating the cam 52 counterclockwise by about 40 degrees, the operating member 30 is moved downward by a predetermined distance, and the upper and lower flange members 41A and 41B are slid downward (positive direction) by the same distance. Then, the engagement with the corresponding metal fittings 11a and 11b is released. Further, when the actuating member 30 is moved downward by a predetermined distance, the distal end portion of the central scissor member 41C is also rotated and displaced clockwise by a predetermined arc length (the reverse direction opposite to the positive direction). The engagement with the catch 11c is released. Thus, by the downward movement of the operating member 30 based on the regular unlocking operation using the dedicated key K, the three flange members 41A, 41B and 41C are simultaneously switched from the locked position to the unlocked position, and the front frame 12 is moved. Unlocked. When the force of the hand operating the key K is loosened when the front frame 12 is unlocked, the spring force of the coil springs 44 of the upper and lower flange members 41A and 41B accumulated during the downward movement of the operation member 30 is obtained. Thus, the operating member 30 is forcibly returned to the original position (standby position). Along with this, the cam 52 is also rotated back to the vicinity of the standby position.
[0049]
By the way, a person with an unfair intention, for example, inserts a wire such as a wire into the internal locking device 20 from the gap of the pachinko machine 10, and directly applies an external force to each of the flange members via the wire or the like to remove the flange member. There is a case where an unauthorized unlocking of forcibly switching from the locking position to the unlocking position is attempted. However, even if such an unauthorized unlocking is attempted, the operation mechanism of the locking device 20 does not change the operation of the rod member from the locking position to the unlocking position by an external force. The structure does not transmit to the member. Specifically, even if the upper hook member 41A (or the lower hook member 41B) is switched from the locked position to the unlocked position against the spring force of the coil spring 44 by using a wire or the like, it protrudes from the hook member. The guide pin 42 thus moved only moves in the escape groove 31 of the actuating member 30 and the switching of the arrangement of the rod member does not induce the switching of the arrangement of other rod members (the central rod member 41C, etc.). Similarly, even if the central hook member 41C is switched from the locked position to the unlocked position against the spring force of the coil spring 47 using a wire or the like, the guide pin 45 protruding from the central hook member 41C is Just moving in the escape groove 36 of the actuating member 30, the switching of the arrangement of the central rod member 41C does not induce switching of the arrangement of the upper and lower rod members 41A, 41B. Thus, even if one hook member is switched to the unlocking position using a wire or the like, the other hook members are not switched to the unlocking position in conjunction with the unlocking position.
[0050]
That is, in order for a person with an unauthorized intention to succeed in the unauthorized unlocking, it is necessary to simultaneously apply external force to all three flange members 41A, 41B and 41C and switch them to the unlocked position at once. However, one person has only two hands, and it would be impossible for one person to operate three wires or the like and apply external force to the three saddle members at the same time. Therefore, it can be said that it is extremely difficult to try to unlock the front frame 12 by applying an unauthorized operation from the outside without using the dedicated key K. Therefore, the pachinko machine 10 of this embodiment is excellent in the defense performance (namely, crime prevention performance) with respect to an unauthorized act.
[0051]
In the present embodiment, the upper and lower flange members 41A, 41B follow the forward sliding of the actuating member 30 based on the unlocking operation of the cylinder lock 50 with the dedicated key K, and the forward direction is directed toward the unlocking position. On the other hand, the front side frame 12 is configured to be in an unlocked state by rotating the central flange member 41C in the reverse direction toward the unlocked position. That is, the upper, middle, and lower three flange members do not have the same unlocking switching direction from the locking position to the unlocking position, and the upper and lower hook members 41A and 41B have the correct unlocking switching direction. In the direction, the unlocking switching direction is reversed and the center switching member 41C is in a state where the unlocking switching direction is reversed. For this reason, even if a person with an unfair intention tries to switch the three hook members individually from the locked position to the unlocked position with a wire or the like, it is easy to grasp the appropriate unlocking switching direction for each hook member. is not. At least considerable trial and error is required to grasp the proper unlocking switching direction for each saddle member, which should take a long time and effort. For this reason, it is extremely difficult for a person with an unauthorized intention to release the locked state of the locking device 20 in a short time, and the person can be given up on unauthorized unlocking.
[0052]
Further, in the present embodiment, each of the upper, middle, and lower three flange members 41A, 41B, and 41C is constantly urged from the unlocked position to the locked position by coil springs 44 and 47 as corresponding urging means. Yes. For this reason, even if a person with an unfair intention intends to unlock the hook member individually using a wire or the like, an external force large enough to resist the spring force of each coil spring is applied to each hook member. It is necessary to switch from the locked position to the unlocked position. That is, in order to successfully unlock the front frame 12, all the flange members 41A, 41B and 41C are simultaneously switched to the unlocked position against the spring force of the coil springs 44 and 47 disposed on the flange members. There is a need. However, if the spring force of each of the coil springs 44 and 47 is strong to some extent, it is extremely difficult to simultaneously switch the three hook members to the unlocked position against the spring force of the three coil springs corresponding to the three hook members. Yes, it can be said that such an unauthorized unlocking operation is virtually impossible. Therefore, according to this configuration, the defense performance against fraudulent acts is dramatically improved.
[0053]
  (Example of change)
In the above embodiment, the number of hook members involved in locking the front frame 12 is three, but the number of hook members may be four or more. Further, the present invention may be applied to a gaming machine other than a pachinko machine (for example, a slot machine or a fusion machine of a pachinko machine and a slot machine).
[0054]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the gaming machine of the present invention, the locked state of the opening / closing member cannot be easily released even when an unauthorized operation is received from the outside, and the defense performance against illegal acts (ie, the crime prevention performance). It can be improved dramatically.
