BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a detergent composition that is excellent in foaming properties and detergency and is mild to skin.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Detergent compositions that come into direct contact with the skin, such as shampoos and whole body cleansers, are also required to have low irritation to the skin in addition to detergency, foam performance, and feeling of use. In general, when an anionic surfactant is used as a cleaning component, it may be squeezed during shampooing, or if used for a long time, the hands and skin may be roughened. In addition, these surfactants are often used in neutral to alkaline conditions due to their high cleaning performance and foam performance, and are different from weak acidity, which is the pH of the skin, and may cause rough skin.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The objective of this invention is providing the cleaning composition which is excellent in foaming property and is low irritation | stimulation with respect to skin.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present inventors have found that a weakly acidic detergent composition comprising a combination of an anionic surfactant and a specific glyceryl ether is less irritating to the skin without impairing excellent foaming properties. I found it.
[0005]
The present invention contains (A) an anionic surfactant and (B) glyceryl ether having an alkyl group or alkenyl group having 4 to 12 carbon atoms, and the pH of a 20-fold diluted aqueous solution is 4.0 to 6.5. A cleaning composition is provided.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The anionic surfactant of the component (A) used in the present invention is not limited as long as it is used in an ordinary detergent composition. For example, alkyl sulfate, alkyl benzene sulfonate, polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether sulfate Salt, polyoxyalkylene alkenyl ether sulfate, sulfosuccinic acid alkyl ester salt, polyoxyalkylene sulfosuccinic acid alkyl ester salt, α-olefin sulfonate, polyoxyalkylene alkyl phenyl ether sulfate, glyceride sulfate, amide ether sulfate, Examples include fatty acid salts, alkane sulfonates, and α-sulfo fatty acid ester salts.
[0007]
Of these, alkyl sulfates and polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether sulfates are preferred, and those represented by general formula (1) or (2) are particularly preferred.
[0008]
[Chemical 1]
R 1 OSO 3 M (1)
R 2 O (CH 2 CH 2 O) m SO 3 M (2)
[0009]
(Wherein R 1 and R 2 represent an alkyl group having 10 to 18 carbon atoms, M represents an alkali metal, alkaline earth metal, ammonium, alkanolamine or basic amino acid, and m represents a number of 1 to 5) Show)
[0010]
One or more anionic surfactants of the component (A) can be used, and it is preferable that 5 to 50% by weight, particularly 8 to 30% by weight, and further 10 to 22% by weight is incorporated in the total composition. It is preferable in terms of foamability.
[0011]
The glyceryl ether of component (B) has a linear or branched alkyl group or alkenyl group having 4 to 12 carbon atoms, such as an n-butyl group, an isobutyl group, a tert-butyl group, an n-pentyl group, C4-C12 alkyl groups such as isopentyl group, n-hexyl group, isohexyl group, n-heptyl group, n-octyl group, 2-ethylhexyl group, n-nonyl group, n-decyl group, n-lauryl group In particular, it is preferable to have 1 or 2 alkyl groups having 4 to 11 carbon atoms, more preferably 6 to 10 carbon atoms, and especially 8 carbon atoms.
[0012]
One or more glyceryl ethers of the component (B) can be used, and 0.1 to 30% by weight, particularly 0.5 to 15% by weight, and further 1 to 10% by weight are incorporated in the total composition. It is preferable in terms of foamability.
[0013]
The cleaning composition of the present invention is preferably in the form of an aqueous liquid with water as a medium, and further components used in ordinary cleaning compositions such as propylene glycol, glycerin, diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, sorbitol, panthenol and the like Moisturizing agents; conditioning components such as cationic polymers, silicone compounds and derivatives thereof; pearling agents such as ethylene glycol distearate; nonionic surfactants such as polyoxyethylene alkyl ether and alkyl polyglucoside; amidopropyl betaine Amphoteric surfactants; cationic surfactants such as cetyltrimethylammonium salts; colorants such as dyes and pigments; viscosity modifiers such as methylcellulose, polyethylene glycol, and ethanol; pH adjusters such as citric acid and potassium hydroxide Salts such as sodium chloride, plant extracts, preservatives, disinfectants, chelating agents, vitamins, anti-inflammatory agents, anti-dandruff agents, fragrances, dyes, ultraviolet absorbers, antioxidants, water and the like, can be suitably blended.
[0014]
The detergent composition of the present invention can be produced according to a conventional method, and is adjusted so that the pH of the 20-fold diluted aqueous solution is 4.0 to 6.5, preferably pH 5.0 to 6.2. When the pH is less than 4.0, foaming is poor, and when the pH exceeds 6.5, irritation to the skin becomes strong.
The pH can be adjusted by a conventional method using an acidic substance whose 20-fold diluted aqueous solution can be adjusted to pH 4.0 to 6.5, for example, an organic acid such as citric acid or lactic acid, or an inorganic acid. .
[0015]
The cleaning composition of the present invention can be used as body cleaning agents such as shampoos, whole body cleaning agents, facial cleansers, hand cleaning agents and the like.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
The cleaning composition of the present invention is excellent in foaming properties and detergency, and is less irritating to the skin.
[0017]
【Example】
Example 1
A detergent composition having the composition shown in Table 1 was produced by a conventional method, and the foamability and irritation were evaluated. The results are also shown in Table 1.
[0018]
(Evaluation methods)
(1) foaming property;
A 20-fold diluted aqueous solution of the cleaning composition is prepared, and 100 mL of this solution (liquid temperature 40 ° C.) is injected into a 1000 mL graduated cylinder. Next, four stirring blades having a diameter of 5 cm were placed in this solution, and the volume (mL) of foam generated after stirring for 30 seconds at 1000 r / min was measured as the amount of foaming, and evaluated according to the following criteria. The stirring blade was inverted every 5 seconds.
A: Foaming amount is 200 mL or more.
○: Foaming amount 150 mL or more and less than 200 mL.
Δ: Foaming amount is less than 150 mL.
[0019]
(2) irritation;
A 5-fold diluted aqueous solution of each cleaning composition was prepared, and 10 mL of this aqueous solution was placed in a glass cup having a diameter of 3.5 cm placed on the forearms of 10 professional panelists and contacted with the skin for 30 minutes a day. After performing this continuously for 3 days, the skin condition was evaluated according to the following criteria.
○: No more than 5 people are allowed to drop.
Δ: Dropping is recognized by 6 or more people, but no erythema is observed.
X: Dropping and erythema are observed in 6 or more people.
