Description
13と混合,燃焼することで得られる熱エネルギーによってタービン3を回転させる。タービンからの排ガス14は、支燃用排ガス15として第二改質器へ一部送られ、残りのガスタービン排ガスは第一改質器4で原燃料20と改質蒸気18の混合ガスを部分改質する。第一改質器4で部分改質を行った排ガスは、スーパーヒータ6,蒸発器7,節炭器8で給水17を蒸気へ変換する。スーパーヒータ6出口の蒸気は、改質蒸気18とプロセス蒸気19へ分割される。第一改質器4で部分改質された部分改質ガス(混合ガス)21は、第二改質器5で補助燃料26,ガスタービンの排ガス15,水素分離後の残ガス24によって高温改質(800℃〜900℃)され、熱交換器9で第一改質器4入口の混合ガスと熱交換されたあと水素分離装置10にて水素22と残ガス23へ分離される。残ガス23は、運用条件により第二改質器への支燃用残ガス24,圧縮器11で昇圧しガスタービン支燃用残ガス25として利用する。また第二改質器にて改質を行った改質出口排ガス27はスーパーヒータ6出口の排ガスと共に蒸発器7,節炭器8で熱交換を行い、熱交換後の排ガス16を大気へ放出する。
Claims (5)
- ガスタービン排ガスの排熱を利用し、改質器で水蒸気と燃料の混合物から水素を生産するシステムにおいて、ガスタービン排ガスの排熱を利用して上記混合物の部分改質を行う第一改質器と、該第一改質器で部分改質された混合物を高温改質する第二改質器とを備え、ガスタービン排ガスの一部を第二改質器の支燃用排ガスとして利用するように構成したことを特徴とする水素生産システム。
- 前記第一改質器からの排ガスを前記改質用の水蒸気を生産する熱源として用い、生産された水蒸気を、改質用の水蒸気とプロセス蒸気に分割して利用するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素生産システム。
- 第二改質器出口の改質ガスと第一改質器入口の混合ガスの間に熱交換器を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜2の何れかに記載の水素生産システム。
- 前記第二改質器で生成された改質ガスを水素分離装置で分離し、水素分離後の残ガスを、前記第二改質器の支燃用残ガスして用いる請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の水素生産システム。
- 前記第二改質器で生成された改質ガスを水素分離装置で分離し、水素分離後の残ガスを、昇圧し上記内燃機関の支燃用残ガスとして用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の水素生産システム。
