前記基板は、前記半導体層が形成された側と反対側の面上にオーバーハング部を含む凹凸面を有し、
前記気泡担持体は、前記凹凸面上に形成され、気泡が前記オーバーハング部により捕獲されていることを特徴とする発光装置を提供する。

Claims (3)
- 所定の波長に対して透光性を有する基板と、
前記基板上に形成され、前記所定の波長で発光する活性部を有する半導体層と、
前記基板の前記半導体層が形成された側と反対側の面に形成され、前記所定の波長に対して透光性を有する気泡担持体とを備え、
前記基板は、前記半導体層が形成された側と反対側の面上にオーバーハング部を含む凹凸面を有し、
前記気泡担持体は、前記凹凸面上に形成され、気泡が前記オーバーハング部により捕獲されていることを特徴とする発光装置。 - 前記基板は、その表面に、前記凹凸面を有する凹凸形成層を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記基板は、その表面にエッチングによって前記凹凸面が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の発光装置。
