Description
1)加工品の油剤の付着量を調整する場合、加工品に付着している油剤の一部を除去する、又は、加工品に付着している油剤に新たな油剤を付加する方法よりも、加工品に付着している油剤の全部を除去し、新たな油剤を付着する方法の方が、油剤の付着量を容易に正確に調整することができる。
前工程で油剤が付着した金属、合成樹脂やセラミックの部品、製品やそれらの仕掛品の加工品は、脱脂液に浸漬し、脱脂液から出して水洗し、加工品に付着していた油剤の全部を除去し、
脱脂水洗した加工品は、水で濡れている状態のまま、水に水溶性油剤を溶解した油剤液に浸漬し、油剤液から出して乾燥し、表面に付着している水分を除去し、加工品に後工程に適した量と種類の水溶性油剤を付着することを特徴とする加工品の油剤付着方法。
油剤液の濃度を調整して、加工品に付着する水溶性油剤を後工程に適した量にすることを特徴とする。
油剤液に入れる水溶性油剤の種類を選択して、加工品に付着する水溶性油剤を後工程に適した種類にすることを特徴とする。
本例においては、加工品は、輸送機械の金属部品であり、材質がステンレス鋼である。この部品は、図1に示すように、「切削工程」、本例の油剤付着方法を実施する「油剤工程」と、塑性加工の一種である「かしめ工程」を順次通過する。
本例においては、加工品は、流体機械の金属部品であり、材質がステンレス鋼である。この部品は、図3に示すように、「切削工程」、本例の油剤付着方法を実施する「油剤工程」と、組立加工の一種である「圧入工程」を順次通過する。
本例においては、加工品は、内燃機関の金属部品であり、材質がアルミニウム合金である。この部品は、第2例におけるのと同様に、図3に示すように、「切削工程」、本例の油剤付着方法を実施する「油剤工程」と、「圧入工程」を順次通過する。
Claims (3)
- 材料を複数の工程で順次加工する方法において、
前工程で油剤が付着した金属、合成樹脂やセラミックの部品、製品やそれらの仕掛品の加工品は、脱脂液に浸漬し、脱脂液から出して水洗し、加工品に付着していた油剤の全部を除去し、
脱脂水洗した加工品は、水で濡れている状態のまま、水に水溶性油剤を溶解した油剤液に浸漬し、油剤液から出して乾燥し、表面に付着している水分を除去し、加工品に後工程に適した量と種類の水溶性油剤を付着することを特徴とする加工品の油剤付着方法。 - 油剤液の濃度を調整して、加工品に付着する水溶性油剤を後工程に適した量にすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加工品の油剤付着方法。
- 油剤液に入れる水溶性油剤の種類を選択して、加工品に付着する水溶性油剤を後工程に適した種類にすることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の加工品の油剤付着方法。
