Description
エチレン、プロピレン及びブタジエンを含む軽質炭化水素の生成においてナフサを使用するエチレン生成プラントが、通常の供給速度より低い速度で運転された時でさえも、カラム効率の低下をもたらす一次分留器の付着物に遭遇した。20%低減させたプラント供給速度でさえも、より高いカラム圧力損失及び増加したガソリン終点によって示されたカラム効率の低下を考慮して、そのプラント作業者はそのカラムを洗浄するためにそのユニットを停止しようと考えた。
プラントが、増加したカラム圧力損失による付着物の問題に遭遇した。このプラントにおける圧力損失は、0.07〜0.08kg/cm2の通常の値で作動していた。しかしながら、付着物の問題が、0.135〜0.15kg/cm2の範囲の非常に高い値をもたらした。その付着物の問題と共に、カラム中の圧力損失が高いままで、供給速度と還流速度の減少が観測された。
Claims (18)
- エチレン生成プラントにおいて一次熱回収のために使用される、汚染されたクエンチ塔を稼動するための方法であって、
a)分解ガスから熱を回収するために該クエンチ塔中に該分解ガスを導入する工程、但しそこでは該分解ガスが該クエンチ塔の塔頂を通って出て行く;及び
b)該クエンチ塔における還流流れに、ポリシロキサンから成る群から選ばれる添加剤を添加する工程、但しそれによって該稼働中のクエンチ塔における圧力損失が低減される、
を含む方法。 - 該添加剤が該クエンチ塔に導入されて、0.01ppm〜5000ppmの範囲における投与量を達成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該添加剤が、該クエンチ塔における還流流れに連続的に導入される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該添加剤が、該クエンチ塔における還流流れに定期的に導入される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該添加剤が、トルエン、キシレン及びナフサから成る群から選ばれる溶剤を更に含むものである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該ポリシロキサンがジメチルポリシロキサンである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- エチレン生成プラントにおいて一次熱回収のために使用される、汚染された稼動中のクエンチ塔における温度プロフィルを正常化するための方法であって、
a)分解ガスから熱を回収するために該クエンチ塔中に該分解ガスを導入する工程、但しそこでは該分解ガスが該クエンチ塔の塔頂を通って出て行く;及び
b)該クエンチ塔における還流流れに、ポリシロキサンから成る群から選ばれる添加剤を添加する工程、但しそれによって該稼働中のクエンチ塔における温度プロフィルが正常化される、
を含む方法。 - 該添加剤が該クエンチ塔に導入されて、0.01ppm〜5000ppmの範囲における投与量を達成する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 該添加剤が、該クエンチ塔における還流流れに連続的に導入される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 該添加剤が、該クエンチ塔における還流流れに定期的に導入される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 該添加剤が、トルエン、キシレン及びナフサから成る群から選ばれる溶剤を更に含むものである、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 該ポリシロキサンがジメチルポリシロキサンである、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 分解ガス生成プラントにおいて熱回収を改良するための方法であって、
a)分解ガスから熱を回収するためにクエンチ塔中に該分解ガスを導入する工程、但しそこでは該分解ガスが該クエンチ塔の塔頂を通って出て行く;及び
b)該クエンチ塔における還流流れに、ポリシロキサンから成る群から選ばれる添加剤を添加する工程、但しそれによって該稼働中のクエンチ塔のその後の稼働中に一次熱回収が改良される、
を含む方法。 - 該添加剤が該クエンチ塔に導入されて、0.01ppm〜5000ppmの範囲における投与量を達成する、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 該添加剤が、該クエンチ塔における還流流れに連続的に導入される、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 該添加剤が、該クエンチ塔における還流流れに定期的に導入される、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 該添加剤が、トルエン、キシレン及びナフサから成る群から選ばれる溶剤を更に含むものである、請求項13に記載の方法。
