本発明は、衛生用品等の包装袋に関する。さらに詳しくは圧縮状態で包装された衛生用品等の包装袋に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、衛生用品等を複数収納する包装袋には、筒状プラスチック袋の両側を谷折りにして、かつ左右端部をヒートシールした形状のガゼット状の包装袋は使用されている。また、一般に包装袋の正面に開封用のミシン目の切込み線が設けられており、消費者がそのミシン目に沿って開封して内容物を取り出すようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、従来のミシン目の形状では、開封しにくく、内容物を取り出しにくく、かつ開封した後に残った内容物が外へ出てしまいやすいという問題がある。

本発明は、上記の問題点を解決し、開封用のミシン目により引き裂き開封部が容易に開封でき、また、内容物を取り出し易く、さらに、開封後にリクローズができ内容物が包装袋の外へ飛び出したりしない衛生用品等の包装袋を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、筒状プラスチック袋の両側を谷折りにして、内容物を充填後に左右端部を左シール部と右シール部においてヒートシールした形状の複数の衛生用品等を収納するガゼット状の包装袋であって、衛生用品等の広い面同士を重ね合わせて所定枚数並べたものを一列とし、該衛生用品等の列を一列あるいは複数列並列したものをその広い面に圧力を加えて圧縮し、これを包装した状態で、衛生用品等の広い面と接し、衛生用品等を収納して封をする２つの面である左面、右面と、列を形成する所定枚数並んだ衛生用品の狭い面と接する面である側面、上面、側面および下面とにより構成される衛生用品等の包装袋において、少なくとも前記左シール部、前記上面、前記左面、前記右面、前記右シール部に連続した線状の開封用ミシン目が設けられて、引き裂き開封部を形成していることを特徴とする衛生用品等の包装袋である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の衛生用品等の包装袋の詳細に説明する。本発明における衛生用品等とには、使いすておむつ、生理用ナプキン、ライナー、ティッシュペーパー、ぺーパータオル、個包装したウェットティッシュなどを挙げることができる。また、包装袋としては通常ポリエチレン製のフィルムが用いられ、例えば、二軸延伸の５０〜１００μｍのポリエチレンフィルムなどがある。本発明は、これらに限定されるものではない。

まず、本発明の衛生用品等の包装袋では、シール部のないチューブ状のプラスチックフィルムあるいは流れ方向にサイドシールを行ったチューブ状のプラスチックフィルムが用いられ、その両側面が谷折りされた状態で供給され、その内部に内容物である衛生用品等が収納された後、左右がヒートシールされ、所定の長さに切断される。

本発明の衛生用品等の包装袋においては、包装される衛生用品等は、折り畳まれて広い面同士を重ね合わせて所定枚数並べたものを一列とし、水平方向に、複数並列に配列し、この状態で衛生用品等の広い面に圧力を加えて圧縮して包装する。包装袋は、衛生用品等を包装した状態において、衛生用品等の広い面に接し、衛生用品等を収納して封をする左面、右面と、列を形成する所定枚数並んだ衛生用品等と接する面である側面、上面、側面および下面から形成されている。

本発明の衛生用品等の包装袋においては、上記の包装袋に内容物の開封用のミシン目が設けられ、引き裂き開封部が形成されており、その位置および形態に関して発明がなされている。

ミシン目の大きさ、間隔等は特に制限はなく通常使用される大きさ、間隔のもので良いが、圧縮包装であるが故に、保存中破れないだけの強度は必要である。

本発明の衛生用品等の包装袋Ａを開封するには、図３に示すように、開封用ミシン目Ｐの一部を、指で押す部分が設けられた形状の場合にはその部分を、指で押して引き裂いた後、その部分からミシン目に沿って破断し引き裂き開封部Ｏを開封する。開封後は、図４に示すように、開口から内容物Ｒである衛生用品等を順次取り出すことができる。包装袋の上の部分が開封されているだけであり、形が崩れることもなく、内容物Ｒが飛び出すこともない。

本発明の衛生用品等の包装袋Ｃにおいては、開封用ミシン目Ｐを包装袋の左面５および左シール部７に設けているが、勿論、包装袋の右面６および右シール部８に設けてもよい。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、開封用のミシン目により引き裂き開封部が開封しやすく、また、内容物である衛生用品等を１枚づつ容易に取り出して使用することができ、さらに、開封後にリクローズができ内容物である衛生用品等が包装袋の外へ飛び出したりしない衛生用品等の包装袋を得ることができる。
