【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は、罐本体の先端に設けたノズル材を罐本体方向に押圧するとノズル材に設けたノズルより前記罐本体内に収容した液体が噴霧状に噴出し、押圧操作を中止すると前記ノズルが自動的に閉じることができるようにしたスプレー罐のノズル開放装置に関するものである。スプレー罐は、罐本体に収容した液体の相違によって種々のものがあるが、本発明は、概し、塗料用スプレー罐に適用するものである。

【従来の技術】
罐本体を手先で保持して、ノズル材を指先でコントロールするようにして罐本体内の液体の噴出、中止を行っており、スプレー罐自体は、手先乃至指先の操作によってノズルの開放を行うような構造にもなってもいる。

本発明は、手先によるスプレー罐のノズルの開放操作を機械的操作に代えることのできる装置を提供すべく創案したものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
装置基枠に復帰ばねの付勢に抗して移動手段によってスプレー罐ホルダーを先端部において移動自在に組付け、該スプレー罐ホルダーに着脱自在に組付けるスプレー罐のノズル材側を当接させる受圧片をスプレー罐ホルダーの前記先端部に、罐本体側を当接させる押圧片を操作片の後端部にそれぞれ設けると共に、前記操作片を前記スプレー罐ホルダーに該ホルダーの前記先端部方向にコイルばねによって移動するように付勢させて組付け、該操作片の先端部によって前記復帰ばねの付勢方向に相対する内面が押圧されて前記装置基枠に設けた案内片に沿って移動する制御片と前記案内片のそれぞれに、前記操作片の先端側に設けた押圧子が前記コイルばねの付勢によって圧接する摺接縁を前記スプレー罐ホルダーの移動方向に沿わせて設け、該摺接縁を突縁部と凹入縁部とで構成し、案内片側の摺接縁は前記押圧子の前記復帰ばねに抗して移動する始点と終点の両位置にのみ前記突縁部、他を凹入縁部とすると共に、制御片側の摺接縁は、前記復帰ばねの付勢に抗して該制御片が移動するときの前記押圧子が位置する側の一半を突縁部、他の一半部を凹入縁部とした、構成としたものである。

【作用】
スプレー罐ホルダーにノズル材を受圧片側に罐本体を押圧片側に配して両片で挟持させるようにスプレー罐を組付けると、押圧片を備えた操作片は、前記ホルダーにコイルばねによって該ホルダーの先端側方向すなわち受圧片方向に移動するように付勢されているから、押圧片はスプレー罐の罐本体を受圧片方向に常時押圧している状態にあって、該押圧(押圧片の移動)は、操作片の先端側に設けた押圧子が案内片に設けた摺接縁の突縁部に接触して規制され(このとき、制御片の摺接縁の凹入縁部位置にも前記押圧子は位置している)、従って、スプレー罐のノズルは開放しない状態にある。

この状態時に、復帰ばねの付勢に抗して移動手段によってスプレー罐ホルダーを移動させると、該スプレー罐ホルダーに組付けた操作片も同時にホルダーの移動方向に移動し、操作片の先端は前記復帰ばねの付勢に抗して制御片の相対する内面の一方を押圧し、これを移動させる。そして、この時に、案内片側の摺接縁の突縁部に接していた押圧子は凹入縁部位置に移動するが、同時に制御片側の摺接縁の凹入縁部から突縁部位置に移動するため、コイルばねの作用は規制され、操作片すなわち押圧片は当初の位置にあってノズルの開放操作は行われない。すなわち、制御片の移動時には操作片の先端が制御片を伴って移動することになるから往路時にあっては押圧子が当該制御片の摺接縁の突縁部に接触(圧接)した状態が維持され、コイルばねの付勢は押圧片側に現れることがない。

この状態でスプレー罐ホルダーに対する外力の負荷を中止すると、復帰ばねの付勢によってスプレー罐を組付けたスプレー罐ホルダーは原位置方向へ復帰しようとし、それに伴って操作片も当該原位置方向へと移動するため、操作片の先端は制御片の前記相対する内面の他方を押圧し、該制御片を伴って移動することになり、かつ、このとき、押圧子は制御片および案内片の摺接縁の突縁部位置から凹入縁部位置にコイルばねの付勢によって係合することになり、案内片側の凹入縁の長さ分当該係合状態は継続される。そして、この係合状態中、コイルばねの付勢に操作片に設けた押圧片がスプレー罐の罐本体を押圧し、その外力をノズル材側の受圧片が受けることになるから、罐本体は移動し、ノズルの開放が行われ、本体内の液体が噴霧状になって噴出することになり、前記の通り、案内片側の凹入縁の長さ分すなわち、押圧子が該凹入縁に係合している時間分噴出操作が行われ、その長さは、コイルばねが強くなればなる程短かくすることができる。
