Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a colored synthetic resin composition using a pigment as a colorant, and more particularly to a colored synthetic resin composition having improved processability, strength, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention]
Crystalline polymer compounds such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutene-1, polyethylene terephthalate, and polyamide have a slow crystallization rate after heat molding, so that the molding cycle during processing is long and the mold temperature must be lowered. In addition, the molded product may be deformed by crystallization that proceeds after molding. In addition, these crystalline polymer compound materials have disadvantages of insufficient strength and poor transparency because large crystals are formed.
[0003]
These drawbacks are derived from the crystallinity of the crystalline polymer compound, and it is known that these defects can be solved by rapidly generating fine crystals. Currently, in order to rapidly generate fine crystals, a method of increasing a crystallization temperature and adding a crystal nucleating agent, a crystallization accelerator, or the like is used.
[0004]
Examples of the crystal nucleating agent or crystallization accelerator include 4-tert-butylbenzoic acid aluminum salt, carboxylic acid metal salts such as sodium adipate, sodium bis (4-tert-butylphenyl) phosphate, sodium-2, Acidic phosphate metal salts such as 2′-methylenebis (4,6-ditert-butylphenyl) phosphate, polyhydric alcohol derivatives such as dibenzylidene sorbitol, bis (methylbenzylidene) sorbitol and the like have been used. Among these compounds, the metal salts of alkylidene bisphenols, such as those described in JP-A-58-1736 and JP-A-59-184252, have been particularly widely used and widely used.
[0005]
However, the effect of these compounds may be insufficient. Further, in the case of a colored synthetic resin composition containing a pigment, a pigment dispersant is used to prevent uneven color after molding, but when a metal salt of a carboxylic acid generally used for the pigment dispersant is used. The effect of the crystal nucleating agent or crystallization accelerator may be significantly reduced.
[0006]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a colored synthetic resin composition that can impart excellent processing stability, strength, and post-processing shrinkage resistance, and has very little deformation of a molded product.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of repeated studies, the present inventors have used a specific phosphate compound as a crystal nucleating agent and a specific alkyl phosphate metal salt as a pigment dispersant in a colored synthetic resin composition containing a pigment. Thus, it has been found that the above object can be achieved.
[0008]
The present invention has been made on the basis of the above-mentioned knowledge. As a crystalline polymer compound and a crystal nucleating agent, a compound represented by the following general formula (I) (pigment 2) (same as the above [Chemical formula 1]), a pigment: and in the colored synthetic resin composition obtained by blending a pigment dispersing agent, the pigment dispersant, Ri metal salts der mono- or dialkyl phosphoric acid ester having an alkyl group of 8 to 30 carbon atoms, the crystalline polymer compound is intended to provide a colored synthetic resin composition characterized der Rukoto polyolefin polymer compound.
[0009]

[0019]
The compound represented by the above general formula (I) is obtained by, for example, reacting phosphorus trichloride with a 2,2′-methylene bisphenol derivative and then hydrolyzing it into a cyclic acidic phosphate ester. Manufactured by reacting with a metal hydroxide. The compound represented by the above general formula (I) thus obtained is further filtered and dried, and then pulverized as necessary to be used as a crystal nucleating agent.
[0020]
When the compounding amount of the compound represented by the general formula (I) is less than 0.005 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the crystalline polymer compound, the effect cannot be obtained. Therefore, 0.005 to 5 parts by weight is preferable, and 0.01 to 3 parts by weight is more preferable.
