【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、客引き支援システム並びに情報提供サーバに係り、特に顧客が希望する商品を在庫している店舗の位置情報を検索して、顧客が携行する携帯端末に送信することが可能な客引き支援システム並びに情報提供サーバに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来の人物仲介用コンピュータネットワークでは、希望の相手を探したい利用者が各コンピュータ端末に、自己データ及び希望データを登録するための登録手段を備え、登録された希望データと相手データを対比して適合性の高い相手のリストを表示手段に表示させる適合者リスト作成手段と、表示手段に表示された適合者リストの中から特定の相手に対し、文字記号情報送受信手段または画像情報送受信手段を介して、文字記号、音声、画像を含むメッセージを、情報伝送ネットワークを通して相手のコンピュータ端末へと転送でき、相手が可能な場合は実時間のタイム申し込みを行うことができるように構成されている。そして、労力や費用をかけず、高い確度にて希望する相手を探すことが可能となっている（例えば、特許文献１参照。）。

また、従来の電子仲介システム及びその方法では、ユーザによって設定された設定情報を受け取り、該設定情報をユーザ毎に保持する情報管理手段と、第１のユーザの第１の設定情報と第２のユーザの第２の設定情報とを公開することなく、該第１及び第２の設定情報に含まれる条件の下で、該第１及び第２の設定情報に含まれる個人情報同士を仲介する情報仲介手段とを備えることを特徴としている。したがって、ユーザ個人情報を公開することなく、知らないユーザ同士を電子的に仲介して、個人情報の交換をすることが可能となっている（例えば、特許文献２参照。）。

また、従来の個人間商品売買仲介方法及び装置では、購入したい商品、型名などの商品情報、購入条件、購入希望価格、購入希望者の名前、住所連絡先、メールアドレスなどの情報から構成される購入情報と販売したい商品、型名などの商品情報、販売条件、販売希望価格、販売希望者の名前、住所連絡先、メールアドレスなどの情報から構成される販売情報をそれぞれ磁気ディスクに登録し、購入情報が登録された時に予め登録された販売情報を検索し、条件にあった販売情報データのうち販売希望者に関する情報以外の部分からなる商品リストを利用者に提示し、利用者はその中から気に入った商品を選択することによりその商品を登録した相手の名前、住所、連絡先、メールアドレスなどの情報を得、相手との連絡、商品の取引を行っている。したがって、購入販売の両方の利用者が対等に参加でき、条件により商品の絞り込みが可能で、かつ、利用者のプライバシーを確保することが可能となっている（例えば、特許文献３参照。）。

また、従来の商品在庫通知システム及びその方法等では、在庫商品情報を店頭端末装置に入力してサーバに送信し、顧客が入力した希望商品情報を携帯電話からサーバに送信し、前記在庫商品情報と前記希望商品情報とを照合し、双方の商品情報が一致する場合には前記携帯電話と店頭端末装置とに認証コードを送信している。そして顧客が散策中に店頭端末装置に近づくと、近距離無線通信手段によりお互いの通信機器が通信を開始して、携帯電話は店頭端末装置から認証コードを受信してサーバから受信した認証コードと照合し、双方の認証コードが一致している場合には、受信した商品の情報を利用者に対して通知するようにしている。したがって、携帯電話を携行している利用者が、希望商品を在庫している商店の近くにさしかかると、利用者に対して希望商品の情報を通知することが可能となっている（例えば、特許文献４参照。）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、特開平０６−１９９２６号公報に示されている人物仲介用コンピュータでは、希望の相手を探したい利用者が自己データと希望データを登録し、希望データと適合性の高い相手リスト中の特定の相手に対し、メール、音声、画像を送信することが可能となっているが、ショッピングモール等において顧客が希望商品を在庫している店舗を顧客に通知したり、商品が一番安い店、一番顧客の近くにある店等のリストを顧客に通知することができないという不具合を生じている。また、店舗側では、希望の商品を欲している顧客の情報（店舗からの距離、顧客自身の情報）が得られないという不具合を生じている。

また、特開平０９−１７９９１０号公報に示されている電子仲介システム及び方法は、ユーザ個人を公開することなく、知らないユーザ同士を電子的に仲介して、個人情報の交換が可能となっているが、ショッピングモール等において顧客が希望商品を在庫している店舗を顧客に通知したり、商品が一番安い店、一番顧客の近くにある店等のリストを顧客に通知することができないという不具合を生じている。また、店舗側では、希望の商品を欲している顧客の情報が得られないという不具合を生じている。また、需給の一致したもの同士を容易に引き合わせることができないという不具合を生じている。

また、特開平１１−７６４７号公報に示されている個人間商品販売仲介方法及び装置では、購入したい商品情報、購入希望者・購入希望価格などの購入情報と、販売したい商品情報、販売希望者・販売希望価格などの販売情報をデータベースにそれぞれ登録し、条件に合った商品情報、販売希望価格のみを購入希望者に提示し、その中から気に入った商品を選択することにより販売希望者の情報を得、相手との連絡取引を実施するものであるが、ショッピングモール等において顧客が希望商品を在庫している店舗を顧客に通知したり、商品が一番安い店、一番顧客の近くにある店等のリストを顧客に通知することができないという不具合を生じている。また、店舗側では、希望の商品を欲している顧客の情報が得られないという不具合を生じている。

また、特開２００２−１４９７７３号公報に示されている商品在庫通知システム及びその方法等では、顧客の希望する商品と、店舗の持つ商品とが合致した場合に携帯電話で顧客に通知し、顧客を店内に誘致するというサービスを提供することが可能であるが、ショッピングモール等において顧客が希望商品を在庫している店舗を顧客に通知したり、商品が一番安い店、一番顧客の近くにある店等のリストを顧客に通知することができないという不具合を生じている。また、店舗側では、希望の商品を欲している顧客の情報が得られないという不具合を生じている。

本発明は、このような事情に鑑みてなされたもので、顧客が希望する商品と一致又は類似する商品を検索し、商品を在庫している店舗の位置情報や商品名を通信機器を介して顧客自身が携行する携帯端末に送信することによって、顧客が携帯端末の表示手段に表示された店舗の位置情報を見ることが可能となり、顧客が希望する商品、又は顧客が購入を希望する商品と類似する商品がショッピングモール内の店舗にて販売されていることを知ることを可能とする客引き支援システムを提供することを目的としている。

また本発明は、顧客が希望する商品と一致又は類似する商品を検索し、商品を在庫している店舗の位置情報や商品名を通信機器を介して顧客自身が携行する携帯端末に送信するとともに、店舗の通信機器の表示手段に顧客の顔写真を表示することによって、顧客が携帯端末の表示手段に表示された店舗の位置情報を見ることを可能とし、更に店舗側では商品の購入を希望している顧客の顔写真に基づいて顧客を特定していち早く顧客の来店を知ることを可能とする客引き支援システムを提供することを目的としている。

また本発明は、顧客が希望する商品と一致又は類似する商品を検索し、商品を在庫している店舗の位置情報や商品名を通信機器に送信することによって、近くに存在する顧客が携行する携帯端末に対して商品を在庫している店舗の位置情報の送信を可能とする情報提供サーバを提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記目的を達成するために、請求項１に記載の発明は、所定のショッピングモールの各店舗において、顧客が希望する商品を在庫している店舗の位置情報を検索して、顧客が携行する携帯端末に送信することが可能な客引き支援システムであって、前記ショッピングモールの各店舗に設けられた通信機器であって、顧客が携行する携帯端末と近距離の無線通信を実施して希望商品に関する情報と顧客自身の顔写真とを含む顧客情報を受信する第１の受信手段と、当該通信機器が存在する位置情報と、前記受信した顧客情報とを情報提供サーバに送信する第１の送信手段と、情報提供サーバから在庫保有情報と商品を在庫している店舗の位置情報と顧客自身の顔写真とを受信する第２の受信手段と、前記受信した顧客自身の顔写真を表示する表示手段と、前記受信した在庫保有情報と商品を在庫している店舗の位置情報とを近距離の無線通信を実施して携帯端末に送信する第２の送信手段と、を備えた通信機器と、販売可能な商品が記載されている在庫商品情報と、前記販売可能な商品を在庫している店舗の位置情報とを関連付けて記録する記録手段と、通信機器から、該通信機器が存在する位置情報と、希望商品に関する顧客情報とを受信する第３の受信手段と、前記顧客情報を受信すると、前記記録手段に記録されている在庫商品情報の中から、受信した顧客情報に含まれる希望商品と一致又は類似する商品を含む在庫保有情報を検索する検索手段と、前記検索した在庫保有情報と、前記記録手段に当該在庫保有情報と関連付けて記録されている店舗の位置情報と、顧客自身の顔写真とを通信機器に送信する第３の送信手段と、を備えた情報提供サーバと、から構成されることを特徴としている。

本発明によれば、顧客が携行する携帯端末と無線通信を実施して希望商品に関する情報と顧客自身の顔写真とを含む顧客情報を受信し、当該通信機器が存在する位置情報と前記受信した顧客情報とを情報提供サーバに送信し、情報提供サーバから在庫保有情報と商品を在庫している店舗の位置情報と顧客自身の顔写真とを受信し、受信した顧客自身の顔写真を表示するとともに、受信した在庫保有情報と商品を在庫している店舗の位置情報とを携帯端末に送信する通信機器と、該通信機器から該通信機器が存在する位置情報と希望商品に関する顧客情報とを受信すると、記録手段に記録されている在庫商品情報の中から受信した顧客情報に含まれる希望商品と一致又は類似する商品を含む在庫保有情報を検索し、該検索した在庫保有情報と関連付けて記録されている店舗の位置情報と顧客自身の顔写真とを通信機器に送信する情報提供サーバとを備えたので、顧客は自身が携行する携帯端末の表示手段に表示されている店舗の位置情報や商品名を見ることによって、顧客が希望する商品、又は顧客が購入を希望する商品と類似する商品がショッピングモール内の店舗にて販売されていることを知ることが可能となるとともに、店舗側では商品の購入を希望している顧客の顔写真に基づいて顧客を特定し、いち早く顧客の来店を知ることが可能となる。また、顧客の呼び込みを行うことも可能となる。そして、商品の購入を希望している顧客に対して素早い販売対応を実施することが可能となる。

また、顧客の携帯端末の表示手段に、顧客が購入を希望する商品の価格を表示することによって、実際に店舗に向かわなくても購入を決意することが可能となる。また、顧客が購入を希望する商品等が複数の店舗にて在庫している場合には、当該商品の価格を店舗毎に表示することによって、顧客は一番安価にて商品を提供している店舗から、希望の商品を購入することが可能となる。

また、前記目的を達成するために請求項２に記載の発明は、所定のショッピングモールの各店舗において、顧客が希望する商品を在庫している店舗の位置情報を検索することが可能な情報提供サーバであって、販売可能な商品が記載されている在庫商品情報と、前記販売可能な商品を在庫している店舗の位置情報とを関連付けて記録する記録手段と、前記ショッピングモールの各店舗に設けられた通信機器であって、顧客が携行する携帯端末と近距離の無線通信を実施して希望商品に関する顧客情報を受信する通信機器から、該通信機器が存在する位置情報と希望商品に関する情報と顧客自身の顔写真とを含む顧客情報とを受信する受信手段と、前記顧客情報を受信すると、前記記録手段に記録されている在庫商品情報の中から、受信した顧客情報に含まれる希望商品と一致又は類似する商品を含む在庫保有情報を検索する検索手段と、前記検索した在庫保有情報と、前記記録手段に当該在庫保有情報と関連付けて記録されている店舗の位置情報と、顧客自身の顔写真とを通信機器に送信する送信手段と、を備えたことを特徴としている。

本発明によれば情報提供サーバは、他の通信機器から該通信機器が存在する位置情報と希望商品に関する情報と顧客自身の顔写真とを含む顧客情報を受信すると、記録手段に記録されている在庫商品情報の中から受信した顧客情報に含まれる希望商品と一致又は類似する商品を含む在庫保有情報を検索し、該検索した在庫保有情報と関連付けて記録されている店舗の位置情報と顧客自身の顔写真とを通信機器に送信するようにしたので、顧客は自身が携行する携帯端末の表示手段に表示されている店舗の位置情報や商品名を見ることによって、顧客が希望する商品、又は顧客が購入を希望する商品と類似する商品がショッピングモール内の店舗にて販売されていることを知ることが可能となるとともに、店舗側では商品の購入を希望している顧客の顔写真に基づいて顧客を特定し、いち早く顧客の来店を知ることが可能となる。
請求項３に示すように請求項１に記載の客引き支援システムにおいて、前記顧客情報は、顧客が購入を希望している希望商品の商品名、又は希望商品を示すキーワードを含むことを特徴としている。
請求項４に示すように請求項１に記載の客引き支援システムにおいて、前記顧客情報は、顧客が購入を希望している希望商品の購入意欲情報を含むことを特徴としている。
請求項５に示すように請求項１、３又は４に記載の客引き支援システムにおいて、前記情報提供サーバは、前記検索した在庫保有情報と関連付けて記録されている店舗であって、前記携帯端末を携行する顧客の近くに存在する店舗の通信機器に対して顧客情報を送信し、前記通信機器は、前記情報提供サーバから受信した顧客情報を表示する表示手段を備えたことを特徴としている。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下添付図面に従って、本発明に係る客引き支援システム並びに情報提供サーバの好ましい実施の形態について詳説する。

同図に示すように、客引き支援システムには、顧客１０が携行するＰＤＡ３０…と、ショッピングモールの入り口部分や店舗に設けられているパソコン８０、８０Ａ…と、各パソコン８０、８０Ａ等と情報の送受信を実施することが可能なサーバ９０とが設けられている。

顧客１０が携行するＰＤＡ３０及びパソコン８０、８０Ａ等には、Bluetooth 等の通信規格に基づいた近距離用の無線通信手段が設けられており、相互の機器間で情報の送受信を実施することが可能となっている。なお、ＰＤＡ３０は、携行容易な小型のパソコンであってもよいし、電子手帳、携帯電話、電子カメラ等の携帯端末であってもよい。

また、パソコン８０、８０Ａ等は、サーバ９０と相互に情報の送受信を実施することが可能なＬＡＮ、又はインターネット等の通信インターフェースを備えており、サーバ９０と相互に情報の送受信を実施することが可能となっている。

以下に、本発明に係る客引き支援システムの概略の処理動作を示す。

顧客が携行するＰＤＡ３０がパソコン８０等と無線通信を実施して、顧客が購入を希望する商品に関する情報と、顧客自身の顔写真とを含む顧客情報をパソコン８０に送信する。次にパソコン８０は、パソコン８０の位置情報と前記顧客情報とをサーバ９０に送信する。

サーバ９０では、記録手段に記録されている在庫商品情報の中から、受信した顧客情報に含まれる希望商品と一致又は類似する商品を含む在庫保有情報を検索して、検索した在庫保有情報と記録手段に当該在庫保有情報と関連付けて記録されている店舗の位置情報と、顧客自身の顔写真とをパソコン８０等の通信機器に送信する。

パソコン８０等の通信機器では、受信した顧客自身の顔写真を表示手段に表示し、サーバ９０から受信した在庫保有情報と商品を在庫している店舗の位置情報とを顧客のＰＤＡ３０に送信する。

また、パソコン８０、８０Ａ等には、顔写真等の画像や文字その他の情報を表示する表示手段８６８と、情報処理手段の指令に基づいて表示手段８６８に対して表示用の画像信号を出力する表示制御手段８６９と、顧客又は店員等が入力手段８７４を介して入力した各種情報を読み取って後述する情報処理手段に伝達したり、情報処理手段からの指示に基づいてＬＥＤ等の通知手段に表示指令を出力するＩ／Ｏ８７５とが設けられている。

また、パソコン８０、８０Ａ等には、記録媒体８７７を着脱可能に装着する記録媒体装着部８７８と、記録媒体８７７に対して画像データ等の情報を記録したり読み出したりする記録媒体インターフェース８７９とが設けられている。なお、記録媒体８７７は、磁気記録式、光記録式等の着脱可能な記録媒体である。

また、パソコン８０、８０Ａ等には、パソコン８０、８０Ａ等の全体の制御を行う情報処理手段（ＣＰＵ）８８０と、情報処理手段８８０を動作させるプログラムや各種定数が記録されているＲＯＭや情報処理手段８８０が処理を実行する際の作業領域となる記録手段であるＲＡＭとから構成されるメモリ８８１と、パソコン８０、８０Ａ等の処理に関する各種定数やネットワーク上の通信機器に通信接続する際のダイヤルアップ電話番号、属性情報、ＵＲＬ（Uniform Resource Locators ）、アドレス、サイトアドレス、ゲートウェイ情報ＤＮＳ（Domain Name System）等の接続情報等の情報や当該パソコン８０、８０Ａ等が存在する位置に関する情報（店舗位置情報）を記録するハードディスク等の記録手段８８６と、時刻を刻むカレンダ時計８９０とが設けられている。

同図に示すようにパソコン８０、８０Ａ等内の情報処理手段８８０と、表示制御手段８６９、Ｉ／Ｏ８７５、メモリ８８１、記録手段８８６、カレンダ時計８９０等を含む各周辺回路はバス８９９で接続されており、情報処理手段８８０は各々の周辺回路を制御することが可能であるとともに、情報処理手段８８０が実行する処理プログラムに基づいて周辺の各回路を制御することが可能となっている。

前述の近距離用の無線通信手段は、電波、超音波、赤外線等の光を搬送波に用いた通信手段である。電波を用いる場合には、無線ＬＡＮや Bluetooth等の無線通信の仕様に基づいてもよい。
