Claims (4)
- 逆方向の旋回を有するスプレイビームを発生させるための2つの旋回室と、共通の供給通路(10)とを有し、前記供給通路が旋回室(5、6)の間の中心平面(4)を中心に延びて、それぞれ接線方向に旋回室(5、6)内へ連通し、2つの旋回室(5、6)の開口部(5a、6a)が同じ側へ向いている、二重旋回スプレイノズルにおいて、
旋回室(5、6)の軸線(7、8)が互いに対して、流出開口部(5a、6a)の側へ開いた角度(α)で延びていて、
供給通路(10)が旋回室(5,6)に交差しており、
供給通路(10)は、その終端部に、流れ方向へ対向して、供給通路(10)の中心軸に向けて突出したエッジ(9)が配設されていて、
エッジ(9)の供給通路(10)の中心軸に垂直な平面で切った断面が、旋回室(5、6)の底部の側から流出開口部(5a、6a)の側に向って拡がっている、
ことを特徴とする二重旋回スプレイノズル。 - 旋回室(5、6)が、中心平面(4)に関して、互いに対して鏡対称に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二重旋回スプレイノズル。
- 旋回室(5、6)の軸線(7、8)が、供給通路(10)の領域において間隔(a)で互いに並んで配置されており、前記間隔が旋回室の直径の大きさであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の二重旋回スプレイノズル。
- 角度(α)が、約20°であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の二重旋回スプレイノズル。
