Claims (4)
- 複数個のノズル及びこの各ノズル毎の圧力室を備えたキャビティユニットと、前記各圧力室を選択的に駆動して前記ノズルからインクを吐出させる圧電アクチュエータとを備えるインクジェットヘッドの製造方法において、
キャビティユニットのノズル径と圧電アクチュエータの静電容量値との組み合せに基づいて、所定駆動電圧で所定速度のインクを吐出するためのキャビティユニットと圧電アクチュエータとの組み合わせ規則をあらかじめ定める工程と、
キャビティユニット毎の複数個のノズルの平均のノズル径と、圧電アクチュエータ毎の各圧力室に対応して変形する部位の平均の静電容量値とを、それぞれ測定する工程と、
前記組み合せ規則に基づいて、対応する前記平均のノズル径と前記平均の静電容量値とをそれぞれ有するキャビティユニットと圧電アクチュエータとを選択し組み合わせる工程とを備えることを特徴とするインクジェットヘッドの製造方法。 - 前記組み合せ規則は、キャビティユニットの前記平均のノズル径及び圧電アクチュエータの前記平均の静電容量値を、それぞれ複数のランクに分類し、ランク同士の組み合せを定めていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインクジェットヘッドの製造方法。
- 前記組み合せ規則は、所定駆動電圧で所定速度のインクを吐出するためのキャビティユニットの前記平均のノズル径と圧電アクチュエータの前記平均の静電容量値との組み合せを複数有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のインクジェットヘッドの製造方法。
- 複数個のノズル及びこの各ノズル毎の圧力室を備えたキャビティユニットと、前記各圧力室を選択的に駆動して前記ノズルからインクを吐出させる圧電アクチュエータとを備えるインクジェットヘッドにおいて、 キャビティユニット毎の複数個のノズルの平均のノズル径と圧電アクチュエータ毎の各圧力室に対応して変形する部位の平均の静電容量値との組み合せに基づいてあらかじめ定められた、所定駆動電圧で所定速度のインクを吐出するためのキャビティユニットと圧電アクチュエータとの組み合わせ規則に従って、
それに対応する前記平均のノズル径と前記平均の静電容量値をそれぞれ有するキャビティユニットと圧電アクチュエータとが選択的に組み合わされていることを特徴とするインクジェットヘッド。
