Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a suspending device for suspending a picture or various exhibits on a wall or ceiling.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is a hanging device in which a hanging tool is detachably attached to a rail attached to a wall or a ceiling (see Patent Document 1).
In this suspension device, the rail is configured by forming an opening in the longitudinal direction of the rail in one wall portion of a rectangular cylindrical tube body, and the opening side is a suspension attachment surface. On the fixture mounting surface side, there is a pair of support walls so as to sandwich the opening, and the wall portion facing the lifting fixture mounting surface is a mounting wall for mounting and fixing the rail to the wall or ceiling.
[0003]
On the other hand, the lifting tool can be inserted into the inner rail groove from the opening of the rail, and is rotated 90 ° around the rotation axis in the direction perpendicular to the mounting surface of the lifting tool to contact the back side of the support wall. A retaining block that can be applied, a hook member for hooking a hook member such as a string, and an axial center that is provided between the retaining block and the hook member and is concentric with the rotational axis of the retaining block A bolt member, a nut member screwed onto the outer surface of the bolt member, a flat washer provided on an end surface of the nut member, and a coil spring housed inside the nut member.
[0004]
In this hanging device, after the retaining block is inserted into the rail groove from the opening, the retaining block is rotated by 90 ° so that the retaining block contacts the back side of the support wall of the rail. Then, by tightening the nut member, the support wall of the rail is sandwiched between the retaining block and the flat washer, so that the suspension is attached and fixed to the rail.
The hook member is fixed to the bolt member so that the posture can be freely changed between a ceiling mounting posture protruding in a direction along the axis of the bolt member and a wall mounting posture rotated 90 ° from the ceiling mounting posture to the back side. It is pivotally attached to the mounting part.
[0005]
In this suspension device, the nut member is fastened to fix the suspension to the rail, so that there is a problem that the operation of rotating the nut member is complicated and troublesome.
Therefore, there is a suspending device in which a suspender can be attached to a rail with one touch (see Patent Document 2).

[0020]
In addition, a pair of restriction walls 31 facing each other in a direction orthogonal to the rotation axis X direction is provided on one end side of the support member 14 in the rotation axis X direction. The direction is the same as the facing direction of the pair of mounting walls 29.
The base portion 15a of the hook member 15 is inserted between the attachment walls 29 of the hook attachment portion 25, and is provided so as to penetrate from the one attachment wall 29 to the other attachment wall 29 (direction orthogonal to the rotation axis X direction). (The direction in which the mounting wall 29 faces)) is pivotally mounted by a pivot 32 provided on the wall.
[0021]
As a result, the hook member 15 protrudes from the support member 14 in the direction along the direction of the rotation axis X (from the state indicated by the phantom line in FIG. 7) to the back side B (see FIG. 7A). The rear side B and the front side A are provided so as to be tilted to the front side A (see FIG. 7B) (from the support member 14 projecting in the direction along the rotational axis X direction). And can be rotated approximately 90 °).
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the locking member 16 is formed of a plate material or the like, and is formed to have a length L extending from one contact surface 21 to the other contact surface 21 of the base member 13, and the width W is a rail. The locking member 16 is formed so as to be removably inserted into the rail groove 7 from the opening 8.
[0022]
In addition, a circular insertion hole 33 having substantially the same diameter as the fitting recess 27 of the support member 14 is formed in the center portion (the center portion in the length L direction and the width W direction) of the locking member 16 so as to penetrate in the thickness direction. Is formed.
Further, the width on the center side in the length L direction of the locking member 16 is formed to be a width that can be inserted between the pair of regulating walls 31 of the support member 14. The center side is fitted between the regulation walls 31.
As a result, the locking member 16 and the support member 14 can rotate integrally around the rotation axis X, and the locking member 16 rotates the locking member 16 together with the support member 14, so that the locking member 16 opens the opening 8. The posture can be freely changed between a posture that allows passage and a posture that cannot pass through the opening 8.
[0023]
The mounting shaft 17 includes a head portion 35, and a shaft portion 36 that protrudes in the axial direction from the head portion 35, passes through the insertion hole 33 of the locking member 16, and fits into the fitting recess portion 27 of the support member 14. And a screw portion 37 protruding from the shaft portion 36 in the axial direction and screwed into the screw hole 26 of the support member 14, and the base member 13 and the locking member 16 are supported by the mounting shaft 17 by the support member 14. 14 is attached (attached).
A spring member 38 is interposed between the head portion 35 of the mounting shaft 17 and the locking member 16, and the locking member 16 is biased toward the base member 13.
[0024]
The cap member 18 is formed so as to cover the large-diameter portion 24b and the flange portion 30 of the main body portion 24 of the mounting portion and the support member 14 of the hook member 15.
Further, the cap member 18 is provided with an engagement portion 39 (engagement claw) that engages with the flange portion 30 of the support member 14 to prevent the cap member 18 from coming off from the support member 14. At the same time, the cap member 18 is rotatable relative to the support member 14 around the rotation axis X.
Further, the cap member 18 is formed with a notch groove 40, and the hook member 15 rotates from the support member 14 in a state where the suspension device 1 is attached to the wall 9 as shown in FIG. The hook member 15 is a supporting member in a state in which the hanging device 1 is attached to the ceiling 10 as shown in FIG. The posture can be freely changed from 14 to a posture (ceiling mounting posture) that hangs down in a direction along the rotation axis X.
[0025]
In the suspension device 1 having the above-described configuration, when the lifting tool 3 is attached to the rail 2 attached to the wall 9, first, as shown by a virtual line in FIG. The support member 14 is rotated and aligned so that it fits within the width of the protrusion 22 (so that the locking member 16 follows the protrusion 22 of the base member 13), and the hook member 15 is moved in the direction of the rotation axis X. The wall mounting posture is tilted to the back side B from the state protruding in the direction along, and in this state, as shown by the phantom lines in FIG. 6A and FIG. While being inserted into the rail groove 7 from the opening 8 of the rail 2, the contact surface 21 of the base member 13 is brought into contact with the outer surface of the support wall 6.
[0026]
In this state, the hook member 15 is in a state along the longitudinal direction of the rail 2. Next, when the hook member 15 is swung downward by approximately 90 ° (in the direction of arrow D in FIG. 6A), The locking member 16 rotates together with the support member 14 in the direction indicated by the arrow C in FIG. 4, and the support wall 6 of the rail 2 is attached to the hanger 3 as shown by the solid lines in FIG. 1 and FIG. 4 and FIG. It is clamped between the base member 13 and the locking member 16, and the hanger 3 is attached and fixed to the rail 2.
Moreover, when attaching the lifting tool 3 to the rail 2 attached to the ceiling 10, as shown by a solid line in FIG. 7A, when the hook member 15 is tilted to the rear side B (wall mounting posture). 7), as shown in FIG. 7B, the hook member 15 is caused to rotate by approximately 90 ° around the pivot 32 and protrudes from the support member 14 in the direction along the rotational axis X direction. (Assuming ceiling mounting posture).
[0027]
Next, as shown in FIG. 7B, when the cap member 18 is rotated by 180 ° around the rotation axis X, the hook member 15 can be tilted to the front side A. Therefore, the hook member 15 is moved to the front side A. (Hook member 15 is rotated approximately 90 ° around pivot 32 to front side A).
Next, as shown in FIG. 8A, the locking member 16 and the protruding portion 22 of the base member 13 are moved from the opening 8 of the rail 2 to the rail in a state where the locking member 16 is along the protruding portion 22 of the base member 13. While being inserted into the groove 7, the contact surface 21 of the base member 13 is brought into contact with the outer surface of the support wall 6.
[0028]
Next, the hook member 15 is rotated about 90 ° around the rotation axis X from the above state.
Then, the hanger 3 is in the state shown in FIG. 8 (b). Further, when the hook member 15 is rotated downward by about 90 ° around the pivot 32 from this state, as shown in FIG. The member 15 becomes a ceiling mounting posture.
Further, in this state, the notch groove 40 of the cap member 18 is in front, so that the appearance is poor. The state shown in
[0029]
When attaching the lifting tool 3 to the rail 2 attached to the ceiling 10, the hook member 15 is in the ceiling mounting posture, and the locking member 16 of the lifting tool 3 and the protruding portion 22 of the base member 13. Can be considered, after the hook member 15 is inserted into the rail groove 7 from the opening 8 of the rail 2 and then the hook member 15 is rotated approximately 90 ° around the rotation axis X. In this way, the rail 2 is attached to the ceiling 10. When the rail 2 is attached to the wall 9, the rail 2 is often attached to the wall 9, and it is difficult to rotate the hook member 15 with a finger at the wall 9, and the locking member 16 is rotated to rotate the rail. Since the rotation operation of the hook member 15 when the second support wall 6 is sandwiched between the locking member 16 and the base member 13 is relatively hard, it is difficult to attach the hanger 3 with this attachment method.
[0030]
Therefore, as described above, as shown in FIG. 8 (a), the hook member 15 is tilted to the front side A and held in the longitudinal direction of the rail 2, and the tip side of the hook member 15 is pinched with a finger ( By attaching the lifting tool 3 to the rail 2 by the operation of rotating it forward (or hooking), the mounting operation of the lifting tool 3 can be easily attached (attaching the lifting tool 3 with a relatively light force). Is possible).
The cap member 18 can also be attached to the support member 14 after attaching the hanger 3 to the rail 2. In this case, the cap member 18 may not be rotatable with respect to the support member 14.
[0031]
Further, in the hanging tool 3 having the above-described configuration, the position restricting means that positions the hook member 15 at each position of the position in the ceiling mounting position, the position in the wall mounting position, and the position in which the hook member 15 is tilted to the front side A. , And a position along the protrusion 22 of the base member 13 (a position indicated by an imaginary line in FIG. 4), and a position rotated about 90 ° around the rotation axis X from the position (FIG. 4). (Position indicated by a solid line) may be provided with position restricting means for positioning at each position.
[0032]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, with respect to the rail provided on the ceiling with the opening of the rail groove facing downward, the hook member of the lifting tool is tilted to the front side and the hook member extends in the longitudinal direction of the rail. In this state, the suspension member locking member is inserted into the rail groove from the opening, and the suspension base member is brought into contact with the rail support wall, and then the tip end side of the hook member is pinched with a finger (or By hooking and rotating and holding the rail support wall between the locking member and the base member, the suspension can be attached to the rail so that the suspension can be easily attached to the rail attached to the ceiling. Can be attached to.
[0033]
Further, in particular, a cap member is provided to cover a portion where the hook member is attached to the support member, and the cap member has a notch groove for allowing the hook member to change its posture from the ceiling mounting posture to the wall mounting posture. In the formed structure, the hook member can be rotated to the front side from the ceiling mounting posture by the notch groove by attaching the cap member to the support member so as to be rotatable about the rotation axis, and can be brought down. .
