Claims (2)
- 4つの壁部が開口を規定する断面がロの字状の箱型の枠コアと、
該枠コア内部に配置され、該枠コアとは別体の巻芯と、
該巻芯の周面に巻回される巻線と、
該巻線をなす導線の両端に形成される電極と、
該枠コアの一の壁部の一面と該巻芯の軸方向の一端面との間に配置された対向部と、該枠コアの一の壁部の一面と該巻線の軸方向の一端部との間に配置された段差部とを有する絶縁スペーサと、
該枠コアの一の壁部の他面に当接する底板部と、
該絶縁スペーサと該底板部とによって該枠コアの一の壁部が挟まれるように該絶縁スペーサと該底板部とを接続する接続部と、を備え、
該枠コアと該巻芯の軸方向の両端面との間に磁気ギャップが形成されており、該巻芯の該一端面及び他端面は、該巻線の該一端部及び他端部からそれぞれ突出していることを特徴とするコイル部品。 - 該電極は、該接続部に形成されており、該段差部は、該巻線が該巻芯から引き出された点から該接続部まで平坦に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
