Claims (7)
- 本装置を通じて移動可能な流体バルブ制御部材と共に使用する流体圧低下装置であって、
外周囲と、縦方向軸に沿って位置決めされた中空中心によって規定される内周囲とを有し、前記流体バルブ制御部材を前記中空中心内で前記内周囲に沿って受け入れるケージアセンブリを形成する複数の積層ディスクと、
前記内周囲の周りの前記積層ディスクに形成された複数の縦方向のチャネルと、
前記ケージアセンブリの前記内周囲の磨耗を低減するために、前記流体バルブ制御部材の前記中空中心を介した移動を案内すべく前記内周囲に適合され、前記ディスクよりも高い耐磨耗性を有する金属から形成された前記縦方向のチャネル内のそれぞれの案内部材と
を備えることを特徴とする流体圧低下装置。 - 前記案内部材は、前記縦方向のチャネル内に溶接された縦方向のウェルドビードストリップを具備する請求項1記載の流体圧低下装置。
- 前記縦方向のウェルドビードストリップは、硬化肉盛材料から形成される請求項2記載の流体圧低下装置。
- 前記縦方向のチャネルは、前記ウェルドビードストリップを露出すべく実質的に前記内周囲で開いている請求項3記載の流体圧低下装置。
- 前記案内部材は、前記縦方向のチャネル内に挿入された縦方向のロッドを具備する請求項1記載の流体圧低下装置。
- 前記縦方向のロッドは、硬質又は耐摩耗性のある金属から形成される請求項5記載の流体圧低下装置。
- 前記縦方向のチャネルは、実質的に閉じられており、前記縦方向のロッドのほんの一部を露出すべく前記内周囲で開口を有している請求項5記載の流体圧低下装置。
