Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a locking device that can be used in a wide range of cases such as bags such as an attache case, cases such as musical instruments, various transport boxes, and locking systems such as doors and windows.
[0002]
[Conventional technology and problems]
As an example of a conventional locking device, if a bag lock is shown in FIG. 3, a hook 4 is fixed to the bag lid 1, and a key operation unit 5 is provided in the storage unit 2. Reference numeral 3 denotes a bag handle. When the lid portion 1 is closed, the hook 4 engages with a locking portion provided in the storage portion 2.
[0003]
In this way, in the conventional locking device, when the lock is released, the hook 4 is exposed as shown in the figure, so that documents, musical instruments, and other various stored items are caught by the hook when being taken in and out, and may be damaged. In this case, the hand was caught in the hook 4 and could be injured.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the present invention]
Therefore, in the present invention, in a lock device used for various purposes such as a bag, a musical instrument case, various transport boxes, and a locking system such as a door and a window, when the lock is released, the hook enters the frame of the lock device. The object of the present invention is to obtain a locking device that is configured so as not to protrude outwards, prevents damage to stored items and hand injury due to protruding hooks, and can lock and release the lock with one touch.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides the following: “In the lock device, the storage box of the lock device
A locking hook biased to rotate toward an engagement position with a locking body attached to the counterpart member;
A slider for rotating the locking hook to an open position in the storage box when releasing the lock;
A locking device comprising a stopper for locking the locking hook at an open position in the storage box. Is obtained.
[0006]
【Example】
FIG. 1 is a front view showing an embodiment of the present invention applied to a bag such as an attache case, where 10 is a bag, 1 is a lid portion, 2 is a storage portion, 3 is a bag handle, and 20 is a key. The operation part, 7 is the upper surface of the lid part, and 8 is the front wall part of the bag storage part 2.
[0007]
2 is a perspective view showing the bag 10 opened, FIG. 4 is a vertical cross-sectional view of the key operation unit 20, FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line XX of FIG. 4, and FIGS. Closed and locked. As shown in the figure, in the locked state, the locking hook 40 engages with the locking body 22 attached to the lid 1 at the engaging portion 41 to lock the lid 1. The hook 40 is combined with the slider 30. The slider 30 is normally urged to the left in the drawing by the slider spring 33 in the storage box 21 in which the key operation unit 20 is housed.
[0008]
12 is a side view of the slider 30, FIG. 13 is an end view of FIG. 12 viewed from the F direction, FIG. 14 is a bottom view of FIG. 12 viewed from the D direction, FIG. 15 is a side view of the locking hook 40, and FIG. FIGS. 15A and 15B show end views as viewed from the K direction. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the outer surface 34 of the slider is exposed to the outside from the storage box 21 of the key operation unit 20. Is formed with an operation recess 31 so that the slider can be pushed by placing a finger on it.
[0009]
The locking hook 40 is attached to the storage box 21 at its rotating shaft 45 and is normally urged to rotate in the locking direction shown in FIG. Further, the locking hook 40 is formed with a pressing projection 44 and is engaged with the pressing surface 32 of the slider.
[0010]
When releasing the lock, a finger is put on the operation recess 31 of the slider 30 exposed on the front wall portion 8 of the bag as described above, and the slider 30 is pressed rightward in the figure against the slider spring 33. . (The figure after FIG. 4 corresponds to the key operation unit on the right side of FIG. 3.) FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the slider 30 when it is slightly pushed in the R direction, and FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view of the state in which the slider 30 is pushed rightward to the end, FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view taken along line XX of FIG. 8, and FIG. 10 is a view when the lid 1 is open as shown in FIG. FIG. 11 is a sectional view taken along line XX of FIG. 10, and the protrusion 44 of the locking hook 40 and the pressing surface 32 of the slider 30 are engaged with each other. As the lever is pushed rightward, the latching hook 40 is rotated in the direction of the counterclockwise arrow S, and the latching body attached to the lid portion 1 is the engaging portion 41 at the tip of the latching hook 40. Release from engagement with 22. 8 shows the state when the slider 30 has been pushed all the way to the right but the finger has not yet been released, and FIG. 10 shows the state of FIG. 2 with the finger released and the lid open. The slider 30 returns to the position on the left side as it is pushed by the slider spring 33. 10 and 11, AB represents the upper surface of the bag storage portion 2, and GH represents the lower surface of the lid portion 1.
[0011]
4 to 11, reference numeral 50 denotes a stopper. 17 is a side view of the stopper 50, and FIG. 18 is an end view of FIG. 17 as viewed from the E direction. The stopper 50 has a protrusion 52 formed on its arm portion 51 formed on the side surface of the locking hook 40. Is engaged with the arc-shaped groove 42. 53 is a shaft hole in which the arm part 51 is rotatably attached to the storage box 21.
[0012]
Since the key operation unit 20 of the locking device according to the present invention has the above-described configuration, if the slider 30 is moved in the right direction (the direction of the arrow R) in the figure from the locked state shown in FIG. Presses the projection 44 of the locking hook 40, so that the locking hook 40 rotates counterclockwise (in the direction of the arrow S) and reaches the state of FIG. 8 through the state of FIG. Then, the engaging portion 41 of the locking hook 40 is completely disengaged from the locking body 22 attached to the lid portion 1, and at the same time, the locking hook 40 itself is as shown in FIGS. It does not protrude from the AB line which shows the upper surface of the storage part of FIG. In other words, in FIG. 2, the locking hook 40 does not protrude outward from the upper surface 7 of the storage portion 2 of the bag 10.
[0013]
The stopper 50 is attached to the storage box 21 so as to be rotatable at the shaft hole 53 as described above, and is always urged upward by the stopper spring 55 (that is, the stopper 50 is rotated clockwise). Since the protrusion 52 on the side surface of the stopper is engaged with the arc-shaped groove 42 on the side surface of the hook 40, the groove 52 remains engaged with the protrusion 52 of the stopper 50 when the locking hook 40 rotates counterclockwise. 42 also rotates counterclockwise, and when it reaches the state of FIG. 8 where the locking hook 40 has turned counterclockwise, the protrusion 52 of the stopper 50 and the end of the groove 42 of the locking hook 40 penetrate. Since the hole 43 matches, the arm portion 51 is urged by the stopper spring 55 to rotate clockwise around the shaft hole 53, and the protrusion 52 enters the through hole 43, as shown in FIG. Even if the finger is removed from the operation recess 31 of the slider 30 and the slider 30 is returned to its original position by the slider spring 33, the hook 40 is prevented from rotating clockwise by the engagement between the through hole 43 and the protrusion 52. The hook 40 is shown in FIG. It is locked in the open position in the storage box 21 as shown in 10 or the like.
[0014]
At the same time, the distal end of the arm portion 51 of the stopper 50 is formed as a pressing portion 54 so that a part thereof protrudes from the storage box 21 in the open position. When the bag is closed, the bottom surface 23 of the locking body 22 attached to the lid 1 pushes the pressing portion 54 and rotates the arm portion 51 counterclockwise against the stopper spring 55, so that the protrusion of the stopper 50 52 is disengaged from the through-hole 43 of the locking hook 40, the locking hook 40 is rotated clockwise (in the direction of arrow C in FIG. 8), and the engagement portion 41 at the tip is attached to the lid portion 1. Since it engages with the stop 22, the locking device can be locked with one touch.
[0015]
Note that FIG. 4 and subsequent descriptions are made for the right key operation unit 20 in FIG. 2, but the configuration and operation of the left key operation unit are the same except that the direction is opposite.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
The lock device according to the present invention is configured as described above, and when the lock is released, the hook does not protrude from the storage box of the key operation unit. There is no risk of injury. Furthermore, the locking device can be locked and released with one touch.
