Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a charger for electronic equipment, and more particularly to its structure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
An example of a conventional charger for a communication device will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 shown in FIG. 3 is a cover of the charger, and a recess 5a for accommodating the communication device main body 1 shown in FIG. 5 is formed. As shown in FIG. 4, the bottom surface 5b of the recess 5a is formed in a plane.
[0003]
A battery pack is attached to the communication device main body 1 shown in FIG. The communication device main body 1 is formed with a housing portion for mounting the battery pack, and a locking portion is provided on the upper portion of the housing portion (the upper side in FIG. 5).
[0004]
The battery pack is pushed into the battery pack while the upper portion of the battery pack is locked to the locking portion, and the protrusion 2 of the battery pack is locked by the battery pack lock lever 3 so that the battery pack is attached to the communication device main body 1.
[0005]
As shown in FIG. 5 (a), the battery pack lock lever 3 is rotatably supported on the shaft 1a of the communication device main body 1. When the battery pack lock lever 3 is rotated in the counterclockwise direction indicated by the arrow in FIG. 5 (a), After being deformed by elasticity, the battery pack is returned to its original state, and the protrusion 2 of the battery pack enters the locking hole 3a of the battery pack lock lever 3 so that the battery pack is locked. If the battery pack lock lever 3 is not locked, the battery pack lock lever 3 hangs down due to gravity as shown in FIG.
[0006]
When the communication device main body 1 is inserted into the concave portion 5a of the charger cover with the battery pack attached, the terminals of the battery pack and the charging terminals of the charger (not shown) are electrically connected.
[0007]
FIG. 6 shows a state where the communication device main body 1 is inserted into the concave portion 5a of the charger cover in a state where the battery pack lock lever 3 is not locked. In this case, the battery pack lock lever 3 hits the bottom surface 5b of the concave portion 5a of the cover of the charger, and the battery pack lock lever 3 may be damaged. Further, since the communication device main body 1 cannot be completely inserted, there is a possibility that the charging operation may be abnormal due to poor contact of the charging terminals.
[0008]
The charging stand proposed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-336906 has a structure that prevents the mobile phone from being lifted when the mobile phone is inserted into the recess of the cover of the charger. However, since the bottom surface of the recess that accommodates the mobile phone of the charging stand is flat, when charging the battery pack of the mobile phone using the lock lever as described above, the same problem as in the conventional example described above occurs.
