Claims (16)
- 密閉容器と、
前記密閉容器内に設けられ、内部に相異なる容積を有する第1圧縮室と第2圧縮室が形成されたハウジングとを備え、前記2つの圧縮室の内部の圧縮装置を駆動する回転軸の回転方向の変化に応じて、前記2つの圧縮室のうちいずれか一方において選択的に圧縮動作が行われる容量可変回転圧縮機において、
前記2つの圧縮室のうち空回転を行う側に吐出側の圧力を加える圧力調節装置を備え、前記圧力調節装置は、前記2つの圧縮室の外側の前記ハウジングに形成された流路切換室と、前記2つの圧縮室の各吸入口と前記流路切換室の両側が連通するように形成される第1および第2供給流路と、圧縮機の吐出側と前記流路切換室が連通するように形成される連結流路と、前記連結流路が前記2つの供給流路のうちいずれか一方と選択的に連通するように前記流路切換室内において流路を切り換える弁装置とを備える容量可変回転圧縮機。 - 前記弁装置は、前記流路切換室内に進退自在に設けられた弁部材を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容量可変回転圧縮機。
- 前記弁装置は、前記流路切換室の両端の内部にそれぞれ設けられ、中央に通孔が形成された2つの弁座をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の容量可変回転圧縮機。
- 前記ハウジングは、内部に前記第1圧縮室が形成された第1ハウジングと、内部に前記第2圧縮室が形成された第2ハウジングと、前記第1ハウジングと前記第2ハウジングとの間に挟まれ、前記2つの圧縮室を仕切る中間板とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容量可変回転圧縮機。
- 前記第1圧縮室の容量が前記第2圧縮室の容量よりも大きく形成され、前記流路切換室が前記第1ハウジングに形成され、前記流路切換室と前記第2圧縮室の吸入口間を連通させる前記第2供給流路が前記中間板を介して形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の容量可変回転圧縮機。
- 前記連結流路は、前記第1ハウジングに形成され、入口が前記密閉容器の内部と連通するように開かれたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の容量可変回転圧縮機。
- 相異なる容積を有する第1及び第2圧縮室と、前記第1及び第2圧縮室に設けられる圧縮装置とを備え、前記2つの圧縮室の内部の圧縮装置を駆動する回転軸の回転方向の変化に応じて前記2つの圧縮室のうちいずれか一方において選択的に圧縮動作が行われる容量可変回転圧縮機の圧力調節装置において、
前記2つの圧縮室の外側に形成される流路切換室と、2つの圧縮室の各吸入口と流路切換室の両側が連通するように形成される第1及び第2供給流路と、密閉容器の内部と流路切換室の中間部分が連通するように形成される連結流路と、流路切換室内において流路を切り換える弁装置とを備え、前記2つの圧縮室のうち空回転を行う側に吐出側の圧力を加えることを特徴とする圧力調節装置。 - 前記弁装置は、前記流路切換室の内部に進退自在に形成される弁部材を備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の圧力調節装置。
- 前記弁装置は、前記流路切換室の両端にそれぞれ形成される第1及び第2弁座をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の圧力調節装置。
- 前記第1及び第2弁座は、中央にそれぞれ通孔が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の圧力調節装置。
- 前記ハウジングは、内部に前記第1圧縮室が形成された第1ハウジングと、内部に前記第2圧縮室が形成された第2ハウジングと、前記第1ハウジングと前記第2ハウジングとの間に挟まれ、前記2つの圧縮室を仕切る中間板とを備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の圧力調節装置。
- 前記第1圧縮室の容量は、前記第2圧縮室の容量よりも大きく形成されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の圧力調節装置。
- 前記流路切換室は、第1ハウジングに形成されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の圧力調節装置。
- 前記第2供給流路は、前記中間板に形成され、前記流路切換室と前記第2圧縮室の吸入口を連通させることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の圧力調節装置。
- 前記連結流路は、前記第1ハウジングに形成されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の圧力調節装置。
- 前記第1ハウジングは密閉容器内に設けられ、前記連結流路の入口は前記密閉容器の内部の空間と連通するように開かれたことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の圧力調節装置。
