【0053】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a lamp socket mounting structure in which a socket to which an end cap portion of a straight tube lamp is detachably fitted and connected is attached to a socket fixing plate inside an end portion of a lighting fixture body.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as disclosed in JP-A-8-167461, a lamp socket mounting in which a socket to which an end cap portion of a straight tube lamp is detachably fitted and connected is attached to a socket fixing plate inside an end portion of a lighting fixture body The structure is known. In this case, an elastic locking piece protrudes from the back of the socket, and this locking piece is inserted and fitted into a locking receiving hole formed in the socket fixing plate, so that the socket fixing plate has the same socket. It is for attaching and fixing. Therefore, in this case, the socket can be easily attached and fixed to the socket fixing plate.
[0003]
However, in this case, since the locking piece is elastically deformed and inserted and fitted into the locking receiving hole, the locking piece is formed thin to facilitate elastic deformation, and the socket is attached and supported. The strength to do is low. Further, if the locking piece is made strong in order to increase the mounting support strength, it becomes difficult to insert and fit the locking piece into the locking receiving hole, and the mounting work becomes difficult. Moreover, in order to facilitate elastic deformation of the locking piece, it is necessary to make this locking piece protrude long toward the back of the socket, and the locking piece inserted through the locking receiving hole is the back of the socket fixing plate. Therefore, a large mounting space is required on the back side of the socket fixing plate.
[0004]
Further, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-250417, a lamp socket mounting structure in which a socket to which an end cap portion of a straight tube lamp is detachably fitted and connected is attached to a socket mounting base inside an end portion of a lighting fixture body. Is also known. In this case, the socket mounting base is attached and fixed to the inside of the vicinity of the end portion of the luminaire main body, and the side face of the socket mounting base is bonded and fixed to the side face instead of the back face of the socket. Therefore, in this case, the socket can be firmly attached and fixed via the socket mount on the inner side of the end portion of the luminaire body.
[0005]
However, in this case, it is necessary to attach and fix the socket mounting base to the luminaire main body, and to fix the socket to the socket mounting base. It is expensive. Moreover, since the side of the socket, not the back, is fixed to the socket mounting base (self-supporting socket), when the straight tube lamp is attached to or detached from the socket, the socket receives a force in the lamp axial direction. Thus, the fixed base portion is swung around the fixed base portion, and the fixed base portion is easily damaged by long-term use.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 13 to 15, a lamp socket mounting structure has been conceived in which the back side of the socket 1 is slid and fixed to the socket fixing plate 2. In this case, the locking pieces 3 protrude from both sides of the back surface of the socket 1, and a pair of locking receiving holes 4 are formed in the socket fixing plate 2 at intervals corresponding to the both locking pieces 3. 3 is inserted into both locking receiving holes 4 and is slid downward to be locked and fixed.
[0009]
Here, as shown in FIG. 15, each of the latch receiving holes 4 has a wide portion that serves as an insertion portion on each upper side and a narrow portion that serves as a fixed portion on each lower side. The two locking pieces 3 are inserted at the wide portion and slid downward, and are locked and fixed to the locking receiving holes 4 at the narrow portion. Further, a positioning protrusion 9 is formed on the back surface of the socket 1, and the positioning protrusion 9 is locked in a state in which the locking protrusion 3 is locked and fixed in both the locking receiving holes 4 by sliding downward. The positioning recess 10 is also formed in the socket fixing plate 2.
[0010]
Therefore, in this case, the socket 1 can be easily fixed to the socket fixing plate 2 simply by inserting both the locking pieces 3 into the both locking receiving holes 4 and sliding the socket 1 downward. In this case, both the locking pieces 3 are firmly formed without requiring elasticity, and the mounting support strength is maintained. Moreover, the force in the lamp axis direction applied to the socket 1 is received by the socket fixing plate 2 on the back side thereof, and the socket 1 is difficult to swing in the lamp axis direction, and breakage at the mounting and fixing portion is prevented.
[0011]
Further, in this case, since the locking piece 3 is slid downward, the locking piece 3 is locked and fixed to the periphery of the locking receiving hole 4, so that the locking piece 3 is long toward the back of the socket fixing plate 2. It is formed so as not to protrude, and a large mounting space is not required on the back side of the socket fixing plate 2. Further, the positioning protrusion 9 is locked to the positioning recess 10, and the socket 1 is fixedly attached to the socket fixing plate 2 at an accurate position.
[0012]
However, in this case, since both the latch receiving holes 4 are formed large as long holes (the same dimension t) that are long in the vertical direction, the strength of the socket fixing plate 2 is reduced, and the strength for supporting the socket 1 is sufficient. Is not secured. In addition, it is difficult to slide both locking pieces 3 straightly in a state where both locking pieces 3 are inserted into both locking receiving holes 4, and the frictional resistance between the socket 1 and the socket fixing plate 2 at that time also increases. It is difficult to say that the mounting operation of the socket 1 is simple enough.
[0013]
The present invention was invented in order to solve the above-described problems in the prior art, and the problem was that the socket for the straight tube lamp was easily and securely attached and supported to the luminaire body. It is to provide a mounting structure.
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A lamp socket mounting structure according to claim 1 of the present invention is a lamp socket in which a socket to which an end cap portion of a straight tube lamp is detachably fitted and connected is attached to a socket fixing plate inside an end portion of a lighting fixture body. The mounting structure has a locking piece projecting on both sides of the back surface of the socket, and a pair of locking receiving holes are formed in the socket fixing plate at intervals corresponding to the both locking pieces. In a state where the locking pieces are locked to each other, by turning the locking piece locked to the other locking receiving hole about the locking portion as the center, both the locking pieces are received. Locked and fixed in the hole.
[0015]
Therefore, in this case, locking pieces project from both sides of the back surface of the socket, and a pair of locking receiving holes are formed in the socket fixing plate at intervals corresponding to the both locking pieces. When attaching to the socket fixing plate inside the end of the instrument body, with the locking piece locked in one locking receiving hole, lock to the other locking receiving hole with the locking part as the center. By rotating the latching piece, the latching pieces are latched and fixed in the latching receiving holes. Therefore, the socket for the straight tube lamp is easily and securely attached and supported to the socket fixing plate of the luminaire main body.
[0016]
That is, after inserting both the locking pieces into both the locking receiving holes, the sockets are rotated by rotating the socket about the locking portion between the one locking piece and the locking receiving hole. The locking pieces are locked and fixed in both locking receiving holes, and in this case, the locking pieces are operated more easily when they are rotationally moved than between the parallel movements, and between the back surface of the socket and the socket fixing plate. The sliding contact area is reduced and the frictional resistance is reduced. Therefore, the socket is easily attached to the socket fixing plate, and the socket is rotated and attached, so that a space for it is also reduced.
[0017]
In addition, the locking receiving hole which is the center of rotation is not formed long to move the locking piece, and the socket fixing plate becomes smaller and stronger, and the socket receiving plate becomes stronger. The locking piece does not need to be elastically deformed and is formed to be strong. Therefore, the socket is securely supported with respect to the socket fixing plate. Further, the socket is for a straight tube lamp, and even when a lamp axial force is applied to the socket during lamp replacement or the like, it is received by the socket fixing plate on the back side of the socket and is prevented from being damaged.
[0018]
The lamp socket mounting structure according to claim 2 of the present invention is the lamp socket mounting structure according to claim 1, wherein the end cap portion of the straight tube lamp is detachably fitted and connected. A socket base is provided on the outer periphery of the socket to form a socket, and locking pieces are provided on both sides of the back surface of the socket base.
[0019]
Therefore, in this case, in particular, the socket base is protruded on the outer periphery of the substantially cylindrical socket fitting portion to form a socket, and the locking pieces are protruded on both sides of the back surface of the socket base. The socket can be rotated with the side as the center side and the socket fitting part side as the moving side, and both the locking pieces are locked and fixed to the both locking receiving holes by rotating with a relatively small moment force. In this case, the movement of the socket base on the power supply wiring side is also reduced.
[0020]
A lamp socket mounting structure according to a third aspect of the present invention is the lamp socket mounting structure according to the second aspect, wherein the socket fitting portion is formed from a state in which the socket fitting portion and the socket base portion are substantially horizontal. By turning to tilt downward, the locking piece locked in the other locking receiving hole is turned diagonally downward, and both locking pieces are locked and fixed in both locking receiving holes. It is characterized by what has been done.
[0021]
Therefore, in this case, in particular, the socket is rotated so that the socket fitting portion is inclined downward from the state in which the socket base portion and the socket fitting portion are substantially horizontal, and the moving side locking piece is inclined obliquely downward. Since it is rotated and locked in the locking receiving hole, the locking piece on the same movement side with respect to the locking receiving hole is caused by the gravity of the straight tube lamp or the like connected to and held in the same socket. It is securely locked and fixed so that it does not come off obliquely upward.
[0022]
A lamp socket mounting structure according to a fourth aspect of the present invention is the lamp socket mounting structure according to the second or third aspect, wherein the latch base is bent in a substantially L shape outwardly from the back on both sides of the back surface of the socket base. A piece is protruded, and this locking piece is locked and fixed to the periphery of the locking receiving hole.
[0023]
Therefore, especially in this case, since the locking piece is substantially L-shaped and protrudes from the both sides of the back surface of the socket base toward the back side, the locking piece can be easily inserted while visually observing the locking receiving hole. In addition, since the locking portions of the locking piece and the locking receiving hole are arranged at intervals on both sides, the socket is fixedly attached to the socket fixing plate in a stable state. The
[0024]
The lamp socket mounting structure according to claim 5 of the present invention is the lamp socket mounting structure according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein both locking pieces are formed in substantially the same shape, The other locking receiving hole is formed in substantially the same shape as the locking piece so that the locking piece is inserted, and the other locking receiving hole is inserted into the insertion opening portion into which the locking piece is inserted and the It is characterized in that it is formed in a larger shape than the locking piece so as to have a moving opening portion in which the locking piece is rotated continuously to the insertion opening.
[0025]
Therefore, in this case, in particular, the locking piece is rotated without a large shift in the locking receiving hole formed in the substantially same shape as the locking piece, and the locking portion that is difficult to shift is the rotation center, The other locking piece is smoothly rotated from the insertion opening of the other locking receiving hole to the moving opening, and is securely locked and fixed at the edge of the moving opening.
[0026]
A lamp socket mounting structure according to a sixth aspect of the present invention is the lamp socket mounting structure according to any one of the first to fifth aspects, wherein a positioning protrusion is formed on the back surface of the socket, and the both are rotated. In a state where the locking piece is locked and fixed in both the locking receiving holes, a positioning recess for locking the positioning protrusion is formed on the socket fixing plate, and the positioning protrusion is pressed to resist elasticity. And projecting so as to retract.
[0027]
Therefore, in this case, in particular, the positioning protrusion formed on the back surface of the socket is formed on the socket fixing plate in a state where the socket is rotated and both the locking pieces are locked and fixed in the both locking receiving holes. Since it is locked in the positioning recess, this socket is fixedly attached to the socket fixing plate at an accurate position. In addition, since the positioning protrusion is projected so as to resist and retract against the elasticity when it is pressed, the positioning protrusion is pressed against the elasticity when the socket is rotated. The socket is smoothly rotated in a stable state with little retraction, resistance, and rattling.
[0028]
A lamp socket mounting structure according to a seventh aspect of the present invention is the lamp socket mounting structure according to any one of the first to sixth aspects, wherein a stopper piece projects from the socket fixing plate and is rotated. It is characterized in that the outer edge end of the socket is abutted by the retaining piece in a state where both the retaining pieces are latched and fixed in the both retaining receiving holes.
[0029]
Therefore, in this case, in particular, the outer edge of the socket is fixed to the stopper piece protruding from the socket fixing plate in a state where the socket is rotated and both the locking pieces are locked and fixed in the both locking receiving holes. Since it is stopped, the socket is securely fixed and fixed at a predetermined position with respect to the socket fixing plate.
[0030]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIGS. 1-12 has shown the lamp socket attachment structure which is one Embodiment corresponding to all 1-7 of this invention. In this lamp socket mounting structure, as shown in FIG. 3, a socket 1 in which an end cap L1 of a straight tube lamp L is detachably fitted and connected is mounted on a socket fixing plate 2 inside an end of a lighting fixture body H. It becomes. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, locking pieces 3 project from both sides of the socket 1, and a pair of locking receiving holes 4 are formed in the socket fixing plate 2 at intervals corresponding to the locking pieces 3. In a state where the locking piece 3 is locked in one locking receiving hole 4, the locking piece 3 locked in the other locking receiving hole 4 is rotated about the locking portion K as a center. By moving, both locking pieces 3 are locked and fixed to both locking receiving holes 4.
[0031]
Further, in the lamp socket mounting structure of this embodiment, the socket base 6 is projected from the outer periphery of the substantially cylindrical socket fitting portion 5 to which the end cap portion L1 of the straight tube lamp L is detachably fitted and connected. A socket 1 is formed, and locking pieces 3 project from both sides of the back surface of the socket base 6.
[0032]
In this case, as shown in FIG. 1, the socket 1 is rotated so that the socket fitting portion 5 and the socket base portion 6 are tilted downward from the state in which the socket fitting portion 5 and the socket base portion 6 are substantially horizontal. 2, the locking piece 3 locked in the other locking receiving hole 4 is rotated obliquely downward so that both the locking pieces 3 are locked and fixed in the both locking receiving holes 4. It is. Furthermore, a locking piece 3 bent in a substantially L shape outwardly projecting from the back side on both side ends of the back surface of the socket base 6 is projected, and this locking piece 3 is locked and fixed to the periphery of the locking receiving hole 4. It is also being done.
[0033]
Further, in this case, both the locking pieces 3 are formed in substantially the same shape, and the locking receiving hole 4 which is the center of rotation is substantially the same as the locking piece 3 so that the locking piece 3 is inserted. The other locking receiving hole 4 is formed in the same shape, the insertion opening 7 into which the locking piece 3 is inserted, and the moving opening in which the locking piece 3 is rotated continuously to the insertion opening 7 8 is formed in a larger shape than the locking piece 3.
[0034]
Further, a positioning protrusion 9 is formed on the back surface of the socket 1, and the positioning protrusion 9 is rotated in a state where both the locking pieces 3 are locked and fixed to the both locking receiving holes 4 (state shown in FIG. 2). A positioning recess 10 in which 9 is locked is formed in the socket fixing plate 2, and the positioning projection 9 is pressed so as to retract against the elasticity when pressed. Further, the stopper 11 is projected from the socket fixing plate 2 and rotated so that both the locking pieces 3 are locked and fixed to the both locking receiving holes 4 (state shown in FIG. 2). The outer edge of the door is stopped by the stopper piece 11.
[0035]
Hereinafter, the lamp socket mounting structure of this embodiment will be described in more detail. In the lamp socket mounting structure of this embodiment, the lighting fixture is an embedded type constructed in the ceiling surface. And as shown in FIG. 3, the lighting fixture main body H is a horizontally long rectangular box shape opened downward, and two straight tube lamps L are accommodated in parallel along the longitudinal direction. The straight tube lamp L is an elongated fluorescent lamp having end cap portions L1 disposed at both ends thereof, and both end cap portions L1 are respectively fitted and connected to the socket 1 and installed in the luminaire main body H. It can be replaced by attaching and detaching to 1.
[0036]
End covers 12 are disposed at both ends of the luminaire main body H, and socket fixing plates 2 are formed on the inner portions of both end covers 12, and the sockets 1 are fixedly attached to the inner surfaces of the socket fixing plates 2. Is done. Both sockets 1 are disposed at symmetrical positions on both sides of the socket fixing plate 2. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a center reflector 13a is disposed in the middle of the luminaire main body H, and side reflectors 13b are disposed on both sides. It is fixed. An inverter 14 is housed and installed on the back side of the center reflector 13a, and the lighting device such as the inverter 14 and the socket base 6 of the socket 1 are electrically connected by wiring.
[0037]
A movable socket 1 is attached and fixed to one socket fixing plate 2 of the end cover 12 disposed at both ends of the luminaire main body H (left side in FIG. 3), and the other socket fixing plate 2 is fixed to the other socket fixing plate 2. The socket 1 on the fixed side is fixedly attached (right side as viewed in FIG. 3). The movable side socket 1 is shown in FIGS. 6 to 10, and the fixed side socket 1 is shown in FIGS.
[0038]
As shown in FIGS. 6 to 10, the movable socket 1 is formed by projecting a socket base 6 on the outer periphery of a substantially cylindrical socket fitting portion 5, and can be projected and retracted in the socket fitting portion 5. The plunger 15 is elastically biased and protrudes, and a pair of wire insertion holes 16 are formed in the end surface of the socket base 6. A bent locking piece 3 is arranged and protruded. Then, one end cap portion L1 of the straight tube lamp L is fitted and connected to the plunger 15 and pushed in, and the other end of the straight tube lamp L is inserted into the socket fitting portion 5 of the socket 1 on the fixed side described later. The end cap portion L1 can be fitted and connected.
[0039]
In addition to the plunger 15, members such as a terminal cover 17, a contact 18, a pair of coil springs 19, a conductive plate 21 having a pair of connecting terminals 20, and the like are accommodated and installed in the movable socket 1. The internal space is closed by the cover 22. In this case, the electric wire inserted from the electric wire insertion hole 16 is connected to the connection terminal 20 of the conductive plate 21 through the terminal cover 17. Further, the terminal protruding from the end cap L1 of the straight tube lamp L that is fitted and connected to the socket fitting portion 5 is electrically connected to the conductive plate 21 via the contact 18 and the coil spring 19 and the like. Is done.
[0040]
The back cover 22 fitted and fixed to the back surface of the movable socket 1 is made of synthetic resin, and a positioning projection 9 is provided in the vicinity of the peripheral edge on the socket fitting portion 5 side. Here, the back cover 22 is provided with an elastic piece 23 by forming slits around the three sides, and the positioning protrusion 9 is integrally formed on the surface of the elastic piece 23. The positioning protrusion 9 is retracted against the elasticity of the elastic piece portion 23 by being pressed, and retracts to the front side by the elastic restoring force of the elastic piece portion 23 when the pressing is released. Protruding.
[0041]
As shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the socket 1 on the fixed side is also formed by protruding a socket base 6 on the outer periphery of a substantially cylindrical socket fitting portion 5, and the coil spring 19 is not provided with a plunger 15. Except for the point that is formed short, since it is configured in the same manner as the movable socket 1, the detailed description thereof is omitted here. In the socket fitting portion 5 of the fixed-side socket 1, one end cap portion L1 of the straight tube lamp L is fitted and connected to the plunger 15 of the movable-side socket 1, and this is pushed in, The other end cap portion L1 of the straight tube lamp L is fitted and connected.
[0042]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, both the movable side socket 1 and the fixed side socket 1 are attached and fixed by rotating the socket 1 with respect to the socket fixing plate 2 in the direction of the arrow. In this case, first, as shown in FIG. 1B, the lower locking piece 3 serving as the rotation center is inserted into the locking receiving hole 4 while the socket 1 is slightly inclined, and then the upper locking piece 3 is inserted. Is inserted into the insertion opening 7 of the latch receiving hole 4.
[0043]
Next, as shown in FIG. 1A, when the socket 1 is rotated in the direction of the arrow about the locking portion K between the lower locking piece 3 and the locking receiving hole 4 as shown in FIG. Thus, the lower locking piece 3 is locked and fixed to the periphery of the locking receiving hole 4, and the upper locking piece 3 moves from the insertion opening 7 of the locking receiving hole 4 to the moving opening 8. It is tilted downward and locked to the peripheral edge of the moving opening 8.
[0044]
When the socket 1 is rotated, the back surface of the socket 1 is slidably contacted with the surface of the socket fixing plate 2. Here, the conventional example shown in FIG. Then, it becomes smaller than the substantially rectangular shape, and the frictional resistance at that time is reduced. Moreover, the positioning protrusion 9 is retracted together with the elastic piece portion 23, and the positioning protrusion 9 is elastically brought into sliding contact with the surface of the socket fixing plate 2 by the elastic restoring force of the elastic piece portion 23, so that the socket 1 is in a stable state. Can be rotated smoothly.
[0045]
Then, as shown in FIG. 2, when the locking pieces 3 are locked and fixed in the locking receiving holes 4 and the rotation of the socket 1 is stopped, the positioning protrusion 9 becomes the positioning concave portion of the socket fixing plate 2. 10, the outer edge of the socket base 6 of the socket 1 is stopped by the stopper 11 protruding from the socket fixing plate 2. In this case, the dimension range T in the vertical direction in which the socket 1 is rotated is small, and the lighting fixture body H can be made thin so that the socket 1 can be accommodated and installed compactly therein. A positioning recess 10 is formed by drilling a through hole in the socket fixing plate 2, and the stopper piece 11 is formed by cutting and raising the socket fixing plate 2.
[0046]
The positioning recess 10 may be formed by being recessed without penetrating the socket fixing plate 2, and the stopper piece 11 is elastically deformable. When the socket 1 is rotated, it is elastically slidably contacted with the back surface of the socket 1. However, after the socket 1 is rotated, it is plastically deformed and protruded by post-processing. It is good. In the lamp socket mounting structure of this embodiment, the socket fitting portion 5 of the socket 1 and the outer shell portion of the socket base portion 6 are integrally formed of synthetic resin, and the socket fixing plate 2 is formed of a thin metal plate. .
[0047]
Therefore, in the lamp socket mounting structure of this embodiment, the locking pieces 3 protrude from the both sides of the back surface of the socket 1, and the socket fixing plate 2 has a pair of locking receivers at intervals corresponding to the both locking pieces 3. When the socket 1 is attached to the socket fixing plate 2 inside the end portion of the luminaire main body H, the locking piece 3 is locked in the one locking receiving hole 4. By rotating the locking piece 3 locked to the other locking receiving hole 4 about the locking portion K as a center, both the locking pieces 3 are locked and fixed to the both locking receiving holes 4. The Therefore, the socket 1 for the straight tube lamp L is easily and securely attached and supported to the socket fixing plate 2 of the lighting fixture body H.
[0048]
That is, after inserting both the locking pieces 3 into the both locking receiving holes 4, the socket 1 is rotated about the locking portion K between the one locking piece 3 and the locking receiving hole 4. Both the locking pieces 3 are locked and fixed in the both locking receiving holes 4, and at this time, both the locking pieces 3 are more easily rotated and moved than the parallel movement (conventional example shown in FIG. 15). In addition, the sliding contact area between the back surface of the socket 1 and the socket fixing plate 2 is reduced, and the frictional resistance is reduced. Therefore, the socket 1 can be easily attached to the socket fixing plate 2, and the socket 1 is attached by being rotated, so that the space for that is also reduced.
[0049]
Further, the locking receiving hole 4 which is the center of rotation is not formed long in order to move the locking piece 3, and the socket fixing plate 2 is strong because the locking receiving hole 4 becomes small. In addition, the locking piece 3 does not need to be elastically deformed and is formed to be strong. Therefore, the socket 1 is reliably and firmly supported with respect to the socket fixing plate 2. Further, the socket 1 is for a straight tube lamp L. Even when a lamp axial force is applied to the socket 1 when the lamp is replaced, the socket 1 is received by the socket fixing plate 2 on the back side of the socket 1 to prevent damage. Is done.
[0050]
Further, in the lamp socket mounting structure of this embodiment, the socket base 6 is formed on the outer periphery of the substantially cylindrical socket fitting portion 5 to form the socket 1, and the locking pieces are formed on both sides of the back surface of the socket base 6. 3 is protruded, the socket 1 can be rotated with the socket base 6 side as the center side and the socket fitting portion 5 side as the moving side, and both sockets can be rotated with a relatively small moment force. The locking piece 3 can be locked and fixed in both the locking receiving holes 4, and at this time, the movement of the socket base 6 on the power supply wiring side is also reduced.
[0051]
In addition, in this case, the socket 1 is rotated so that the socket fitting portion 5 is tilted downward from the state in which the socket base portion 6 and the socket fitting portion 5 are substantially horizontal, and the locking piece 3 on the moving side is The locking piece 3 on the same moving side with respect to the locking receiving hole 4 is connected and held to the socket 1 and the locking receiving hole 4 because the locking receiving hole 4 is locked and fixed to the locking receiving hole 4. The straight tube lamp L or the like is securely locked and fixed so as not to come off obliquely upward due to gravity.
[0052]
Further, in this case, since the locking piece 3 is substantially L-shaped and protrudes from the both sides of the back surface of the socket base 6 to the back side, the locking piece 3 is visually observed from the front side in the locking receiving hole 4. However, since the locking portions of the locking piece 3 and the locking receiving hole 4 are arranged at intervals on both sides, the socket 1 is attached to the socket fixing plate 2. On the other hand, it is fixed and fixed in a stable state.
[0053]
Further, in the lamp socket mounting structure of this embodiment, the locking piece 3 is rotated without being largely displaced by the locking receiving hole 4 formed substantially in the same shape as the locking piece 3, and this displacement movement is difficult. The other locking piece 3 is smoothly rotated from the insertion opening 7 to the moving opening 8 of the other locking receiving hole 4 with the locking portion K as the rotation center. Is securely locked.
[0054]
In the lamp socket mounting structure of this embodiment, when the socket 1 is rotated and the both locking pieces 3 are locked and fixed to the both locking receiving holes 4, the positioning projection formed on the back surface of the socket 1 is provided. Since the protrusion 9 is locked in the positioning recess 10 formed in the socket fixing plate 2, the socket 1 is fixedly attached to the socket fixing plate 2 at an accurate position. In addition, since the positioning protrusion 9 is protruded so as to be retracted against elasticity by being pressed, the positioning protrusion 9 is pressed and elastic on the back surface of the socket 1 when the socket 1 is rotated. The socket 1 is smoothly rotated in a stable state so that it is retracted against resistance to the resistance and does not rattle due to the same elasticity.
[0055]
Further, in the lamp socket mounting structure of this embodiment, when the socket 1 is rotated and the both locking pieces 3 are locked and fixed to the both locking receiving holes 4, Since the outer edge of the socket 1 is abutted against the stopper 11, the socket 1 is more securely attached and fixed to the socket fixing plate 2 at a predetermined position.
[0056]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the lamp socket mounting structure according to the first aspect of the present invention, when the socket is rotated, it is easily mounted on the socket fixing plate with less frictional resistance, and the space for that is also reduced. In addition, the socket fixing plate is strengthened by reducing one of the latch receiving holes, and the locking piece is also formed firmly without requiring elastic deformation, so that the socket is securely supported by the socket fixing plate. . Furthermore, even if a force in the lamp axial direction is applied to the socket, it is received by the socket fixing plate on the back side, and damage due to the force in the lamp axial direction is prevented.
[0057]
In the lamp socket mounting structure according to claim 2 of the present invention, in particular, both the locking pieces can be locked and fixed to the both locking receiving holes by rotating the socket with a relatively small moment force. At this time, the movement of the socket base on the wiring side is also reduced.
[0058]
In the lamp socket mounting structure according to claim 3 of the present invention, in particular, the locking piece on the moving side is inclined with respect to the locking receiving hole by the gravity of the socket or a straight tube lamp connected and held to the socket. It is securely locked so that it does not come out upward.
[0059]
In the lamp socket mounting structure according to claim 4 of the present invention, in particular, the locking piece can be easily inserted into the locking receiving hole while being visually observed. The locking portions are also arranged on both sides with a space therebetween, so that the socket is fixedly attached to the socket fixing plate in a stable state.
[0060]
Further, in the lamp socket mounting structure according to claim 5 of the present invention, in particular, with the one locking portion that is difficult to shift as the rotation center, the other locking piece extends from the insertion opening of the other locking receiving hole. It is smoothly rotated to the moving opening, and is securely locked and fixed at the edge of the moving opening.
[0061]
Further, in the lamp socket mounting structure according to claim 6 of the present invention, in particular, the positioning protrusion is locked to the positioning recess, and the socket is attached and fixed at an accurate position with respect to the socket fixing plate. This positioning protrusion is retracted against elasticity, and the socket is smoothly rotated in a stable state with little resistance.
[0062]
In the lamp socket mounting structure according to claim 7 of the present invention, in particular, the outer edge of the socket is abutted against the retaining piece, and the socket is more securely attached to the socket fixing plate at a predetermined position. It is fixed.
