Description
太陽歯車、遊星歯車、および内歯車を備えた遊星歯車機構と、
太陽ローラ、遊星ローラおよびリングローラを備えた遊星ローラ機構とを有し、
前記太陽歯車および前記太陽ローラは共通の回転中心軸線の回りを一体回転し、
前記遊星歯車および前記遊星ローラは共通の遊星軸の回りを一体回転し、
前記内歯車および前記リングローラは前記回転中心軸線の回りを一体回転するように、または同心で固定できるように構成されており、
前記太陽ローラの半径が前記太陽歯車のかみあいピッチ円半径r1よりΔr1だけ大きく、
前記遊星ローラの半径が前記遊星歯車のかみあいピッチ円半径r21よりΔr1だけ小さく、
前記遊星歯車の前記太陽歯車とのかみあいピッチ円半径r21が、当該遊星歯車の前記内歯車とのかみあいピッチ円半径r23よりも大きいことを特徴としている。
前記遊星歯車機構の各歯車の歯数を、式(1)を満足した歯数の組み合わせとし、
前記太陽ローラの半径を前記太陽歯車のかみあいピッチ円半径よりも、式(2)で与えられる半径増加量Δr1だけ大きくし、
前記遊星ローラの半径を、前記遊星歯車の内歯車とのかみあいピッチ円半径よりも、式(3)で与えられる量Δr2だけ大きくすればよい。
但し、j:遊星歯車の歯数低減数
Za:太陽歯車の歯数
Zb:遊星歯車の歯数
Zd:内歯車の歯数
Δr2=r21−r23−Δr1 (3)
但し、r1 :太陽歯車のかみあいピッチ円半径
r21:遊星歯車の太陽歯車とのかみあいピッチ円半径
r23:遊星亜歯車の内歯車とのかみあいピッチ円半径
r3 :内歯車のかみあいピッチ円半径
の場合、遊星歯車減速機構10の減速比は上記と同様にUg=1/5である。また、遊星歯車減速機構10の各歯車をインボリュート平歯車とし、それらの歯車諸元を表1に示す。この表から分かるように、r21>r23となっている。
図3を参照して、式(2)、(3)の算出方法を説明する。
(1)ローラ半径を歯車のかみあいピッチ円半径よりΔr増減するときのローラ間のすべり率を求める(キャリア固定)。

Claims (2)
- 太陽歯車、遊星歯車、および内歯車を備えた遊星歯車機構と、
太陽ローラ、遊星ローラおよびリングローラを備えた遊星ローラ機構とを有し、
前記太陽歯車および前記太陽ローラは共通の回転中心軸線の回りを一体回転し、
前記遊星歯車および前記遊星ローラは共通の遊星軸の回りを一体回転し、
前記内歯車および前記リングローラは前記回転中心軸線の回りを一体回転するように、または同心で固定できるように構成されており、
前記太陽ローラの半径が前記太陽歯車のかみあいピッチ円半径r1よりΔr1だけ大きく、
前記遊星ローラの半径が前記遊星歯車のかみあいピッチ円半径r21よりΔr1だけ小さく、
前記遊星歯車の前記太陽歯車とのかみあいピッチ円半径r21が、当該遊星歯車の前記内歯車とのかみあいピッチ円半径r23よりも大きい複合遊星装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記遊星歯車機構の各歯車の歯数は式(1)を満足し、
前記太陽ローラの半径は前記太陽歯車のかみあいピッチ円半径よりも、式(2)で与えられる半径増加量Δr1だけ大きく、
前記遊星ローラの半径は、前記遊星歯車の内歯車とのかみあいピッチ円半径よりも、式(3)で与えられる量Δr2だけ大きい複合遊星装置。
