Claims (3)
- 測定対象物に向けてパルス状の測定光を出力する光源と、前記測定対象物からの反射光を検出する受光部と、前記測定光の出力タイミングから前記受光部による前記反射光の検出タイミングまでの遅延時間を検出する時間差検出部と、前記時間差検出部により検出された遅延時間から前記測定対象物までの距離を算出する演算部を備えている測距装置であって、
前記反射光を光電変換するフォトダイオードと、前記フォトダイオードと直列接続して前記フォトダイオードに生じる光電流をクランプするソフトリカバリーダイオードと、前記フォトダイオードの出力を増幅する増幅回路を備えて前記受光部を構成するとともに、前記増幅回路の出力を積分する積分処理部を備え、前記積分処理部の出力に基づいて前記遅延時間または前記距離を補正する距離補正部を備えている測距装置。 - 前記積分処理部は、前記反射光の検出時から前記反射光の消失後の前記ダイオードの逆回復時間までの前記増幅器の出力を所定インタバルでAD変換するAD変換部と、前記AD変換部の出力を加算する加算処理部で構成されている請求項1記載の測距装置。
- 前記時間差検出回路は、前記AD変換部でAD変換された前記反射光の立ち上がり特性に基づいて前記反射光の検出タイミングを算出する請求項2記載の測距装置。
