Claims (4)
- 質量%として、Cr:0.1〜20,Mo:0.1〜10,W:0.1〜15,Al:2〜10,Ta:0.1〜16,Ru:0.1〜10を含有し、残部がNiと不可避的不純物からなる組成を有することを特徴とするNi基超合金。
- 請求項1記載の合金において、さらに、質量%で、Co:0.1〜20を含有することを特徴とするNi基超合金。
- 請求項1または2に記載の合金を用いて、普通鋳造法、一方向凝固法、あるいは単結晶凝固法により作成したことを特徴とするタービンブレードあるいはタービンベーン部品。
- 請求項1または2に記載の合金を用いて、粉末冶金法あるいは鍛造法により作成したことを特徴とするタービンディスク部品。
