本発明は上記課題を達成するために、混練槽の上部を覆うように配設した上部カバー体に、集塵機に接続した吸引ダクトを取り付け、混練槽内に舞い上がる粉塵を前記集塵機にて吸引除去するように構成されるミキサの監視用カメラ装置であって、筒状のカメラ保護ケースをミキサの上部カバー体に配設し、該カメラ保護ケースのミキサ側寄りに開閉シャッターを開閉自在に配設し、該開閉シャッターの後方のカメラ保護ケース側壁に外気取入口を穿設し、その後方のカメラ保護ケースに保護用ガラスを取り付けると共に、該保護用ガラス越しに監視用カメラを配設し、前記開閉シャッターを開放すると、ミキサ稼働中は絶えず稼働している集塵装置によって外気取入口より外気が取り込まれ、カメラ保護ケース内の空気が吸い出されるように構成したことを特徴としている。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明のミキサ監視用カメラ装置によれば、材料をミキサへ投入する時にはカメラ保護ケースの開閉シャッターを閉塞状態として保護用ガラスが汚れないようしておき、投入が完了する頃に開閉シャッターを開放して撮影を開始する。この種ミキサにおいては飛散する粉塵を吸引除去する装置が設置されていることが多く、開閉シャッターを開放すると、カメラ保護ケースの側壁に穿設してある外気取入口より外気を取り込むために、カメラ保護ケース内に漂う粉塵を含む空気がミキサ内の上部空間を通過して吸引ダクト側へと吸引される。これによって、カメラ保護ケース内に漂う粉塵がなくなり、監視用カメラの視界は良好となって鮮明な映像を映し出す。

前記カメラ保護ケース11の上端部には監視用カメラ12のレンズ14を保護する保護用ガラス15を取り付けており、該保護用ガラス15越しにカメラ撮影をするようにしている。

以上のように、本発明に係るミキサ監視用カメラ装置にあっては混練槽内に舞い上がる粉塵を集塵機にて吸引除去するように構成されるミキサに採用されるもので、筒状のカメラ保護ケースをミキサの上部カバー体に配設し、該カメラ保護ケースのミキサ側寄りに開閉シャッターを開閉自在に配設し、該開閉シャッターの後方のカメラ保護ケース側壁に外気取入口を穿設し、その後方のカメラ保護ケースに保護用ガラスを取り付けると共に、該保護用ガラス越しに監視用カメラを配設したので、前記開閉シャッターを開放すると、ミキサ稼働中は絶えず稼働している集塵装置によって外気取入口より外気が取り込まれカメラ保護ケース内の空気が吸い出されるため、カメラレンズが汚れることはなく、また撮影時にはカメラ保護ケース内に漂う粉塵を素早く取り除くことができて監視用カメラの視界が良好となって鮮明な映像を映し出すことができる。
