Claims (11)
- 筒状内面が燃料液膜形成面とされる液膜形成体を備えた気流微粒化ノズルを燃料微粒化手段として、筒状で概略先細に形成された予混合管の入口部に配設し、前記液膜形成体の内側に断面環状の偏流筒体を同軸に配設し、前記偏流筒体の外周面と前記液膜形成体の前記液膜形成面との間に形成される環状流路の上流部に第1空気旋回器を配設するとともに前記偏流筒体の内周面を壁面に含む流路の上流部に第2空気旋回器を配設し、前記偏流筒体は、前記外周面を定める外径が前記環状流路の先端に向かって増大し、前記内周面を定める内径が前記第2空気旋回器の下流端よりも下流において極小となり、その後、前記流路の先端に向かって増大する形状であり、前記液膜形成体の外側で前記予混合管の内周面を壁面に含む環状流路の上流部に第3空気旋回器を配設したことから成るガスタービン燃焼器用燃料・空気プレミキサー。
- 前記気流微粒化ノズルは、前記筒状内面としての第1燃料液膜形成面を有する前記液膜形成体としての第1液膜形成体を備えた第1微粒化ノズルと、前記偏流筒体の内側に同軸に配設された第2微粒化ノズルとを含んでおり、前記第1空気旋回器が配設される前記環状流路が第1環状流路であるとともに、前記第2空気旋回器が配設される前記流路が前記偏流筒体の内周面と前記第2微粒化ノズルの外周面との間に形成される第2環状流路であることから成る請求項1に記載のガスタービン燃焼器用燃料・空気プレミキサー。
- 前記液膜形成体を取り巻く外筒を前記液膜形成体と同軸に配設し、前記外筒の内周面と前記液膜形成体の外周面との間に気流が流れる環状の隙間を形成し、前記外筒の先端は前記液膜形成体の先端よりも前方に位置することから成る請求項1又は2に記載のガスタービン燃焼器用燃料・空気プレミキサー。
- 前記外筒と前記燃料微粒化手段とを一体化するとともに、前記第3空気旋回器と前記予混合管とを一体化し、前記外筒を前記第3空気旋回器に対して嵌入又は取り外すことにより、前記燃料微粒化手段が前記予混合管に対して着脱可能であることから成る請求項3に記載のガスタービン燃焼器用燃料・空気プレミキサー。
- 前記液膜形成面の先端の直径は、前記先端と同一軸方向位置における前記予混合管の内径の0.6〜0.8倍の範囲であることから成る請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のガスタービン燃焼器用燃料・空気プレミキサー。
- 前記偏流筒体には燃料供給を受ける略環状の燃料マニフォールドが配設され、前記外周面には前記燃料マニフォールドに連通し燃料を噴射する複数の燃料噴射孔が開口していることから成る請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のガスタービン燃焼器用燃料・空気プレミキサー。
- 前記液膜形成体には略環状の燃料マニフォールドが配設され、前記液膜形成面には前記燃料マニフォールドにつながり燃料を前記液膜形成面上に流出させる燃料供給孔が開口していることから成る請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のガスタービン燃焼器用燃料・空気プレミキサー。
- 前記第2微粒化ノズルは、圧力スワールノズルであることから成る請求項2〜7のいずれか1項に記載のガスタービン燃焼器用燃料・空気プレミキサー。
- 前記第2微粒化ノズルは、中心軸と同軸に配設され外周面に燃料噴射孔が開口した燃料噴射筒と、前記燃料噴射筒と同軸に配設された断面環状の第2液膜形成体と、前記燃料噴射筒の外周面と第2液膜形成体の液膜形成面との間の環状流路において前記燃料噴射孔の開口位置よりも上流の位置に配設された第4空気旋回器とを備え、燃料は前記燃料噴射孔から前記第2液膜形成体の液膜形成面に向けて噴出される気流微粒化ノズルであることから成る請求項2〜8のいずれか1項に記載のガスタービン燃焼器用燃料・空気プレミキサー。
- 前記第1空気旋回器と前記第2空気旋回器が気流に与える旋回の方向が互いに逆であることから成る請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のガスタービン燃焼器用燃料・空気プレミキサー。
- 前記第2空気旋回器と前記第4空気旋回器が気流に与える旋回の方向が互いに逆であることから成る請求項9に記載のガスタービン燃焼器用燃料・空気プレミキサー。
