ハウジングから導出させた電線をL字状に曲げて配索する場合、電線カバーが用いられる。その一例として、一対の半割体をヒンジで連結した形態の単一部品からなるものがあり、ヒンジを折り返し状に屈曲させつつ両半割体を回動させて電線を包むように合体させるようになっている。
