Claims (10)
- 組立体を形成する数列の回転羽根(22)を支持することができるターボ機関のロータを形成するドラム(124)であって、空気流がドラムの上流端部(24a)とドラムの下流端部(24b、124b)との間で前記組立体を通過するようになっており、前記ドラムは、概して、縦軸(12)を中心とした回転体の形であり、該ドラムは、金属合金から作られ、且つ、前記上流端部(24a)と前記下流端部(24b;124b)との間で前記縦軸(12)の周りに広がる環状の閉じた線(30)で囲まれ得る曲線状の形状に沿って延在しており、該曲線状の形状が、母線(134)を呈示する回転面の周りに径方向に延在するものであり、前記下流端部(124b)に補剛材が設けられており、該補剛材は、前記下流端部(124b)に取り付けられた少なくとも1つの複合集成材(140)を備えており、該複合集成材(140)が繊維およびポリマ基質を含んでいることを特徴とする、ドラム。
- 金属の単一片として作られる第1の部分と、前記補剛材を形成する第2の部分とを具備することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のドラム(124)。
- 前記下流端部は、前記縦軸について同軸に環状ハウジング(124h)を画定し、前記ハウジング(124h)は、外方に向けて放射状に開口していること、および前記複合集成材(140)は、前記ハウジング(124h)内に配置されて、環状で且つ前記下流端部(124b)に巻き付いていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のドラム(124)。
- 前記下流端部(124b)は、一連の軸方向の突出部(124i)を形成すること、および前記補剛材は、前記突出部(124i)の1つに装備されるスリーブの形をとる少なくとも1つの巻回された複合集成材(140)によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のドラム(124)。
- 前記補剛材は、前記母線(134)に関して中心を外れていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のドラム(124)。
- 前記補剛材は、前記母線(134)に関して半径方向の外側に中心を外れていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のドラム(124)。
- 前記複合集成材は、熱硬化性樹脂の基質内に受容され巻回された長い炭素繊維により形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のドラム(124)。
- 前記熱硬化性樹脂は、エポキシ型であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のドラム(124)。
- そのロータに、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のドラム(124)を具備し、且つそこに固定された可動羽根(22)を有する軸流遠心コンプレッサ(16)。
- 請求項9に記載のコンプレッサ(16)を含む、特にターボジェットエンジンである、燃焼ターボシャフトエンジン。
