Claims (6)
- ステータの内周側に該ステータに対して同心円状に配置されたロータを有する電動機と、動力を伝達する伝動機構とを備えた動力伝達装置において、
前記伝動機構における所定の構成部材の一部が、前記ステータもしくはロータ側に、これらステータもしくはロータと中心軸線を一致させた状態で突出し、その突出部分の外周側に前記ロータが遊嵌するとともに前記突出部分の外周面と前記ロータの内周面との間に、前記ロータを軸線方向に移動させるためのガイドスリーブを挿入可能な隙間が設けられていることを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 前記突出部分のうちその先端部よりも基端部側の外周面が前記ガイドスリーブをほぼ密着させて嵌合させるガイド部となっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記突出部分は、前記伝動機構に動力を伝達する軸を含み、かつ前記軸と前記ロータとの間に、これら軸とロータとをトルク伝達可能に連結する連結部材が介装されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記ロータは、前記スリーブによって前記ステータに対してセンタリングされることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の動力伝達装置。
- ステータの内周側に該ステータに対して同心円状に配置されたロータを有する電動機と、動力を伝達する伝動機構とを備えた動力伝達装置の組立方法において、
前記伝動機構における所定の構成部材の一部が、前記ステータもしくはロータ側に、これらステータもしくはロータと中心軸線を一致させた状態で突出させた状態に前記伝動機構を組み付け、その突出部分の外周側にガイドスリーブを嵌合させ、そのガイドスリーブの外周側に前記ロータを嵌合させるとともにそのガイドスリーブに沿って軸線方向に移動させて前記ロータをステータと同一軸線上に回転自在に組み付け、その後、前記ガイドスリーブを前記突出部分から抜き取ることを特徴とする動力伝達装置の組立方法。 - 前記ロータの軸線方向での両端部を、前記動力伝達装置のケースもしくは該ケースと一体の部材によって回転自在に保持した後、前記ガイドスリーブを前記突出部分から抜き取ることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の動力伝達装置の組立方法。
