Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for molding a patterned resin molding at low cost.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a method of molding a resin molded body with a pattern having a three-dimensional pattern of characters, figures, symbols, logo marks, etc., the resin molded body was softened by high-frequency heating, and an uneven pattern was engraved on the surface There is known a method of transferring the concavo-convex pattern onto a resin molded body by pressing the pressing mold against the softened resin molded body (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-100309 (pages 2, 3 and 2, 3)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, since the uneven pattern is engraved on the stamping die, it is necessary to prepare a stamping die having a different stamping pattern every time the design is changed. To do.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of this point, and an object of the present invention is to form a patterned resin molded body at low cost by reducing the mold cost.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is characterized in that a resin-molded body with a pattern having different recessed patterns is molded with a single mold.
[0007]
Specifically, the solution provided by the present invention is such that the pattern sheet body is first detachably attached to the surface of the skin that has been previously molded into a predetermined shape, and then comprises a first mold and a second mold. The skin is set in the first mold so that the surface of the skin comes into contact with the molding surface of the first mold of the molding die, and then between the first mold and the second mold in the mold closed state. A molten resin is injected into the formed cavity to form a base material, the skin is integrally bonded to the base material, the pattern sheet body is embedded in the skin with the surface exposed, and The resin molded body in which the recessed pattern was formed by the embedded portion was molded, and then the resin molded body was removed from the mold, and the pattern sheet body was peeled off from the resin molded body, and the recessed pattern was exposed on the surface of the skin. A patterned resin molding is obtained.
[0008]
With the above configuration, in the present invention, it is only necessary to attach the pattern sheet body prepared according to the change of the design to the surface of the skin so that it can be peeled off. Compared with the case where a molding die having a different engraved pattern is prepared each time it is changed, the mold cost is reduced, and a patterned resin molded body having a different recessed pattern can be obtained at a low cost.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a method for molding a patterned resin molding according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0010]
First, a skin 1 as shown in FIG. 1 is prepared. The skin 1 is made of resin, for example, a skin end portion that is a non-product portion that is molded into a predetermined shape in advance by vacuum molding or slush molding and trimmed after molding on the outer peripheral edge portion of the skin body portion 1a that is a product portion. 1b is formed.
[0011]
Next, as shown in FIG. 2, the pattern sheet 3 is detachably attached to the surface of the skin body 1 a of the skin 1. This pattern sheet body 3 is obtained by cutting a resin sheet such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET) having an adhesive layer (not shown) attached to the back surface into shapes such as letters, figures, symbols, and logo marks. Here, the alphabet “N” is illustrated.
[0012]
Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 3, the first skin 1 is placed so that the surface of the first skin 1 comes into contact with the molding surface 7 a of the first mold 7 of the first mold 7 and the second mold 9. The mold 7 is set, the mold 5 is closed, and the skin end 1b is sandwiched between the first mold 7 and the second mold 9. A cavity 11 is formed between the molding die 5 of the first die 7 and the molding surface 9a of the second die 9 in a state in which the molding die 5 is closed. A gap S is formed between the skin 1 around the pattern sheet body 3 and the molding surface 7 a of the first mold 7.
[0013]
Thereafter, molten resin is injected into the cavity 11 from an opening (not shown) opened in the second mold 9 to form a base material 13 as shown in FIG. 4, and the skin 1 is formed on the base material 13. The integrally molded resin molded body 15 is molded. At this time, the injection pressure of the molten resin acts on the back surface of the skin 1, the skin 1 around the pattern sheet body 3 is pushed into the gap S between the molding surface 7 a of the first mold 7, and the gap S disappears. The pattern sheet 3 is embedded in the skin main body 1a with the surface exposed, and the recessed pattern 17 is formed by the embedded portion.
[0014]
Next, the mold 5 is opened to remove the resin molded body 15, and as shown in FIG. 5, the pattern sheet body 3 to which the adhesive layer is adhered is peeled from the resin molded body 15, and the base The skin end portion 1b protruding from the material 13 is cut from a position T indicated by a one-dot chain line in FIG. 5, and the resin molding with a pattern as a finished product in which the concave pattern 17 is exposed on the surface of the skin 1 as shown in FIG. A body 15 is obtained.
[0015]
In this way, since the pattern sheet body 3 only needs to be adhered to the skin 1, when changing the design, it is only necessary to prepare various pattern sheet bodies 3 cut according to the change, and the design change. A single molding die 5 can be used without preparing molding dies with different engraved patterns every time, and the molding cost can be reduced. Can do.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the skin is set in the first mold so that the surface of the skin on which the pattern sheet body is detachably attached contacts the molding surface of the first mold, and the mold is closed. Then, a molten resin is injected into the cavity formed between the first mold and the second mold to mold a base material. The skin is integrally bonded to the base material, and the pattern sheet body has a surface. A resin molded body that is embedded in the skin in an exposed state and has a recessed pattern formed by the embedded portion is molded, and then the pattern sheet body is peeled from the resin molded body to expose the recessed pattern on the surface of the skin. Since the patterned resin molded body is obtained, the mold cost can be reduced with a single mold, and the patterned resin molded body having different recessed patterns can be molded at low cost.
