Claims (2)
- 先端に取付けたノズル部材の基部周囲を金型との当接部位とした加熱筒と、
上記ノズル部材をノズル先端間から加熱筒が当接される開口縁まで、同一幅の間隙を空けて受け入れる凹所によるノズル受口を備えた金型と、
上記加熱筒の金型との当接部位に設けた断熱材と、
上記間隙に流入した溶融樹脂を、金型により冷却固化して形成した金型とノズル部材とを断熱する薄肉の樹脂層とからなり、
上記間隙の幅を0.05〜0.1mmの範囲に制限し、その間隙と同一肉厚の上記樹脂層を金型とノズル部材との間に形成して断熱してなることを特徴とする金型とノズル部材の当接構造。 - 上記ノズル受口の開口内に、開口周面をテーパー面に形成して段部を設け、その段部を開口縁として上記ノズル部材の基部周囲を上記断熱材を介し当接し、かつ上記ノズル部材をテーパー面により受口中央に位置させてなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の金型とノズル部材の当接構造。
