【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、縦向き状態で遊技に供されて機内にセットされた遊技盤のゲーム領域内でパチンコゲームを展開し得るパチンコ遊技機に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
周知のように、パチンコ機に代表されるこの種の遊技機では、球送り装置と打球発射装置の協働により、上球皿内の遊技球を機内の発射レールにおける発射部位に１球ずつ送込み、同部位から遊技盤の案内レール内の遊技領域に打出してゲームを行ない得るようになっている。そして遊技盤の遊技領域内には、各種入賞具や特別入賞装置および図柄表示装置等が設置され、この遊技領域における所要のパチンコゲームにより遊技球は、前記入賞具や入賞装置に入った入賞球(セーフ球)とアウト口に入ったアウト球とに区分されて機裏側に排出される。またセーフ球に対する褒賞として、機裏側に設置された機構セット盤の賞球払出装置から所定数の賞球が排出される。

前記賞球については、前記機構セット盤に配設されたセーフ球処理装置がセーフ球を１球ずつ処理することに関連して、該機構セット盤の上方に配設された球払出装置が１回ずつ作動されて所定個数単位毎に払出される。そして、球払出装置から賞球通出路に払出されたパチンコ球は、遊技盤をセットしたセット枠の遊技補助盤に形成した給出口を介して上球皿へ優先的に通出され、この上球皿内に貯留された賞球(遊技球)が給出口まで充満した後は、該給出口の裏側と下球皿側に連通する給出口との間に延在形成された排出路を介して下球皿へ通出されるようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで従来のパチンコ機は、アウト球用の排出経路,セーフ球用の排出経路および賞球用の前記排出路が、基本的には、前記遊技補助盤の裏面側または機構セット盤の下部内側に形成されている。すなわち、アウト球用の排出経路,セーフ球用の排出経路および賞球用の排出路が、遊技補助盤または機構セット盤と一体的に成形されるため、これら遊技保持枠部または機構セット盤の構造が複雑となって、その成形金型の製作費が嵩んで製造コストが高くなる問題を内在していた。しかも、各排出経路が左右や前後に複雑に屈曲した状態に延在形成され、遊技盤から一度に多数のアウト球またはセーフ球が通出された際には円滑かつ確実な排出処理が困難となり、場合によっては球詰りが発生してセーフ球の検出処理が不能となって賞球払出しが中断したり特別遊技の発生,継続がキャンセルされる等、好適な遊技に支障を来たす等の不都合もあった。

【発明の目的】
本発明は、前述した課題を好適に解決するべく新規に提案されたもので、パチンコゲームで使用された球を好適に処理し得るようにしたパチンコ遊技機を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前述した課題を克服し、所期の目的を達成するため本発明に係るパチンコ遊技機は、外枠に組付けられる前枠の開口領域後側に設けられたセット枠のセット面域にパチンコゲームを展開し得る遊技盤が着脱可能にセットされる一方、セット枠の裏側に、球貯留供給経路部に貯留したパチンコ球を賞球または貸し球として払出す電動制御式の球払出装置を着脱可能に設置した機構セット盤が装備された遊技機において、
前記セット枠のセット面域の下部には、前記遊技盤と上下の向きに整合されて、効果音発生装置や発射レールが設置される遊技補助盤を備え、該遊技補助盤の裏側に、前記機構セット盤側に突出する突出部が形成され、
前記遊技補助盤の裏側の中央上部には、遊技盤に形成したアウト口から排出されたアウト球を通出するアウト路が前記セット面域に開口するよう上下に延在形成されると共に、

【作用】
アウト球の排出経路およびセーフ球の排出経路を形成した蓋板を、セット枠における遊技補助盤の裏側に組付ける。遊技盤の遊技領域において入賞装置や入賞具に入らずにアウト口へ到来した遊技球は、アウト球として前記蓋板に形成されたアウト球の排出経路へ通出された後、機外へ排出される。また、遊技盤の遊技領域において入賞装置または入賞口に入った遊技球は、セーフ球として前記蓋板に形成されたセーフ球の排出経路へ通出された後に機外へ排出される。球払出装置から払出された賞球および貸し球は、機構セット盤の賞球通出路を通って球受け案内部材で一旦受け止められた後、第１排出口および給出口を介して上球皿へ優先的に通出される。そして、上球皿に貯留された賞球が第１排出口から球受け案内部材まで充満した後に、賞球通出路を介して払出される賞球は、排出口から賞球排出路側へ落下して該排出路を介して第２排出口へ通出され、この第２排出口および給出口を通って下球皿へ排出される。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明に係るパチンコ遊技機につき、好適な実施例を挙げて、添付図面を参照しながら以下詳細に説明する。なお本実施例では、縦型遊技機として、遊技店内の設置枠台(島)に所定の縦向き後傾姿勢に固定保持されて遊技に供されると共に、機裏側の貯留パチンコ球を、パチンコゲーム中の入賞成立(セーフ球発生)に対する賞球として払出し得る一方、側方に配設した球貸しカードユニットＬの球貸し操作に対する貸し球としても払出し得るタイプのパチンコ機を示す。

(パチンコ機の概略説明)
本実施例のパチンコ機Ｐは、その基本的構成の概要として図１および図２に略示するように、外郭保持枠をなす縦長矩形状の外枠Ａの開口前面側に、各種の遊技用構成部材をセットする縦長方形の前枠Ｂが、所要の開閉連結支持部および施錠手段を利用して横開き形態で開閉および着脱が可能に組付けられている。そしてこの前枠Ｂの前面側に、遊技盤Ｄの透視保護窓である後述のガラス扉(窓枠)Ｃと、上球皿Ｅを固定装備した開閉板とが、所要の開閉連結支持部を利用して共に横開き形態で開閉可能に組付け整合される。また、前枠Ｂの下部に下球皿Ｆおよび打球発射装置Ｇにおける打球操作部Ｇ₁等が装着セットされ、更に前枠Ｂの裏側に各種の球経路および球処理・払出部等を備えた機構セット盤Ｊがセットされ、これにより一台のパチンコ機Ｐが形成される。

(前枠)
前記前枠Ｂは、図３〜図５に示すように、全体が合成樹脂成形されたものが例示され、前記外枠Ａの開口前面域に整合する外形サイズに成形されて内側に正面縦長方形の窓枠口(開口領域)１１を開口した枠体１０と、この枠体１０の裏側に一体成形されて前記窓枠口１１の正面内部に臨む遊技盤用のセット口(セット面域)１３を開口したセット枠１２とが、前後に一体的に連設された内外二重枠形態とされている。そして前記枠体１０においては、窓枠口１１の下部に下球皿Ｆや前記打球発射装置Ｇの打球発射部Ｇ₂等を設置するための設置盤１４が成形される一方、その中央部に賞球用の給出口１５が開口され、また窓枠口１１の上縁部および右縁部に亘り電光装飾部１６を設置するための設置部１７が成形されている。また前記窓枠口１１は、前面側から出入れ(着脱)される遊技盤Ｄの出入れ口ともされ、その下部開口面域内に上球皿Ｅ(開閉板)を開閉可能に組付けセットし得るようになっている。

一方、前記セット枠１２においては、図３〜図５に示すように、窓枠口１１の下部内側において前記上球皿Ｅに整合する位置に遊技補助盤(「遊技補助枠部」とも云う)２０が一体成形されており、この遊技補助盤２０の上端縁を基準にして前記セット口１３が開口されている。このセット口１３における内周４ヶ所の隅部には、略４５度に形成された斜状壁部１８がセット枠１２に一体的に形成されており、これら各斜状壁部１８には、遊技盤Ｄ固定用の取付装置Ｈが設置されている。なお、このセット口１３の内周端面に、遊技盤Ｄに対する位置決め用の突座１９,１９が形成されている。ちなみに前枠Ｂは、枠体１０で構成されるタイプのものとして、窓枠口１１の裏側に別成形されたセット枠１２を整合固定するものであってもよい。

前記遊技補助盤２０では、その裏側の中央上部に、前記セット口１３に開口したアウト路２１が形成される他に、前面の左側上部に賞球用の給出口２２が開口され、またスピーカ２５を収容したケース体２４からなり、遊技内容に応じた効果音を発生する効果音発生装置２３が、前記球出口２２の下方に設置されている。一方、正面右側には発射レール２６が適宜傾斜で設置され、その下端(右端)の発射位置に上球皿Ｅからの遊技球を着座させ得ると共に、前記打球発射装置Ｇにおける打球発射部Ｇ₂の打球杆２７を臨ませ得るようになっている。更に正面中央には、前記発射レール２６の上端部側方にファール球口２８が画成されると共に、このファール球口２８に連通してファール球を回収口３０へ通出案内するファール球回収樋２９が形成されている。なお、ファール球口２８,ファール球回収樋２９および回収口３０の全面には、前面カバー３１が取着されている。

(遊技盤)
前記セット枠１２のセット口１３に着脱可能にセットされる遊技盤Ｄには、図１に示すように、パチンコゲームに供される各種の遊技部品や表示用の部品等が配設されている。本実施例では、第１種パチンコ遊技機用のものを例示しており、盤本体７４の円形状の案内レール７６内の遊技領域７５において、電子制御式の図柄表示装置７９が中央に配設されている。また入賞用の遊技部品としては、入賞検出に基づいて前記図柄表示装置７９の図柄作動条件を発生し得る始動入賞具７８、入賞具不変形態の普通入賞具８１、両側に普通入賞具８３を配設すると共に中央に特別遊技の条件成立に基づいて開成作動される開閉部材８４を備えたアタッカータイプの特別入賞装置８２が夫々配設されている。また表示用の部品として、ランプ付きの回転案内具(風車)８５や照明具８６等が所定位置に配設されている。そして、遊技領域７５の中央最下部には、前記各入賞装置や入賞具に入らずに落下した遊技球を、アウト球として前記アウト路２１へ通出するためのアウト口８０が形成されている。なお図示しないが、盤本体７４の裏面には、前記特別入賞装置８２や各入賞具７８,８１,８３に入った遊技球を、セーフ球として後述するセーフ球用の排出経路５３へ通出案内するセーフ球通出案内部材が配設されている。

なお本実施例のパチンコ機Ｐは、後述するように、従来のパチンコ機に具備されるセーフ球検出処理装置を廃止したタイプとして構成されており、前記始動入賞具７８,特別入賞装置８２および普通入賞具８１,８３には、入賞したセーフ球の入賞確認スイッチが夫々に配設されており、各入賞確認スイッチからの検出信号が、後述する第２電子制御装置４６の払出し制御基板に入力されるようになっている。なお実施例のパチンコ機Ｐでは、例えば前記普通入賞具８１,８３では１個のセーフ球に対して７個の賞球が払出され、始動入賞具７８では１個のセーフ球に対して１０個の賞球が払出され、更に特別入賞装置８２では１個のセーフ球に対して１３個のセーフ球が払出されるように設定されている。

(機構セット盤)
機構セット盤Ｊは、前枠Ｂの後部に位置する前記セット枠１２の裏側に着脱可能に装備され、前記セット枠１２に対応し得る方形サイズに樹脂成形された本体３４の中央部に遊技盤裏面の点検用の窓口３６が開口されて、これに裏カバー３７が開閉および着脱可能に取着されており、この窓口３６の外周部に球貯留供給経路部３８等が配設されている。この球貯留供給経路部３８は、機構セット盤Ｊの上部に外向き開口状態で設置される球容器(「球タンク」とも云う)３９と、この球容器３９の下部に取着される斜状レール形の整流樋４０と、この整流樋４０の下流端に連絡するように本体３４に形成された送出路４１とから構成され、相当量のパチンコ球を収容(貯留)し得るようになっている。また、前記球貯留供給経路部３８の下端部に、カセット形態とされる電動制御式の球払出装置Ｋが着脱可能に設置される一方、この球払出装置Ｋの下方と前記給出口２２に整合する球受け案内部材４７との間に賞球通出路４２が形成され、また球受け案内部材４７の側方に画成された溢れ球用の排出口４９から下方に、賞球を下球皿Ｆへ通出案内するための賞球排出路４３が形成されている。また、本体３４の右側端部には、前記球貯留供給経路部３８に貯留されたパチンコ球を機外へ排出するための球抜排出路４８が形成されている。なお図２中、符号４４は電源部(ＡＣ２４Ｖ)に接続されるターミナル基板、符号４５はゲーム内容を制御する第１電子制御装置、符号４６はセーフ球検出処理並びに貯留球払出し(賞球と貸し球)を制御する払出し制御基板を有する第２電子制御装置を夫々示し、これら第１電子制御装置４５および第２電子制御装置４６は、本体３４に形成された設置部３５に設置されている。

(蓋板)
そして本実施例のパチンコ機Ｐでは、図６〜図９等に示すように、セット枠１２における前記遊技補助盤２０の裏面側に、アウト球,セーフ球および賞球を含む全てのパチンコ球の総合的な球処理構造部分を有する蓋板５０が、着脱可能に組付けられている。すなわち蓋板５０は、前記遊技補助盤２０の裏側を全体的に覆蓋し得る形状,サイズに形成された１枚の本体５１に、前記遊技盤Ｄ側から排出されるアウト球用の排出経路５２と、同遊技盤Ｄ側から排出されるセーフ球用の排出経路５３と、これらアウト球とセーフ球を総合して排出案内する集合排出路５４を夫々形成すると共に、機構セット盤Ｊに設置した前記球払出装置Ｋ側から払出される賞球用の排出空間５５が形成され、全体が例えば合成樹脂等を材質とする一体成形品である。そして、この蓋板５０が前記遊技補助盤２０の裏面側に組付けられると共に、前記機構セット盤Ｊがセット枠１２の裏側に取着された状態においては、前記アウト球用の排出経路５２,セーフ球用の排出経路５３,集合排出路５４および賞球用の排出空間５５を画成する前記各壁部５８,６１,６４,６８の端部に、機構セット盤Ｊの前記本体３４の下部前側が密着するようになり、アウト球,セーフ球,賞球の好適な通出案内が図られるようになっている。

(アウト球用の排出経路)
前記アウト球用の排出経路５２は、図１０,図１１および図１３に示すように、遊技補助盤２０の裏面略中央に上下に延在形成された前記アウト路２１に整合連通するように形成されており、このアウト路２１の下部に整合するよう前記本体５１の略中央に開口した通出口５６と、案内壁部５８,５８により前記通出口５６と前記集合排出路５４とを連通接続するアウト球通路５７とから構成されている。このアウト球通路５７は、蓋板５０の本体５１と機構セット盤Ｊの本体３４により前後に密閉され、アウト球の好適な通出案内が図られる。従って、前記遊技盤Ｄでのパチンコゲームによるアウト球は、該遊技盤Ｄのアウト口８０を介して前記アウト路２１に通出された後、このアウト路２１内を落下して前記通出口５６を介してアウト球通路５７内に通出され、そしてアウト球通路５７を通って集合排出路５４から機外へ排出される。なお、前記アウト球通路５７の下流端部に、アウト球の通過を検出するアウト球排出確認スイッチＳ₁を取付けるための設置部５９が形成されている。

(セーフ球用の排出経路)
前記セーフ球用の排出経路５３は、前記本体５１の左右方向に延在形成された球受け壁部６１によって左右細長に上方開口して、遊技盤Ｄの裏側に取着されたセーフ球通出案内部材(図示せず)から落下放出されるセーフ球を受入れ得る球受け部６０と、案内壁部６４,６４により前記球受け壁部６１の略左右中央に開口した通出口６２と前記集合排出路５４とを連通接続するセーフ球通路６３とから構成されている。このセーフ球通路６３は、蓋板５０の本体５１と機構セット盤Ｊの本体３４により前後に密閉され、セーフ球の好適な通出案内が図られる。従って、前記遊技盤Ｄでのパチンコゲームにより大型入賞装置７７または入賞具７８に入ったセーフ球は、該遊技盤Ｄの裏側へ一旦通出され、セーフ球通出案内部材を介して球受け部６０に受入れられた後、セーフ球通路６３を通って集合排出路５４から機外へ排出される。なお、前記セーフ球通路６３の下流端部に、セーフ球の通過を検出するセーフ球排出確認スイッチＳ₂を取付けるための設置部６５が形成されている。また、前記集合排出路５４は裏側に開放し、この開口部がカバー７２により覆蓋されている。

(賞球用の排出空間)
前記本体５１の正面右側上方には、図１０および図１４に示すように、遊技補助盤２０に形成されて上球皿Ｅに連通する前記給出口２２の筒部に整合する第１排出口６６が開口形成され、また該本体５１の下部中央には、図１２および図１５に示すように、該遊技補助盤２０に形成されて下球皿Ｆに連通する前記給出口１５に整合する第２排出口６７が開口形成されている。そして、本体５１の右下端縁部に形成された案内壁部６８と前記各壁部５８,６１,６４により、前記第１排出口６６と第２排出口６７とを連通接続するよう左下がりに延在する前記賞球用の排出空間５５が形成されている。この賞球用の排出空間５５には、図９に示すように、蓋板５０と機構セット盤Ｊとが整合した際に該機構セット盤Ｊに成形した前記賞球排出路４３が整合するようになり、蓋板５０の本体５１と機構セット盤Ｊの本体３４により前後に密閉され、賞球の好適な通出案内が図られるようになっている。

また前記第１排出口６６には、機構セット盤Ｊに形成した前記賞球通出路４２下方の球受け案内部材４７の前側部分が整合し、前記球払出装置Ｋから払出された賞球および貸し球は、賞球通出路４２を通って球受け案内部材４７で一旦受け止められた後、第１排出口６６および給出口２２を介して前記上球皿Ｅへ優先的に通出される。また、上球皿Ｅに貯留された賞球(遊技球)が前記第１排出口６６から球受け案内部材４７まで充満した後に、前記賞球通出路４２を介して払出される賞球は、排出口４９から賞球排出路４３側へ落下して該排出路４３を介して第２排出口６７へ通出され、この第２排出口６７および前記給出口１５を通って下球皿Ｆへ排出されるようになっている。なお前記第２排出口６７は、機構セット盤Ｊの下端部から下方へ突出しているので、該第２排出口６７に整合する後方側に、上方開口部が前記賞球排出路４３に整合したバケット状の球案内樋６９が形成されている。

このように構成された実施例の蓋板５０は、図８に示すように、複数個のビス７１により前記遊技補助盤２０の裏面側に組付けられる。すなわち、本体５１の所要位置には、前記遊技補助盤２０の裏面に形成されたボス部３２に整合する通孔７０が形成されており、各通孔７０を介して前記ボス部３２のビス孔にビス７１を締め込むだけで、蓋板５０は遊技補助盤２０に簡単かつ容易に組付けられる。

(セーフ球排出確認スイッチについて)
本実施例のパチンコ機Ｐでは、アウト球,セーフ球の各通出経路が機構セット盤Ｊに形成されておらず、また前述したように、アウト球用およびセーフ球用の各球通路５７,６３に、夫々の球の通過を検出するアウト球排出確認スイッチＳ₁およびセーフ球排出確認スイッチＳ₂を設置するようになっている。そして本実施例のパチンコ機Ｐでは、前述したように、機構セット盤Ｊに設置してセーフ球を検出処理するセーフ球処理装置を廃止して、遊技盤Ｄに設置された前記始動入賞具７８や特別入賞装置８２および普通入賞具８１,８３の夫々に専用の入賞確認用のスイッチを具備することを前提として、更に前記セーフ球排出確認スイッチＳ₂によりセーフ球を検出するようになっている。すなわち、前記始動入賞具７８や特別入賞装置８２および普通入賞具８１,８３に入ったセーフ球は、夫々に設置された入賞確認スイッチで個々に検出され、その検出信号が前記第２電子制御装置４６の払出し制御基板へ入力されることで、前記球払出装置Ｋが払出し作動制御されて所定数の貯留球が賞球として排出される一方、セーフ球通路６３に入って機外へ排出される全てのセーフ球は、前記セーフ球排出確認スイッチＳ₂で１個ずつ再度検出され、その検出信号も前記払出し制御基板へ入力される。

【実施例の作用】
次に、前述のように構成された本実施例に係るパチンコ遊技機の作用につき説明する。前述のように構成された本実施例のパチンコ機Ｐでは、該パチンコ機Ｐの組立製造時に、セット枠１２の遊技補助盤２０の裏面側に対して、簡単な位置決めおよびビス７１の締め付け作業のみで別途成形された前記蓋板５０を組付けることができる。そして、前記蓋板５０を組付けたセット枠１２に対して前記機構セット盤Ｊおよびカバー７２を裏側から組付けることにより、アウト球用の排出経路５２,セーフ球用の排出経路５３および賞球排出路４３が、前後に密閉された状態に画成される。

(貸し球の通出形態)
本実施例のパチンコ機Ｐでは、遊技ホール内の設置枠台に前記球貸しカードユニットＬと共に設置されて遊技に供し得る。そして、球貸しカードユニットＬに対するカードの挿入並びに機前側での球貸し操作により、第２電子制御装置４６の球払出し制御基板からの制御信号により前記球払出装置Ｋが作動されるもとで、球貯留供給経路部３８の球容器３９,整流樋４０および送出路４１内に貯留された所定数のパチンコ球が払出される。この球払出装置Ｋから払出されたパチンコ球は、遊技球として賞球通出路４２から球受け案内部材４７上に一旦落下した後、第１排出口６６および給出口２２を介して上球皿Ｅへ通出される。
