Description
損傷の場合に冷媒プラントの単一の部品又は区分だけが冷媒を放出する解決策が長い間知られており、技術の現状において文献記載されている。
一つの可能性は、密封機能を備えた外部制御弁が消勢状態で閉じられ、したがって蒸発器の出口を遮断するということである。別の可能性は、損傷の影響を受けた区分内へ冷媒が逆流することに起因する冷媒の思いがけない流出を阻止するために逆止弁を設けることである。
したがって、本発明の目的は、高価な制御装置を用いないで流体回路の区分又はラインループの遮断を行う安全遮断装置を開発することにある。
好ましくは、N個の分割弁が安全遮断装置用に設けられ、正確にはN個の区分が互いに遮断可能に設計されている。

Claims (3)
- 流体回路の区分のための安全遮断装置であって、安全遮断装置(17)は、単一本体内で互いにピストン(1)によって分離された2つのチャンバ(19,20)を有し、チャンバ(19,20)は、互いに遮断されるべき区分(10,21)の連絡路(8,9)及び(6,7)をそれぞれ備え、連結路(8,9)は、チャンバ(19,20)内の等しい圧力状態で密封力要素(18)を備えた閉鎖要素(3)により閉鎖され、閉鎖要素(3)及びピストン(1)に機能的に連結されていて、連結路(6,7)相互間の圧力差により生じるピストン(1)の変位に起因して、高い圧力状態にあるチャンバ(19又は20)内の閉鎖要素(3)が、関連の連結路(8又は9)を開き、流体が区分(21)から区分(10)内へ流入できるようにする2つの作動装置(2)が設けられ、これに伴う圧力の増大に起因して、流体は、密封力要素(18)に抗して対応関係にある閉鎖要素(3)に打ち勝ち、流体が区分(10)の通過後、区分(21)内へ流れることができるようになっており、ピストン(1)の内部に位置する作動装置(2)のための停止部(23)を備えた案内(22)が設けられ、作動装置(2)は、ピストン(1)が変位すると、停止部(23)により圧力伝搬方向に連行され、それにより閉鎖要素(3)が対応関係にある連絡路(8)又は(9)を流体のために開放することを特徴とする安全遮断装置。
- 流体回路の区分のための安全遮断装置であって、安全遮断装置(17)は、単一本体内で互いにピストン(1)によって分離された2つのチャンバ(19,20)を有し、チャンバ(19,20)は、互いに遮断されるべき区分(10,21)の連絡路(8,9)及び(6,7)を備え、連結路(8,9)は、チャンバ(19,20)内の等しい圧力状態で密封力要素(18)を備えた閉鎖要素(3)により閉鎖され、閉鎖要素(3)及びピストン(1)に機能的に連結されていて、連結路(6,7)相互間の圧力差により生じるピストン(1)の変位に起因して、高い圧力状態にあるチャンバ(19又は20)内の閉鎖要素(3)が、関連の連結路(8又は9)を開き、流体が区分(21)から区分(10)内へ流入できるようにする2つの作動装置(2)が設けられ、これに伴う圧力の増大に起因して、流体は、密封力要素(18)に抗して対応関係にある閉鎖要素(3)に打ち勝ち、流体が区分(10)の通過後、区分(21)内へ流れることができるようになっており、ピストン(1)の内部に位置する作動装置(2)のための停止部(23)を備えた案内(22)が設けられ、作動装置(2)は、ピストン(1)が変位すると、停止部(23)により圧力伝搬方向に連行され、それにより閉鎖要素(3)が対応関係にある連絡路(8)又は(9)を流体のために開放し、安全遮断装置は対称に設計され、ピストン(1)はチャンバ(19,20)内での圧力が等しいとき、上記単一本体内で中央位置にあることを特徴とする安全遮断装置。
- ピストン(1)の変位は、制限要素(4)によって制限されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の安全遮断装置。
