Description

【0001】

If the seal strength is less than 50 cN / 30 mm, the pressure-proof groove is insufficiently pressed, the groove becomes shallow, the surface seal peels off from the absorber, the leak-proof property is reduced, and the wearing feeling is also good. Deteriorate.
The seal strength of the leak-proof groove 6 in the front portion 4 and the rear portion 5 is not particularly limited as long as the above-described seal strength is satisfied, but the seal strength in the front portion 4 is preferably 70 to 500 cN / 30 mm. The seal strength at the rear portion 5 is preferably 35 to 250 cN / 30 mm.
The method for measuring the seal strength is as follows.
The absorbent layer was cut out so that the width was 30 mm and the groove was positioned almost across the center, and in an environment of 20 ° C. and 65% RH, Tensilon tensile tester (Toyo Baldwin, “RTM-25” The surface sheet was fixed to the lower chuck, and the other portions were fixed to the upper chuck, and then peeled off in a 180 ° direction (a direction substantially perpendicular to the groove length direction) at a peeling speed of 300 mm / min. The average of the maximum values of 5 points was taken, and the average of 3 samples was further taken as the seal strength.
[0009]
More specifically, the width of the leak-proof groove 60 a formed in the front part 4 is larger than the width of the leak-proof groove 60 b formed in the rear part 5.
Specifically, the width of the leak-proof groove 60a formed in the front part 4 is preferably 1.0 to 10.0 mm, and the width of the leak-proof groove 60b formed in the rear part 5 is 0.00. It is preferable that it is 1-5.0 mm, and it is preferable that the difference of both is 0.9-5.0 mm.
By providing the width difference in this way, the seal strength of the leakage preventing grooves of the front part 4 and the rear part 5 can be kept uniform.
The depth of the leak-proof groove 6 is not particularly limited, and can be the same as that of a sanitary napkin in which this kind of leak-proof groove is formed.
[0010]
As each constituent member of the sanitary napkin 1 of the present embodiment, generally known members can be used without particular limitation.
[0011]
The sanitary napkin 1 of this embodiment can be used in the same manner as a normal night sanitary napkin.
And since the sanitary napkin 1 of this embodiment is comprised as mentioned above, the surface sheet 21 and the absorber 22 do not come off in the leak-proof groove 6 during use, and the leak-proof groove 6. The function is fully exerted and the leakage prevention is excellent. Moreover, for this reason, it is excellent also in a feeling of wearing.
[0012]
Next, the preferable manufacturing method of the absorbent article of this embodiment is demonstrated.
The sanitary napkin 1 of the present embodiment, that is, having a liquid-retaining absorbent layer and a liquid-impermeable leak-proof layer, is substantially vertically long, and has one or two longitudinal directions in the front part. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the manufacturing method of the absorbent article in which the leakage preventing grooves are formed and the leakage preventing grooves along the longitudinal direction are formed in the rear portion is formed on the surface of the absorbent layer 2. The pressure at the time of pressing is uniform between the front part 4 and the rear part 5 in the leakage prevention groove forming process in which the leakage prevention groove is formed by pressing with a pressure roll 100 having the pressure prevention part 110 for forming the leakage prevention groove from the side. It can be implemented by doing so.
Here, “the pressure is uniform” means that a pressure within an error range of about ± 20% is applied to the average pressure P so that substantially the same pressure is applied. It is.
In addition, processes other than the said leak-proof groove formation process can be performed similarly to the manufacturing method of absorbent articles, such as a normal sanitary napkin.
[0013]
More specifically, in the leakage preventing groove forming step, as shown in FIG. 3, the second absorbent body 24 is disposed on the first absorbent body 23 to form the absorbent body 22. The surface sheet 21 is placed on the surface side, a predetermined portion is pressed by the pressing roll 100 to form the leak-proof groove 6, and finally the surface sheet 21 is wound around the back surface side of the absorber 22. In addition, the absorption layer 2 is formed by this process, and the absorption layer 2 is bonded and fixed to the leak-proof layer in the next process.
[0014]
And the press roll 100 used in the said leak-proof groove formation process has the press part 110 corresponding to the shape of a desired leak-proof groove, and forms the front part in the press part 110, as shown in FIG. The width of the pressing portion 111 is larger than the width of the rear pressing portion 112 that forms the rear portion of the pressing portion 110.
Specifically, the width of the front pressing portion 111 is preferably 1.0 to 10.0 mm, and the width of the rear pressing portion 112 is preferably 0.1 to 5.0 mm. Moreover, it is preferable that the difference of the width | variety of the front press part 111 and the width | variety of the back press part 112 shall be 0.9-5.0 mm.
Moreover, it is preferable that the height of the press part 110 shall be 0.1-2 mm.
The pressing conditions in the pressing step are preferably a pressing pressure of 35 to 2500 kgf / cm 2 , a pressing temperature of 50 to 250 ° C., and a pressing time of 0.06 to 0.6. The second / piece is preferred. The pressing can be performed in the same manner as a pressing process such as a normal embossing process except that the pressing roll 100 is used.
[0015]
As in the present embodiment, by pressing using a pressing roll, the number of the front part and the rear part are different, and each has a leak-proof groove having a predetermined seal strength (first sanitary napkin) The absorbent article of the present invention such as the sanitary napkin of the embodiment) can be produced in a single pressing step. The seal portion 61 is provided so as not to overlap with the seal portion 61 of the adjacent leak-proof groove and the width direction of the sanitary napkin.
More specifically, out of the leakage prevention grooves 60b in the rear portion 5, the leakage prevention groove 60d located on the outer side and the leakage prevention groove 60c located on the inner side are both formed by arranging a large number of seal portions 61 in a linear shape. However, these seal portions 61 are arranged so as to be shifted between the respective leak-proof grooves in the longitudinal direction of the sanitary napkin 1, and are straight lines drawn in the width direction (L ′ shown in FIG. 5). Does not overlap. In addition, it is sufficient that the seal portions 61 of the adjacent leak-proof grooves do not overlap with each other. In this embodiment, the seal portions 61 are staggered as shown in FIG.
The size (length) L of the seal portion 61 is preferably 0.1 to 5.0 mm, and the degree of displacement (pitch T in the longitudinal direction of the sanitary napkin of each seal portion 61) is 0.1 to 5.0 mm. 20 mm is preferable.
In the present embodiment, the leak-proof groove 60 b is formed only by the seal portion 61.
Moreover, in the front part 4, the linear leak-proof groove 60a is formed similarly to 1st Embodiment.
