BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a wet wiper containing an antiseptic / antifungal composition, and more particularly to a wet wiper used for wiping the skin and human body such as limbs, face, buttocks and local areas.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In cosmetics and the like, a composition having an antiseptic and antifungal effect is blended in order to prevent contamination by an unspecified number of microorganisms. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-191521 describes a combination of a quaternary ammonium salt and a paraben (such as a paraoxybenzoic acid ester) as an antiseptic / antifungal agent. Quaternary ammonium salts include benzalkonium chloride and the like, which are generally used as fungicides, and parabens include ethyl paraben and methyl paraben, which are generally used as preservatives.
[0003]
In addition, the above publication describes a disinfectant having a liquid containing a quaternary ammonium salt and an amino acid type surfactant moistened with absorbent cotton or gauze.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, parabens used as preservatives cannot exert their effects unless they are used in large amounts, and there is a problem of causing irritation such as tingling and tingling to the skin when used in large amounts. . In particular, wet wipers, unlike liquid cosmetics sealed in containers, are easily exposed to the outside air, and therefore need to be blended in large quantities to exert antiseptic and antifungal effects.
[0005]
In addition, since parabens have poor solubility in water, it is inevitable that a solubilizer of polyhydric alcohol or lower alcohol having good solubility in parabens is blended. However, a large amount of polyhydric alcohol causes a sticky feeling, and a lower alcohol reduces the moist feeling of the skin and causes a feeling of roughness. There is also a problem that parabens crystallize and precipitate at low temperatures.
[0006]
On the other hand, although quaternary ammonium salts have a bactericidal and disinfecting effect, they are highly irritating to the skin and are not suitable for use as wet wipers that directly touch the human body. In particular, it is not suitable for sensitive areas such as the face and buttocks.
[0007]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a wet wiper containing an antiseptic / antifungal composition having low skin irritation without impairing the feeling of use.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the wet wiper of the present invention , the liquid containing stearic acid diethylaminoethylamide or stearic acid dimethylaminopropylamide and N-coconut oil fatty acid acyl-L-arginine ethyl DL-pyrrolidone carboxylate has a pH of 3 or more and 5 or less. The base fabric is adjusted and impregnated.
[0009]
In the present invention, since it is not necessary to add a large amount of parabens, a large amount of alcohol, and a quaternary ammonium salt, it can exhibit antiseptic and antifungal effects without giving a tingling or tingling sensation. There is no loss of touch.
[0011]
In this case, the stearic acid diethylaminoethylamide or stearic acid dimethylaminopropylamide and the N-coconut oil fatty acid acyl-L-arginine ethyl DL-pyrrolidone carboxylate are in a mass ratio of 5: 1 to 1: 4 . It is preferable that they are blended in proportions. When blended in this way, the antiseptic / antifungal effect and the anti-irritant effect can be exhibited synergistically.
[0012]
It is preferable in terms of handling and safety that an organic acid is blended in the liquid and the pH is adjusted to 3 or more and 5 or less. In this case, the organic acid is preferably one or more selected from salicylic acid, benzoic acid, sorbic acid, citric acid, glutamic acid, lactic acid and pyrrolidone carboxylic acid.
The base fabric is preferably a non-woven fabric.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The wet wiper of the present invention is obtained by impregnating a base cloth with a liquid containing an antiseptic / antifungal composition, and is used, for example, when directly wiping the skin of a human body such as a hand, face, or butt.
[0014]
The base fabric used for the wet wiper may be either water-degradable or non-water-degradable. Examples of water-degradable base fabrics include paper and nonwoven fabrics made from pulp, or nonwoven fabrics that are mixed with other fibers such as fiber sheets and rayon that are heat-fusible to pulp, and have good water dispersibility. Things are used. The dispersibility with respect to water here means the same meaning as water decomposability, and refers to the property that fibers come apart when in contact with a large amount of water. Moreover, as a water-dispersible fiber, it is preferable that the fiber length is 10 mm or less because water disintegration is improved. This fiber length means an average fiber length.
[0015]
A wet wiper using a water-decomposable base fabric can be used as a wet tissue used for human skin, such as a wiping cloth, or as other products that may be disposed of in water.
[0016]
Non-water-degradable base fabric includes natural fibers, recycled fibers such as rayon, chemical fibers such as synthetic fibers such as polyester, polypropylene, polyethylene, acrylic, and nylon, or fibers formed by mixing these fibers. A sheet, a nonwoven fabric, etc. can be mentioned. For example, the core is polyester and the sheath is polyethylene composite fiber, the core and sheath are polyester composite fiber, the core is polyester, the sheath is polypropylene composite fiber, the core and sheath are polypropylene composite fiber, the core is polypropylene, and the sheath is polyethylene Composite fibers can be used. Or the fiber formed with single resin, such as polyethylene, a polypropylene, polyester, an acryl, nylon, may be sufficient.
[0017]
A method for producing a water-decomposable or non-water-decomposable nonwoven fabric may be dry or wet, but a spunlace method that can form a bulky and flexible nonwoven fabric is particularly preferable. It is preferable that the water-disintegratable nonwoven fabric is adjusted so that the entanglement between the fibers is not so strong that the water-disintegrating property is deteriorated. For non-hydrolyzable nonwoven fabrics, the spunbond method or other methods may be used.
[0018]
The liquid containing the antiseptic / antifungal composition impregnated in the wet wiper contains an amidoamine type surfactant and a cationic amino acid type surfactant.
[0019]
Examples of the amidoamine-type surfactant include stearic acid diethylaminoethylamide and stearic acid dimethylaminopropylamide. The addition amount at this time is preferably 0.1 mg or more, more preferably 1 mg or more and 500 mg or less with respect to 1 g of the base fabric. If the added amount is less than 0.1 mg, the antiseptic and antifungal effect cannot be fully exhibited, and if it exceeds 500 mg, irritation to the skin occurs.
[0020]
Examples of the cationic amino acid type surfactant include N-coconut oil fatty acid acyl-L-arginine ethyl DL-pyrrolidone carboxylate (Ajinomoto Co., Inc .; trade name “CAE”). However, the present invention is not limited to this. The addition amount at that time is preferably 0.1 mg or more, more preferably 1 mg or more and 500 mg or less with respect to 1 g of the base fabric. When the added amount is less than 1 mg with respect to 1 g of the base fabric, the antiseptic and antifungal effect is poor, and when it exceeds 500 mg, skin irritation occurs.
[0021]
The content ratio of the amidoamine type surfactant and the cationic amino acid type surfactant is preferably 10: 1 to 1:10 (including 10: 1 and 1:10) by mass. : 1 to 1: 5 (including 5: 1 and 1: 5) is more preferable. By setting the content ratio within the above range, the antiseptic / antifungal effect and the skin irritation preventing effect can be exhibited synergistically.
[0022]
In the present invention, the pH of the liquid containing the amidoamine type surfactant and the amino acid type surfactant having a cationic property is set to 3 or more and 5 or less. Thus, by setting the pH within the range of 3 or more and 5 or less, the antiseptic / antifungal effect can be exerted strongly, and the solubility can be further improved.
[0023]
The method for adjusting the pH within the above range is selected from inorganic acids such as hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid, organic acids such as salicylic acid, sorbic acid, benzoic acid, citric acid, glutamic acid, lactic acid, and pyrrolidone carboxylic acid. 1 type (s) or 2 or more types can be added. It is preferable to use an organic acid in terms of handling and safety. More preferably, it is preferable to adjust the pH by adding salicylic acid, sorbic acid or benzoic acid having antiseptic effect to itself.
[0024]
In addition, the antiseptic / antifungal composition may contain an aqueous solvent or an oily solvent with less skin irritation. As an aqueous solvent, 1 type, or 2 or more types selected from polyhydric alcohols, such as water, ethanol, isopropanol, propylene glycol, can be added, for example. Examples of the oily solvent include alcohols such as octyldodecanol, fatty acids such as stearic acid and oleic acid, fats and oils such as olive oil and castor oil, waxes such as lanolin, jojoba oil, beeswax, liquid paraffin, petroleum jelly. One or more selected from hydrocarbons such as squalene, esters such as isopropyl myristate and cetyl 2-ethylhexanoate, silicone oils such as methylpolysiloxane, and the like can be added. Alternatively, an aqueous solvent and an oil solvent may be mixed to make an emulsion.
[0025]
Further, if necessary, the antiseptic / antifungal composition may contain an ultraviolet absorber, an antioxidant, a sequestering agent, a deodorant, an anti-inflammatory agent, an antiperspirant, a refreshing agent, a disinfectant, and the like.
[0026]
In addition, the said pH adjuster used for the said antiseptic / antifungal composition is added in an appropriate amount in the final stage after all other necessary solvents are blended, and the pH is adjusted to 3 or more and 5 or less. The pH at this time is a measured value at about room temperature.
[0027]
A liquid containing a preservative and antifungal composition formed as described above is impregnated into a fiber sheet or nonwoven fabric to form a wet wiper.
[0028]
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a package that accommodates the wet wiper, and shows a state in which the lid member is pulled up. The packaging material constituting the package 1 is, for example, a laminate film (laminated film) in which a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) film, an aluminum foil, and a sealant layer are laminated in order from the surface side. The laminate film is longitudinally sealed in the longitudinal direction on the bottom surface side of the packaging body 1, and both end portions in the longitudinal direction are laterally sealed to form
[0029]
An oval opening 1a is formed on the upper surface of the package 1, and a lid 2 covering the opening 1a can be peeled off from the periphery of the opening 1a through an adhesive layer such as a pressure sensitive adhesive. It is joined to. The lid member 2 is formed of, for example, a biaxially stretched film such as polypropylene, and an adhesive layer such as a pressure sensitive adhesive is formed on almost the entire back surface of the lid member 2.
[0030]
The front end 2 a of the lid 2 is a knob that is not adhered to the surface of the package 1. The distal end portion 2a is picked and the lid material 2 is peeled off from the surface of the package body 1, the lid material 2 is pulled up to a position where the
[0031]
The wet tissue 3 formed as described above is usually folded so as to have a compact size, and a plurality of the folded wet tissues 3 are stacked one above the other and stored in a sealable package 1. Is done. In use, the wet wipers are taken out from the package 1 one by one. Although the package 1 is soft, it may be one in which the wet tissue 3 is housed in a hard case, or a lid that can be opened and closed at the top while maintaining the soft package shown in FIG. It may be stored in a hard case provided with a body.

【Example】
EXAMPLES Hereinafter, although an Example and a comparative example are given and this invention is explained in full detail, this invention is not limited to this.
[0033]
In Examples 1-6 and Comparative Examples 1-8, polyester fibers, polypropylene fibers, and cotton fibers were blended in proportions of 40% by mass, 40% by mass, and 20% by mass, respectively, and nonwoven fabrics manufactured by the spunlace method were used. used. A wet wiper was obtained by immersing a liquid made of the antiseptic / antifungal composition having a blending ratio shown in Table 1 in this nonwoven fabric so that the mass of the liquid was 2.5 times the mass of the nonwoven fabric.
[0034]
However, the unit of each numerical value in Table 1 is the weight part of each component with respect to 100 weight part of purified water. However, sorbic acid and salicylic acid used as a pH adjuster were added in appropriate amounts at the final stage where all other components were blended, and the pH was adjusted so as to have each value in Table 1.
[0035]
POE (20) lauryl ether shown in Table 1 is used as a solubilizer of N-coconut oil fatty acid acyl-L-arginine ethyl DL-pyrrolidone carboxylate. The type of the solubilizer is not particularly limited as long as it is a hydrophilic nonionic surfactant. POE is an abbreviation for polyoxyethylene, and the numbers in parentheses indicate the number of moles of ethylene oxide added. Moreover, EDTA-2Na in the table means disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, and is blended as a sequestering agent component. Hinokitiol is blended as a fungicide component.

The condition of the skin after wiping the forearm inner part of the monitor of 10 healthy men with the wet wiper was observed. The condition of the skin was observed immediately after wiping and after 3 hours, and a determination was made based on whether roughness or redness occurred. The case where rough or reddish occurred was represented by x, and the case where it did not occur was represented by ○.
[0037]
(2) Gentleness test for skin 2
The faces of 10 female monitors in their 20s who call themselves skin sensitive were wiped with the wet wiper, and the skin sensation after the wipe was evaluated. At this time, evaluation was made based on whether or not the skin had a tingling or stinging feeling. The case where a tingling or tingling sensation occurred on the skin was indicated by ×, and the case where it did not occur was indicated by ◯.
[0038]
(3) Feel of use The feel of the wet wiper itself when the hands, face, and body were wiped with the wet wiper was evaluated by monitors of 20 women. The case where it was felt that there was no stickiness and was good was indicated by ○, and the case where it was found that it was sticky or rusted was indicated by ×.
[0039]
(4) Antiseptic and antifungal test Refer to the antibacterial and antifungal handbook (843, Gihodo, 1986), and 1x10 5 fungi (mold, yeast) per 1 g of wet wiper And inoculated to 1 × 10 6 bacteria, and the time course from 1 to 28 days was observed. The case where the presence of the microorganism was not recognized was represented by “−”, the case where it was slightly recognized was represented by “±”, and the case where it was recognized was represented by “+”. The results of these evaluations are shown in Table 1.

[Table 1]
[0041]
From the results of Table 1, when the cationic amino acid type surfactant which is an essential component of the present invention shown in Comparative Example 1 is not blended, the antiseptic and antifungal effect is inferior, and the essential component of the present invention shown in Comparative Example 2 If the amidoamine type surfactant is not blended, the antiseptic and antifungal effect is poor. Further, when the cationic amino acid type surfactant and the amidoamine type surfactant shown in Comparative Example 3 are used in combination and the pH is less than 3, antiseptic / antifungal effects can be exhibited, but skin irritation occurs. The skin is not gentle to the skin, and the feel of use is inferior. In Comparative Example 4, when the pH is adjusted to exceed 5, the antiseptic / antifungal effect is not exhibited, and an amidoamine type surfactant is used. The solubility was not sufficient, and the product was not stable. In addition, as shown in Comparative Example 5, when an amino acid type surfactant and a cationic surfactant (quaternary ammonium salt) are used in combination, an antiseptic / antifungal effect is obtained, but redness or the like occurs in the skin. The skin did not feel kind to the skin, and the feeling of use was extremely poor. Further, in Comparative Examples 6 and 7, when the mixing ratio of the amidoamine type surfactant and the amino acid type surfactant is deviated, an antiseptic and antifungal effect is obtained. Moreover, in the thing containing the parabens shown in Comparative Example 8, antiseptic and antifungal effects can be obtained, but the skin feels tingling and gentleness to the skin is not obtained, and a sticky feeling is further produced and the feeling of use is extremely inferior. It was a thing.
[0042]
On the other hand, in Examples 1 to 6, in any case, the antiseptic and antifungal effect is sufficiently exhibited, the skin does not become rough or reddish, and there is no tingling or tingling feeling. It was excellent in use feeling without rustling.
[0043]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention described above exhibits a sufficient antiseptic and antibacterial effect, does not cause irritation to the skin, and does not cause a sticky or crisp feeling even when used. Therefore, it can be used not only for hands and feet but also for sensitive parts of the body such as the face and butt.
[0044]
Moreover, it can be used not only for the human body but also as a wet wiper for wiping off pets and equipment.
