BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bath agent composition having excellent storage stability without changing the scent during storage.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Various fragrance | flavors are mix | blended with a bath agent composition so that a fragrance may be given to bath water, a fragrance will be enjoyed, and this fragrance may be enjoyed and the mind may be softened and refreshed. However, since a fragrance | flavor contains a highly volatile component, these may volatilize during storage and a fragrance may change or a strange odor may generate | occur | produce.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a bath agent composition that does not change aroma during storage and has excellent storage stability.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present inventors have found that if a fragrance is blended as particles granulated with a specific water-soluble polymer, a bath composition having excellent storage stability can be obtained without changing the scent during storage. It was.
[0005]
That is, the present invention is a water-soluble polymer and the perfume combination that Do from room temperature in a solid or pasty with dextrin and (A) a polyethylene glycol or polyethylene glycol, the weight ratio of the water-soluble polymer and the perfume in the particles 0.1 to 20% by weight of granulated particles having a particle size of 10 to 2000 μm obtained by extrusion granulation or melt granulation at a ratio of 1: 1 to 10: 1, (B) 40 to 60% by weight of carbonate, and (C) An effervescent tablet bath composition containing 40 to 60% by weight of an organic acid.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The water-soluble polymer used in the present invention is solid or pasty at normal temperature (25 ° C.). Here, the paste form is a semi-solid substance.
Specifically, dextrin, and Po triethylene glycol mentioned For example, it is possible to use one or more.
Among these, polyethylene glycol, particularly polyethylene glycol having a molecular weight of 2000 to 20000 is preferable.
[0007]
The fragrance used in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it is used in an ordinary bath agent composition, and natural fragrances such as lavender oil, jasmine oil, lemon oil, rose oil, orange oil, pine oil and the like; Synthetic fragrances such as geraniol, citronellol, phenylethyl alcohol, linalool, benzyl acetate and the like can be mentioned, and one or more kinds can be used.
[0008]
When the perfume is granulated using the water-soluble polymer, the weight ratio of the water-soluble polymer to the perfume is preferably 1: 1 to 10: 1, particularly 2: 1 to 5: 1.
Further, the granulation method is granulated out press, dissolved Toruzo grains and the like.
[0009]
The particle size of the granulated particles thus obtained is preferably 10 to 2000 μm, particularly preferably 500 to 1400 μm.
[0010]
In addition to the above fragrances and water-soluble polymers, the granulated particles can contain a surfactant to enhance the dispersibility of the fragrance, and in particular, a nonionic surfactant is added from the viewpoint of skin irritation. It is preferable to do this.
Nonionic surfactants include, for example, glycerin fatty acid ester, propylene glycol fatty acid ester, sorbitan fatty acid ester, polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester, polyoxyethylene sorbit fatty acid ester, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, polyoxypropylene alkyl ether, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, Examples thereof include oxyethylene polyoxypropylene glycol, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene alkyl ether, polyethylene glycol fatty acid ester, polyoxyethylene castor oil, polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil, polyglycerin fatty acid ester, and sucrose fatty acid ester.
[0011]
When a surfactant is blended, 1 to 30% by weight, particularly 5 to 20% by weight is preferable in the granulated particles.
[0012]
The granulated particles are blended in the bath agent composition in an amount of 0.1 to 20% by weight, particularly 0.5 to 10% by weight, and more preferably 1 to 5% by weight. This is preferable.
[0013]
The bath agent composition of the present invention can further contain a carbonate and an organic acid to generate carbon dioxide gas when used.
Examples of the carbonate include sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, magnesium carbonate, potassium carbonate, potassium bicarbonate, sodium sesquicarbonate, etc .; examples of the organic acid include succinic acid, fumaric acid, malic acid, adipic acid, tartaric acid Citric acid, malonic acid, maleic acid and the like. One or more of these carbonates and organic acids can be used.
[0014]
Carbonates and organic acid, to which respectively compounded 4 0-60 wt% based on the whole composition is preferable because it dissolves sufficient carbon dioxide in the bathwater.
[0015]
The bath agent composition of the present invention further contains components usually used in bath agents, such as inorganic salts, inorganic acids, crude drugs, fats and oils, alcohols, surfactants, medicinal agents, pigments, vitamins, and fragrances. Etc. can be blended.
The bath agent composition of the present invention can be produced according to an ordinary method, and can be in the form of powders, granules, tablets and the like.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
The bath agent composition of the present invention does not change the scent during storage and has excellent storage stability, and the scent persists after being added to the bath water.
[0017]
【Example】
Reference example 1
1 part by weight of the fragrance was melted in 3 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol 6000 and melt granulated in a spray tower (granulated particles 1, particle size of 710 μm).
[0018]
Reference example 2
1 part by weight of the fragrance was melted in 2 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol 6000, mixed with 2 parts by weight of dextrin, and then granulated by an extrusion granulator (granulated particles 2, particle size of 1000 μm).
[0019]
Example 1
A bath agent composition having the composition shown in Table 1 was produced by a conventional method. One tablet was compressed into a 50 g effervescent tablet, packaged in an aluminum pillow, and stored at 40 ° C. and 75% RH. The fragrance after 1 to 6 months of storage was examined. “O” indicates that there is no problem, “Δ” indicates that the product has a slight odor, and “X” indicates that the product has a odor, and the results are also shown in Table 1. .
[0020]
[Table 1]
Figure 0003967028
[0021]
From the results shown in Table 1, the products 1 and 2 of the present invention, in which a fragrance was granulated with a water-soluble polymer, did not change after storage for 6 months and were excellent in storage stability. On the other hand, even if it was the same composition as this invention product, the comparison products 1 and 2 which mix | blended without granulating the fragrance | flavor were inferior to stability, and the bad smell generate | occur | produced during the preservation | save.
