【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、カラオケ用の曲を再生するための曲データが記憶された記憶媒体から、歌いたい曲を示す曲データを選曲して読出し、この読出された曲データを再生しながら歌うカラオケ装置として好適なものに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、上記カラオケ装置としては、たとえば、特開平４−１６８４９２号公報および特開平４−１２９０８３号公報に記載のものが知られている。
特開平４−１６８４９２号公報に記載のものは、複数の曲を演奏する場合に、それら複数の曲のデジタル演奏データを記憶媒体に記憶させてから、それら記憶されている複数曲のデジタル演奏データを順次読み出して演奏することにより、曲間に演奏がない状態が長く続くのを防止できるものである。

また、特開平４−１２９０８３号公報に記載のものは、複数の曲のコーラス部分を続けて演奏する場合に、複数曲のコーラス部分の演奏データをつないでメドレー演奏データを作成する手段を備えることにより、多くの組み合わせのメドレー曲を予め用意しておかなくても、所望の組み合わせのメドレー曲を演奏できるものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、オリジナルのＣＤ（コンパクトディスク）には、メドレーではないが、決まって特定の曲同士がペア（組）で再生されるように記録されている場合がある。また、コンサートでも、ペアで歌うのが定番となっている曲がある。たとえば、ビートルズが作曲した「サージェントペパーズロンリーハーツクラブバンド」という曲は、「ウイズアリトルヘルプフロムマイフレンド」という曲とペアで連続して演奏される。
そこで、カラオケする場合にも、上記ペアで演奏される曲を連続して歌うことができれば、自分がコンサートで歌っている雰囲気を出すことができる。
しかし、上記従来のいずれのものも、カラオケ装置を利用する者が、どの曲とどの曲とがペアで演奏されるものであるかを覚えており、その覚えている曲を選択する操作を行うことが連続演奏を行うための条件となっている。

つまり、上記従来のいずれのものも、カラオケをする者が選択した曲とペアで連続して演奏されるべき曲が存在し、その曲をペアで連続して歌った方が、コンサートで歌っている雰囲気を出すことができる場合であっても、カラオケ装置側にその曲の存在を積極的に知らせる手段が存在しないため、ペアで連続して歌うべき曲をカラオケする者が覚えていなければ、コンサートの雰囲気で歌うことができる機会を逸するという問題がある。
特に、複数のバンドが演奏した有名なコンサートでは、演奏された曲数が多いため、曲目および曲順を覚えているのが困難である。

そこで、本発明は、連続して再生できる曲の曲目を表示するとともに、その表示された曲目の曲を連続して再生できるカラオケ装置の実現を目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上記目的を達成するため、請求項１に記載の発明では、カラオケ用の曲を再生するための曲データが読出可能に記憶された曲データ記憶手段と、選曲された曲を再生するための曲データを前記曲データ記憶手段から読出す制御装置と、この制御装置により前記曲データ記憶手段から読出された曲データを再生する再生手段とが備えられたカラオケ装置において、前記曲データ記憶手段に記憶されている曲データは、他の曲データと識別するための識別情報と対応付けて記憶されており、連続再生可能な複数の曲の中で所定の再生順位で再生される曲であって選曲の対象となる曲に対応付けられた選曲用の識別情報と、前記複数の曲にそれぞれ対応付けられた複数の識別情報であって前記選曲用の識別情報を含む識別情報群とが対応付けられており、かつ、前記識別情報群の各識別情報が曲の再生順位に対応付けて記憶されており、さらに、前記識別情報群を構成する各識別情報は前記選曲用の識別情報として記憶された識別情報記憶手段と、曲の連続再生を操作により決定する決定手段とが備えられており、前記制御装置は、選曲が行われたときに、その選曲された曲に対応付けられた識別情報が前記識別情報記憶手段に記憶された前記選曲用の識別情報に存在するか否かを判定する判定処理と、前記判定処理において肯定判定した場合に、前記判定の対象になった選曲用の識別情報に対応付けられている識別情報群に対応する複数の曲の各曲目を示す曲目映像を表示する表示処理と、前記表示処理により表示された曲目映像により示される各曲目に対応する複数の曲を連続再生することが、前記決定手段の操作により決定された場合に、その連続再生する各曲に対応付けられている各識別情報に対応する各曲データを前記曲データ記憶手段から読出す読出処理とを実行し、前記再生手段は、前記読出処理により読出された前記各曲データを、前記識別情報群の各識別情報が対応する再生順に再生するという技術的手段を採用する。

請求項３に記載の発明では、請求項１または請求項２に記載のカラオケ装置において、前記選曲された曲が演奏された場所を含む演奏風景を撮影した撮影映像を示す撮影映像データと、前記識別情報とが対応付けて記憶された撮影映像データ記憶手段を備えており、前記制御装置は、前記再生手段が、前記読出処理により読出された曲データを再生する際に、その再生される曲データに対応する識別情報が対応付けられた撮影映像データが前記撮影映像データ記憶手段に記憶されているか否かを判定し、記憶されていると判定した場合に、前記曲データに対応する撮影映像データを前記撮影映像データ記憶手段から読出すとともに、その読出された撮影映像データにより示される撮影映像を表示するという技術的手段を採用する。

【作用】
請求項１ないし請求項４に記載の発明では、制御装置は、連続再生可能な複数の曲の各曲目を示す曲目映像を表示する。
したがって、その表示される曲目映像を見ることにより、上記再生手段により連続して再生できる曲の曲目を知ることができる。
そして、制御装置は、上記の表示された曲目映像により示される各曲目に対応する複数の曲を連続再生することが決定した場合に、その連続再生する各曲に対応付けられている各識別情報に対応する各曲データを前記曲データ記憶手段から読出す。そして、再生手段は、読出された各曲データを再生順に連続再生する。

たとえば、後述する発明の実施の形態に記載するように、カラオケ装置の利用者が選択した曲にペアで連続して再生できる曲の曲目を示す曲目映像をモニタテレビに表示することができるため、利用者は、上記ペアで連続して再生されるべき曲の曲目を覚えていなくても知ることができ、その表示された曲目映像により示される曲を再生してカラオケすることができる。

識別情報記憶手段に記憶されている選曲用の識別情報は、その識別情報と対応付けられた識別情報群のうち、所定の再生順位で再生される曲の識別情報であり、連続再生される曲の中で必ずしも最初に再生される曲である必要がない。
そして、曲を選曲したとき、その曲に対応付けられた識別情報が識別情報記憶手段の選曲用の識別情報に存在する場合は、その選曲用の識別情報と対応付けられた識別情報群に対応する複数の曲の各曲目を示す曲目映像が表示される。
つまり、選曲した曲が、連続再生可能な複数の曲の中で最初に再生される曲でない場合であっても、その選曲した曲を含んで連続再生される複数の曲の曲目が表示され、連続再生が決定された場合は、その複数の曲を最初の曲から連続再生することができる。

また、請求項２に記載の発明では、上記決定手段は１回の操作により、曲の連続再生の決定を行うように構成されている。
つまり、表示された複数の曲目の曲データを読出す際に、複数回の操作を行わなくても、１回の操作のみで複数の曲データを読出すことができる。

さらに、請求項３に記載の発明では、選曲された曲が演奏された場所を含む演奏風景を撮影した撮影映像を示す撮影映像データと、前記識別情報とが対応付けて記憶された撮影映像データ記憶手段が備えられている。
つまり、たとえば、後述する発明の実施の形態に記載するように、演奏風景たるコンサート風景を撮影したコンサート映像を示す撮影映像データが記憶された撮影映像データ記憶手段たるＤＶＤ（デジタルビデオディスク）プレーヤを備える。

また、制御装置は、前記再生手段が、前記読出処理により読出された曲データを再生する際に、その再生される曲データに対応する識別情報が対応付けられた撮影映像データが前記撮影映像データ記憶手段に記憶されているか否かを判定し、記憶されていると判定した場合に、前記曲データに対応する撮影映像データを前記撮影映像データ記憶手段から読出すとともに、その読出された撮影映像データにより示される撮影映像を表示する。
つまり、たとえば、後述する発明の実施の形態に記載するように、曲データを再生する際に、その曲データにより示される曲が演奏されたコンサート風景を示す撮影映像データをＤＶＤプレーヤから読出して、モニタテレビに表示することができる。

特に、請求項４に記載の発明では、上記制御装置は、撮影映像データ記憶手段から曲データに対応する撮影映像データを読出すことができない場合に、撮影映像データを他の撮影映像データ記憶手段から読出す。
したがって、たとえば、後述する発明の実施の形態に記載するように、コンサート映像を示すコンサート映像データをカラオケ装置およびサーバーの双方に備えられたＤＶＤプレーヤに分担して記憶しておくことにより、ＤＶＤプレーヤの記憶容量を軽減することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明のカラオケ装置の実施形態について図を参照して説明する。
なお、以下の実施形態では、カラオケ装置の一例として、曲データを保有するサーバーと通信回線により接続されており、サーバーから曲データを受信する、いわゆる通信カラオケ装置を代表に説明する。

まず、本発明第１実施形態のカラオケ装置の主要構成について、その外観を示す図１を参照して説明する。
図１に示すように、カラオケ装置１０には、歌詞を示す歌詞テロップ、歌詞テロップの背景に表示する背景映像、曲番号を示す映像などをＣＲＴに表示するモニタテレビ（以下、モニタと略称する）１３と、歌唱者用のモニタ１４とが備えられている。

また、カラオケ装置１０には、楽音により構成される楽曲たるカラオケ用の曲（以下、曲と略称する）の選曲、選曲された曲とペアになっており連続して再生できる曲（以下、ペア曲と略称する）が存在するかの検索、および曲の再生の予約などの選曲制御、選曲された曲の送信要求を示すリクエスト信号のサーバーへの送信、およびリクエスト信号により示される曲に対応する楽曲情報たる曲データの受信などの通信制御を行う制御装置（コマンダ）２０が備えられている。また、制御装置２０は、選曲された曲、もしくは、ペア曲の曲番号および曲目を示す曲目映像、カラオケ装置１０を利用する者に対する各種メッセージを示すメッセージ映像、歌詞を示す歌詞テロップ、歌詞テロップの背景に表示する背景映像、ならびに、選曲された曲が演奏されたコンサートの風景を示すコンサート映像などの各種映像をモニタ１３，１４に表示する映像制御を行う。

さらに、カラオケ装置１０には、マイクロフォン１７，１８から入力される音声と曲とのミキシング、音声と曲との音量バランス、エコー調整、ディレイ調整、ミキシング信号の増幅、再生される曲の音程制御（キーコントロール）、高音、低音の制御（トーンコントロール）などを行うアンプ１６と、このアンプ１６から出力される増幅信号を音として再生するフロアータイプの１組のスピーカ１１，１１と、天井吊下げ用の１組のスピーカ１２，１２と、制御装置２０を遠隔操作する送信器６０とが備えられている。

次に、制御装置２０の装備について図２を参照して説明する。
図２（Ａ）は、制御装置２０の前面パネルの説明図、同図（Ｂ）は、制御装置２０の背面パネルの説明図である。
図２（Ａ）に示すように、制御装置２０の前面パネルには、選曲する曲の選曲番号の入力などを行うための０〜９のボタンからなるテンキー２１と、選曲を確定するための選曲ボタン２２とが設けられており、テンキー２１の上には、選曲された曲の選曲番号を６桁の数字でＬＥＤ表示する曲番号表示体２３が設けられている。

また、曲番号表示体２３の左には、再生が予約されている曲の数をＬＥＤ表示する予約曲数表示体２４が設けられており、その下には、予約の取消を行うための取消しボタン２５と、演奏を停止させる演奏停止ボタン２６と、歌っている途中で最初から歌い直すための歌い直しボタン２７と、予約曲の間に割り込んで予約するための割り込みボタン２８とが設けられている。さらに、前面パネルの左上には、送信器６０から送信される光信号を受光する受光部３８が設けられており、左下には、制御装置２０の電源を立ち上げる電源ボタン３９が設けられている。

また、テンキー２１の右には、キーを低くするフラットキー２９と、キーを標準にする標準キー３０と、キーを高くするシャープキー３１とが設けられており、それらキーの下には、ボーカルのメロディーラインの音量を設定するボーカルボタン３２と、２コーラス目までを再生する２コーラスカットボタン３３と、曲の後奏部分をカットする後奏カットボタン３４とが設けられている。
さらに、それらボタンの下には、カラオケとＢＧＭ用とを切り替えるカラオケ切替ボタン３５と、ＬＡＮ回線１５を介して入力されるデータを曲データから有線放送、テレビ放送などに切り替える入力切替ボタン３６と、モニタ１３，１４の表示をカラオケボックスなどが提供しているサービス情報の表示に切り替えるサービスボタン３７とが設けられている。

また、図２（Ｂ）に示すように、制御装置２０の背面パネルには、ＬＡＮ回線１５を接続する通信端子４０が設けられており、この通信端子４０の右方には、アンプ１６の音声入力端子（図示省略）と接続される音声出力端子４１と、モニタ１３の映像入力端子（図示省略）と接続される映像出力端子４２と、モニタ１４の映像入力端子（図示省略）と接続される映像出力端子４３とが設けられている。

次に、上記制御装置２０の制御系の構成について図３および図４を参照して説明する。
図３は、制御装置２０の制御系の主要構成をブロックで示す説明図であり、図４は、曲データの主要構成を示す説明図である。
最初に、曲データの主要構成について図４を参照して説明する。
曲データ１００は、曲の演奏部分を示すＭＩＤＩデータ１１０、歌詞テロップ（字幕）を示す歌詞テロップデータ１２０、および曲のジャンルを示すジャンルデータ１３０などから構成される。また、曲データ１００は、図３に示すように、サーバー８０に備えられた曲データ記憶手段たるＤＶＤプレーヤ８１に記憶されており、サーバー８０が有する図示しないＣＰＵにより、ＤＶＤプレーヤ８１から読出される。

次に、制御装置２０の制御系の主要構成について図３を参照して説明する。
制御装置２０には、上記各種制御をプログラムにしたがって実行するＣＰＵ４５が備えられている。ＣＰＵ４５には、送信器６０から送信されるデータ、選曲された曲の曲番号を示す識別情報たる曲番号データ、予約された曲の曲番号データなどを一時保存するためのＲＡＭ４６と、ＣＰＵ４５により実行されるプログラムなどが記憶されたＲＯＭ４７と、歌詞テロップを構成する文字映像および各種メッセージ映像を表示するためのフォントデータが記憶されたビデオＲＡＭ４８とが接続されている。

また、ＣＰＵ４５には、サーバー８０から送信される曲データ１００を受信するためのＬＡＮボード５０と、このＬＡＮボード５０により受信された曲データ１００を一時保存するためのＲＡＭ４９と、サーバー８０から送信されるコンサート映像データを一時保存するためのハードディスクドライブユニット（以下、ＨＤＤと略称する）４４とが接続されている。

このＨＤＤ４４には、図５（Ａ）に示す、識別情報記憶手段たるペア曲データテーブル９０が記憶されている。このペア曲データテーブル９０は、選曲された曲のペア曲がサーバー８０のＤＶＤプレーヤ８１に記憶されているかを参照するために用いられるものであり、図５（Ａ）に示すように、曲番号データ９１と、その選曲された曲のペア曲のペア曲番号データ９２とが対応付けて記憶されている。
さらに、ＣＰＵ４５には、曲データ１００に含まれるＭＩＤＩデータ１１０が書き込まれた際に、そのＭＩＤＩデータ１１０により指定される音源信号を発生するＭＩＤＩ音源が搭載されたＭＩＤＩ音源ボード５１と、このＭＩＤＩ音源ボード５１から出力される音源信号を入力してアンプ１６により増幅可能な信号に変換する音声制御回路５２とが接続されている。

また、ＣＰＵ４５には、曲データ１００に含まれるジャンルデータ１３０により特定されるジャンルの背景映像を示す背景映像を再生するＤＶＤプレーヤ５３が接続されている。このＤＶＤプレーヤ５３には、モニタ１３の画面表示を説明する図１２（Ｂ）に示すように、背景映像２１４が曲のジャンル別に複数記憶されている。
ＤＶＤプレーヤ５３には、その記憶内容の一部を説明する図５（Ｂ）に示すように、曲データ１００により示される曲が演奏されたコンサートの会場（場所）を含む演奏風景を撮影した撮影映像を示す撮影映像データ９６も記憶されている。撮影映像データ９６には、曲番号を示す曲番号データ９４と、コンサートのタイトル映像を示すタイトル映像データ９５と、コンサートの風景を示すコンサート映像９６とが対応付けて記憶されている（撮影映像データ記憶手段）。

さらに、ＣＰＵ４５には、ＤＶＤプレーヤ５３から読出された背景映像データ、およびＲＡＭ４９から読出された曲データ１００に含まれる歌詞テロップデータ１２０を入力し、モニタ１３の表示画面を説明する図１２（Ｂ）に示すように、背景映像２１４中に歌詞テロップ２１２がスーパーインポーズされた映像を作成したり、曲の進行にしたがって歌詞テロップ２１２の色を変えたりする映像制御を行う映像制御回路５４とが接続されている。

また、ＣＰＵ４５には、受光部３８により受光された光信号をデジタル信号に変換する変換回路５５と、制御装置２０の前面パネルに設けられた各種ボタンを押したときに点灯するＬＥＤ、曲番号表示体２３および予約曲数表示体２４へ表示信号を出力する表示回路５６と、上記各種ボタンを押したときに発生するスイッチング信号を入力する入力回路５７とが接続されている。
ところで、アンプ１６、スピーカ１１，１１およびスピーカ１２，１２が、本発明の再生手段に相当する。

次に、送信器６０の構成についてその外観を示す図６を参照して説明する。
図６に示すように、送信器６０の上方には、曲番号をバックライト付きの液晶で表示する曲番号表示部６１が設けられており、その下には、制御装置２０のカラオケ切替ボタン３５と同じ作用をするカラオケ切替ボタン６２と、制御装置２０の入力切替ボタン３６と同じ作用をする外部映像ボタン６３と、サーバー８が用意しているテレビゲームを行う状態に切替えるゲームボタン６４とが設けられている。

また、それらボタンの下には、曲間や曲の再生終了後に拍手や歓声の音を再生するように設定するための拍手ボタン６５と、制御装置２０と同じフラットキー６６と、シャープキー６７とが設けられており、それらの下には、制御装置２０と同じテンキー６８と、選曲ボタン６９と、演奏停止ボタン７０と、歌い直しボタン７１と、取り消しボタン７２と、割り込みボタン７３とが設けられている。さらに、割り込みボタン７３の右には、ボーカルメロディーの音量を小さくするマイナスボタン７４と、音量を大きくするプラスボタン７５とが設けられている。

さらに、割り込みボタン７３の下には、選曲された曲のペア曲の曲目を示す曲目映像がモニタ１３，１４に表示された際に、その曲を連続して再生することを設定する場合に押すＯＫボタン７６が設けられており、このＯＫボタン７６の右には、ペア曲の曲目を示す曲目映像がモニタ１３，１４に表示された際に、ペア曲の曲目を選択する場合に押す選択ボタン７７が設けられている。また、この選択ボタン７７の右には、モニタ１３，１４に表示された曲目を全部再生する場合に押す全曲再生ボタン７８が設けられている。

次に、カラオケ装置１０の一連の動作について図７ないし図１２（Ａ）を参照して説明する。
図７は、制御装置２０に備えられたＣＰＵ４５により実行される処理内容を示すフローチャートであり、図８および図９は、図７のステップ１００で実行される選曲処理の内容を示すフローチャートであり、図１０は、図７のステップ４００で実行される再生処理の内容を示すフローチャートである。図１１および図１２（Ａ）は、モニタ１３の画面の表示内容を示す説明図である。
なお、ここでは、カラオケ装置１０の利用者は、曲番号１１の曲を選曲するものとする。

まず、ステップ１００の選曲処理について説明する。
カラオケ装置１０の利用者が、制御装置２０の電源ボタン３９を押して制御装置２０の電源を立ち上げると、それに連動して、アンプ１６およびモニタ１３，１４の電源が立ち上がる。そして、歌いたい曲の曲番号１１を送信器６０のテンキー６８により入力すると、その押す毎にテンキー６８に対応する数字が曲番号表示部６１，２３に順次表示される。

続いて、最後の数字のテンキー６８を押してから選曲ボタン６９を押すと、選曲が終了したと判定され（ステップ１１０）、その曲番号１１を示す曲番号データがＲＡＭ４６に一時保存された後、その曲に連続して再生できる曲が存在するか否かを判定するため、ＨＤＤ４４に記憶されているペア曲データテーブル９０を参照する（ステップ１２０）。図５（Ａ）に示すように、ペア曲データテーブル９０には、曲番号１１を示す曲番号データが記憶されており、その曲番号１１には、曲番号１２を示すペア曲番号データが対応付けて記憶されている。
つまり、曲番号１１のペアとなる曲番号１２の曲が存在する。

したがって、曲番号１１の曲のペア曲が存在するためステップ１３０では肯定判定され、モニタ１３，１４には、図１１（Ａ）に示すように、「あなたが選んだ曲の後に次の曲を連続で再生することができます。連続再生する場合は、送信器のＯＫボタンを、連続再生しない場合は、送信器の取消ボタンを押してください。」という内容のメッセージ映像２００が表示され、その下に曲番号１２および曲目を示す曲目映像２０４が表示される（ステップ１４０）。

そして、送信器６０のＯＫボタン７６が押されると（ステップ１５０）、ペア曲データテーブル９０から曲番号１２を示すペア曲番号データが読出され、ＲＡＭ４６に一時保存される。続いて、曲番号１１の曲を示す曲データ１００および曲番号１２の曲を示す曲データ１００の送信を要求するリクエスト信号（以下、ペア曲リクエスト信号と略称する）がＬＡＮ回線１５を介してサーバー８０へ送信される（ステップ１６０）。

そして、サーバー８０は、自己のＤＶＤプレーヤ８１から上記ペア曲リクエスト信号に示される曲番号１１および曲番号１２に対応する２曲分の曲データ１００を検索して読出し、その読出された２曲分の曲データ１００は、ＬＡＮ回線１５を介して制御装置２０のＬＡＮボード５０により受信され（ステップ２００）、ＲＡＭ４９に一時保存される（ステップ３００）。続いて、ＲＡＭ４９から曲番号１１の曲データ１００が読出され、この読出された曲データ１００の再生および背景映像の表示が実行される（ステップ４００）。
