Description
Claims (18)
- 紙若しくは板紙の移動するウェブにウェブ処理物質を施すための組立体であって、
移動するウェブの近傍に配置され、ウェブに対向する塗工室であって、ウェブ、コーター装置の壁(12)、及び、塗工室のウェブ入退側で動作するように適合されたシール手段(18,24,35)によって画成される塗工室と、
ウェブ上にウェブ処理物質を吹き付けるための少なくとも1つのノズルを内蔵する少なくとも1つの直線型ノズルアレイと、
ウェブの方向から見て塗工室の背後に位置し、塗工室と連通するように構成された吸引室と、
塗工室の圧力を周囲圧力より低くし、吸引室の圧力を塗工室の圧力より低くして、吸引室及び塗工室内の流れを確立することでウェブ処理物質のミスト及び堆積を取り除く手段(22)であって、前記組立体内に含まれる前記物質の自由流れ方向が、周囲から塗工室に向かい、次いで、塗工室から吸引室及び該流れを確立する手段(22)に向かうようにする手段(22)とを含み、
前記吸引室が、前記塗工室を区画しウェブに対向する壁(12)の下縁部を介して前記塗工室に開口するように構成され、ウェブ処理物質がウェブに付着しないようにし、装置の形成される凝縮物がコーター装置内から吸引ダクト(22)を含む1つの同一経路を介して除去されることができるようにされた、組立体。 - 前記流れを確立する手段は、吸引室の端部に適合される吸引ダクト(22)、及び、該ダクトに接続される吸引ファンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の組立体。
- 前記吸引ダクトは、円形の断面を有し、前記吸引ダクトは、吸引ダクトに渦を誘起するために、前記円形断面に対して少なくとも部分的に接線方向に向けられた開口(23,32)を介して吸引室及び塗工室に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の組立体。
- 塗工室に対して吸引室の背後に位置する吹き付けノズルビーム室であって、その圧力が吸引室の圧力より高くとどまるように吸引室と連通するよう構成された吹き付けノズルビーム室によって特徴付けられる、請求項1乃至3のいずれか記載の組立体。
- 塗工室が、ウェブ処理物質吹き付けノズルを収容するための貫通穴を有する流れガイドバッフルにより部分的に区画され、該貫通穴の少なくとも上部が、塗工室から吸引室に至るように曲げられていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか記載の組立体。
- 前記直線型ノズルアレイの上側に位置する流れガイドバッフルの領域の少なくとも一部が、該流れガイドバッフルを冷却する手段(29,30)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6記載の組立体。
- ウェブの走行方向で吸引室の前記開口からの下流が、塗工室をシールするガスジェットナイフ(24)に適合することを特徴とする、請求項6記載の組立体。
- ウェブが、前記コーター装置の上側を走行するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のいずれか記載の組立体。
- ウェブが、鉛直方向に走行するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のいずれか記載の組立体。
- 前記コーター装置は、両面塗工を実行するためにウェブの両側で動作するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至9のいずれか記載の組立体。
- 塗工室に連通する吸引ダクトの開口(23)、若しくは、前記ガスジェットナイフの上側のリップに適合し、前記ガスジェットナイフの汚れを防止するエアフローガイド(34)によって特徴付けられる、請求項7記載の組立体。
- 吹き付けノズルビーム室の内部で動作するように適合され、前記少なくとも1つの直線型ノズルアレイのノズル(21)を有する少なくとも1つのノズルアレイビーム(27)であって、少なくともその動作可能位置及び少なくとも1つの他の位置ま で回転できるようにされたノズルアレイビーム(27)によって特徴付けられる、請求項4記載の組立体。
- 吹き付けノズルビーム室の内部で動作するように適合され、ウェブ処理物質吹き付けノズルを収容するように位置し、ウェブ処理物質吹き付けノズルの先端に洗浄用物質を吹き付ける少なくとも1つの清浄ノズル(39)を内蔵する少なくとも1つの清浄室(38)によって特徴付けられる、請求項12記載の組立体。
- 少なくとも2つの直線型ノズルアレイを有する少なくとも1つの吹き付けノズルビーム組立体(43,44)によって特徴付けられる、請求項4又は12記載の組立体。
- 湿りガス若しくは湿り蒸気を塗工室内に吹き込む少なくとも1つのノズル(36)によって特徴付けられる、請求項1乃至14のいずれか記載の組立体。
- 吸引室内へ清浄用物質を吹き付ける少なくとも1つのノズル(38)によって特徴付けられる、請求項1乃至15のいずれか記載の組立体。
- 前記直線型ノズルアレイ、及び、効果的にはそのノズルも、互いに対向して動作するように位置付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項10記載の組立体。
- 前記直線型ノズルアレイ、及び、効果的にはそのノズルも、ウェブの走行を安定化させるために、千鳥状に位置付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項10記載の組立体。
