本発明は、例えば、布や合成樹脂製シート等のシートに溶着して柱・杭・立木・建物・足場等に取り付けるための、シート取付用の溶着織物に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種のシート取付用の溶着織物としては、図7(A)に示すように、細幅織物Tの一部の織目を粗くして、図7(B)に示すように、該粗目部分tをシートSと溶着テープMにより挟んだ状態で加熱圧着することにより、該溶着テープMを上記粗目部分tの隙間に溶融・侵入せしめて上記シートSと一体化せしめたものがあった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記従来のシート取付用の溶着織物は、シートSの溶着部分に重ねた細幅織物Tの粗目部分tに、溶着テープMをさらに重ねる必要があるため、位置合わせ等の作業が煩雑で手間と時間がかかる等の問題点があった。
【0004】本発明は、上記従来の課題を解決するためになされたもので、その目的とするところは、シートへの溶着が簡単かつ確実にできるシート取付用の溶着織物を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明のシート取付用の溶着織物は、幅方向に溶着部分と取付部分に区分して成る細幅状の織物であって、該溶着部分に、シートに溶着するための塩化ビニール等の熱可塑性樹脂によりコーティングされた経糸、あるいは該熱可塑性樹脂により製造又はコーティングされた繊維から成る経糸を使用し、上記取付部分に、穴あるいは浮帯などの取付補助手段を設けたことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施例について図面を参照しながら説明する。図1において、1は溶着織物であって、ニードル織機により経糸1aと緯糸1bから細幅状の綾織組織として織成されている。本発明における織り組織はこれに限定するものではなく、平織あるいは朱子織等いずれであってもよい。また、ニードル織機以外の織機により織成された織物であってもよい。なお、本実施例の溶着織物1の一側端部は耳糸1cの鎖編により補強されている。

上記細幅状の溶着織物1は幅方向に溶着部分Aと取付部分Bに分けられていて、該溶着部分Aの経糸1aは塩化ビニール等の熱可塑性樹脂によりコーティングCされている。本実施例では、経糸1aのみにコーティングCを施しているが、織成に支障がなければ、緯糸1bにコーティングCを施しておいてもよい。

以上のようにして構成された溶着織物1の溶着部分Aを、適宜シートSの縁部に重ね合わせて加熱圧着すると、図2に示すように、上記溶着部分Aの経糸1aにコーティングCされている熱可塑性樹脂が溶融して上記シートSの表面に強固に付着し、その結果、溶着織物1がシートSに溶着され、一体化される。

上記経糸1aおよび緯糸1bは、紡績糸、フィラメント糸あるいは加工糸のいずれであってもよい。また、糸の原料である繊維も、天然繊維、化学繊維(合成繊維を含む)あるいはこれらの混合繊維のいずれでもよい。

上記経糸1aが紡績糸やマルチフィラメントのように複数の繊維の集合体である場合には、その中の一部の繊維が塩化ビニール等の熱可塑性樹脂によりコーティングされたものであるか、或いは、該一部の繊維自身を熱可塑性樹脂の繊維としてもよい。

本発明のシート取付用の溶着織物は、幅方向に溶着部分と取付部分に区分して成る細幅状の織物であって、該溶着部分に、シートに溶着するための塩化ビニール等の熱可塑性樹脂によりコーティングされた経糸、あるいは該熱可塑性樹脂により製造又はコーティングされた繊維から成る経糸を使用し、上記取付部分に、穴あるいは浮帯などの取付補助手段を設けたので、シートへの溶着が簡単かつ確実にでき、また、シートを柱、杭、立木、建物、足場等に簡単かつ確実に取り付けることができる。
