Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, when fixing a dry siding material to a housing and fixing an outer wall material for a projecting corner to a projecting corner portion, In addition to being able to construct the connection between the siding material adjacent to the side of the outer wall material and the outer wall material for the above-mentioned corners in an efficient and excellent state of design, the siding material is also used for repairs, etc. The present invention relates to a projecting corner structure on a wall surface of a building and its construction method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a dry siding material for constructing the wall of a building, a paper or metal plate in which a synthetic resin foam is filled in a cage of a bowl-shaped metal plate and the back surface is laminated with an aluminum foil as necessary There are metal siding materials covered with a back surface material such as ceramics, and ceramic siding materials made of cement, concrete, etc., each of which is formed to a predetermined length.
[0003]
Such a siding material is usually formed with engaging portions that engage with each other in the width direction end edges of the siding material that are fixed adjacent to each other at both end edges in the width direction parallel to the longitudinal direction. The engaging portion is provided with a fixing portion that is fixed to the building frame with a nail or a screw. And in order to fix the siding material in the width direction, after engaging the other engaging part of the siding material fixed next to one engaging part of the siding material fixed previously, the column, When refurbishing studs, trunk edges, and existing wall surfaces, repeat the work of fixing them directly to the existing wall materials or to the chassis edges, etc., that are newly fixed on the existing wall materials with fixing tools such as tapping screws. Do it.
[0004]
In addition, in order to construct a protruding corner portion on a wall surface that is to be horizontally stretched using such a siding material, the angle between the adjacent wall surfaces in the longitudinal direction of the siding material and the edge on the protruding corner portion side is set. Arranged in a state where the edges are abutted with each other formed at an angle of 1/2, or the edges of one siding material are brought into contact with the edges of the other siding material. If fixed, not only the appearance will be bad, but also rainwater will invade from the abutted part and if the siding material is a metal siding material, a phenomenon of corroding the metal plate or synthetic resin foam may occur, and further, the siding material etc. As a result of the dimensional error, gaps may occur in the abutting part. Therefore, even if the siding material is a metal siding material or a ceramic siding material, it is adjacent at the protruding corner. Between the edge portions of the siding material connecting material is used to conceal the edge.
[0005]
As this connecting material, a holding part into which the edge of the siding material is inserted toward each adjacent wall surface side by bending a metal plate is formed, for example, as shown in FIGS. A substantially central portion is bent to the back surface side at an angle formed by adjacent wall surfaces to form a top portion 3c ′ of the protruding corner portion, and 180 ° on the back surface side at a predetermined distance from both sides of the top portion 3c ′. A holding portion 3b that is folded back at an angle of 90 ° and then bent at an angle of 90 ° on the surface side and further bent at an angle of 90 ° on the surface side to insert the longitudinal edge 1a of the siding material 1 Made of a metal plate in which a fixing portion 3a 'is formed which protrudes outward from a line folded back at an angle of 180 degrees and is fixed to the housing 7 with a nail or a tapping screw 8 The long connecting material 3 ′ can be exemplified.
[0006]
A method for constructing the protruding corner portion by using the conventional connecting material 3 ′ and fixing the siding material 1 as described above to the horizontal stretch will be briefly described.
First, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the fixing portion 3a ′ of the connecting member 3 ′ is fixed in advance to the casing 7 of the protruding corner portion by a fixing tool 8 such as a nail or a tapping screw.
Usually, the longitudinal direction edge 1a of the siding material 1 is inserted horizontally into the holding portion 3b ′ with the longitudinal direction of the siding material 1 being horizontal below the wall surface to be constructed. (Normally, the upper edge in the width direction) A siding in which a fixing portion extending to 1b is fixed to the housing 7 with a fixing tool such as a nail or a tapping screw, and then fixed above the already fixed siding material 1. An engaging portion formed on the other widthwise edge (lower widthwise edge) 1b while inserting the longitudinal edge 1a of the material 1 into the holding portion 3b ′ of the connecting material 3 ′ Is engaged with an engaging portion formed on one widthwise edge 1b of the fixed siding material 1, and then formed on one widthwise edge 1b of the engaged siding material 1. The fixed portion is fixed to the housing 7 with a fixing tool such as a nail or a tapping screw. This work was repeated over the entire height of the wall surface to be constructed on both sides of the connecting material 3 ′ to construct the corners on the wall surface of the building.
[0007]
However, in the method of constructing the protruding corner portion using the conventional connecting material 3 ′ as described above, since the connecting material 3 ′ is formed by bending a metal plate, the siding material is formed in the holding portion 3b ′. Since the gap between the surface of the siding material 1 and the holding part 3b ′ is generated when the edge 1a in the longitudinal direction 1 is held and rainwater easily enters, the gap is closed with a caulking material or the like. Therefore, there is a disadvantage that it takes time and labor for the construction, and in the case of the conventional example shown in FIG. 6, the back side of the top portion 3c 'of the connecting member 3' is a space 3d 'and the strength is weak. There was a drawback that the shape of the part was limited.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention eliminates the disadvantages of the prior art, and fixes a dry-type siding material to a housing and also fixes an outer wall material for a protruding corner to a protruding corner portion to construct a protruding corner on a wall surface of a building. In addition to fixing the outer wall material for use and connecting the siding material adjacent to the side of the outer wall material for the projecting corner and the outer wall material for the projecting corner, the construction can be performed efficiently and in an excellent design state. It is an object of the present invention to provide a projecting corner structure on a wall surface of a building and its construction method that does not hurt the siding material when repairing or fine-tuning, etc., and that does not require the entire work to be repeated from the beginning.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of intensive studies to solve such problems, the present inventors have supported the outer wall material for the outer corner by the protruding corner portion of the wall surface of the building in which the dry siding material is sequentially fixed in the longitudinal direction and the width direction. A main body to be clamped, a fitting groove with a locking portion provided on the surface side of both side edge portions of the main body, and a boundary between the main body side and the main body of the fitting groove formed on the surface side A gripping piece for the outer wall material for the outer corner, which has a flexibility with respect to the main body at the portion, and holds the side edge of the outer wall material for the outer corner with the surface of the main body, and the main body of the fitting groove, On the opposite side and on the surface side, the front side holding piece for the siding material that is flexible with respect to the main body at the boundary with the main body, and on the opposite side of the fitting groove to the main body A back side holding piece for siding material, which is formed on the back side and is fixed to a building frame by a fixture. The outer wall material for the outer corner is supported by the front surface of the main body and the both side edges thereof are clamped by the main body and the outer corner material gripping piece for the outer corner. And the longitudinal end edges of the siding material arranged with the protruding corner portions sandwiched between the front side gripping piece and the back side gripping piece for the siding material formed on both side edges of the connecting material, respectively. A long fitting piece which is formed in a cross-sectional shape that substantially matches the cross-sectional shape of the fitting groove of the connecting member and is formed with a locking portion that is locked to the locking portion. Is fitted in the fitting groove of the connecting material, not only can the wall surface structure be excellent in design and the connection in the longitudinal direction of the siding material, but also when repairs and fine adjustments are performed Do all work first without damaging the siding material just by removing the mating piece etc. Than is the present invention has been completed to ascertain that there is no need to start over.
[0010]
Further, in the projecting corner structure on the wall surface of the building, the connecting material is bent at a predetermined angle on the back surface side by a groove-shaped portion having a V-shaped cross section formed parallel to the longitudinal direction on the back surface side of the main body and fixed to the housing. When it is done, it is possible to easily construct the protruding corner portion where the adjacent wall surface forms a predetermined angle such as a right angle, and when the connecting material is fixed to the housing with the bendable main body in a curved state, It has also been found that it is possible to easily construct a bent corner portion having a curved shape and to achieve a corner structure with excellent design.
[0011]
And when constructing the projecting corner portion on the wall surface of the building in which the dry siding material is sequentially fixed in the longitudinal direction and the width direction, first, a main body for supporting the outer wall material for the projecting corner, and both side edges of the main body A fitting groove with a locking portion provided on the surface side of the part, and is formed on the surface side of the fitting groove on the main body side and is flexible with respect to the main body at the boundary with the main body The outer wall material holding piece for the outer corner for holding the side edge of the outer wall material for the outer corner with the surface of the main body, and formed on the surface side opposite to the main body of the fitting groove The front side holding piece for the siding material which is flexible with respect to the main body at the boundary with the main body, and is formed on the back surface side opposite to the main body of the fitting groove. Elongated connection with backside holding piece for siding material fixed to the building frame by a fixture Is fixed to the protruding corner portion with a back side holding piece for the siding material, and the holding pieces for the outer wall material for the protruding corner are bent to the front side, and both side edges of the outer wall material for the protruding corner are pushed into the protruding corner portion. The bent state of the outer wall member clamping piece is returned to the original state, and both side edges of the outer corner wall member are clamped. The operation of holding the both side edges of the outer corner wall member on the connecting material can be performed before fixing the connecting material to the housing.
[0012]
Further, at both side edges sandwiching the protruding corner portion, a fixing part formed on the siding material by pushing in the longitudinal edge of the siding material to be fixed by bending the front side holding piece for the siding material to the front side When the siding material is fixed to the housing by a fixing tool, the other widthwise edge of the siding material to be fixed next to the engaging portion formed at one widthwise edge of the siding material in the width direction of the siding material The fixing portion formed on the siding material is engaged with the engaging portion formed on the siding material, and the fixing member is fixed to the housing with a fixing tool. Thereafter, the connecting material is bent for the siding material. After returning the bent state of the front side holding piece to the original state and holding the longitudinal edge of the siding material by the holding pieces of the front side and the back side for the siding material, Crossing A long fitting piece that is formed in a cross-sectional shape that substantially matches the shape and is formed with a locking portion that is locked to the locking portion is fitted over the entire length of the fitting groove of the connecting material. If the shape of the connecting material is maintained together, it is possible to efficiently construct the projecting corner structure on the wall surface of the building according to the present invention as described above, and the building as a renovation that uses the existing wall surface as it is as a frame It was clarified that the construction of the wall of the object is possible.
[0013]
Furthermore, when a stopper that contacts the longitudinal edge of the siding material is formed on the base end side of the back side gripping piece for the siding material as the connecting material, the longitudinal edge of the siding material is used. When holding, the positioning of the siding material is easy, and the operation of bending the front side holding piece for the siding material to the front side can be performed easily and reliably, and the connecting material is parallel to the longitudinal direction on the back side of the main body. If a groove-shaped part having a V-shaped cross section is used, it is possible to easily construct a protruding corner part where adjacent wall surfaces form a right angle, and a flexible body is formed as a connecting material. The present invention has been completed by investigating that it is possible to easily construct a bent corner portion having a curved shape when a material is used.
[0014]

Thus, the shape of the connecting member 3 can be maintained in a state where it does not bend.
[0020]
Next, the method of the present invention for constructing the protruding corner structure on the wall surface of the building according to the present invention configured as described above will be described.
[0021]
In order to construct the projecting corner structure on the wall surface of the building according to the present invention as described above, first, the projecting corner of the casing 7 is fixed to the long connecting member 3 by the fixture 8 on the back side holding piece 3d for siding material. The outer wall material 2 for protruding corners is supported on the surface of the main body 3a of the connecting member 3 while being fixed to the portion.
[0022]
In order to fix the connecting member 3 to the housing 7, the fixing member 8 is used to fix the connecting member 3 with the back-side holding pieces 3 d for the siding material formed on both side edges of the connecting member 3. In the case where 3a is made of bendable material such as rubber or synthetic resin, the connecting member 3 is disposed so that the flat body 3a is bent and the protruding corner portion of the housing 7 is sandwiched. When the body 3a is preliminarily formed in the shape of the protruding corner portion to be constructed, the connecting member 3 is disposed so as to sandwich the protruding corner portion of the casing 7 as described above. Then, it is fixed to the housing 7 by the fixing tool 8 as described above.
[0023]
Further, the outer wall material 2 for the outer corner is supported by the connecting member 3 because the outer wall member holding piece 3b for the outer corner of the connecting member 3 is bent to the front side and both side edges of the outer wall member 2 for the outer corner are pushed in. The bent corner outer wall member holding piece 3b is returned to its original state, and the outer corner wall member 2 is supported on the connecting member 3 before or after the connecting member 3 is fixed to the casing 7. It may be any after.
[0024]
Here, as the connecting material 3, it is possible to use either the one formed in advance in the shape of the protruding corner portion on which the main body 3 a is to be constructed or the one formed flexibly from rubber, synthetic resin or the like. In addition, as the outer wall material 2 for the projecting corner, both of those that are formed to be bent as described above and those that are formed in advance in the shape of the projecting corner portion to be constructed can be used.
[0025]
Either of the above-described embodiments is used as the connecting material 3 and the outer corner wall material 2, and further, before or after fixing the connecting material 3 to the housing 7 for supporting the outer wall material 2 for the outer corner 2 to the connecting material 3. Which one is selected is appropriately determined in consideration of design properties and construction efficiency.
[0026]
Here, as the outer wall material 2 for the projecting corner, the one that the body 3a is formed so as to be bendable, and the outer wall material 2 for the projecting corner that is formed so as to be bendable are used, and these are integrated into a casing. 7 is arranged so as to sandwich the protruding corner portion 7 and is fixed to the casing 7 by the fixture 8, the outer corner wall holding pieces 3 b for the protruding corner are bent to the front side and both side edges of the outer wall material 2 for the protruding corner And the bend piece 3b for the outer wall member for protruding corners is returned to the original state and connected by the adhesive applied to the back surface of the outer wall material 2 for protruding corners and / or the surface of the main body 3a of the connecting member 3. After the outer corner wall material 2 is bonded and fixed to the main body 3a of the material 3, the main body 3a of the connecting material 3 in which the outer wall material 2 for the outer corner is fixed to the outer corner portion to be constructed is bent together with the outer wall material 2 for the outer corner And it fixes to the housing 7 with the fixing tool 8 with the back surface side holding piece 3d for siding materials.
[0027]
Further, when a groove-shaped portion 3aa having a V-shaped cross section parallel to the longitudinal direction is formed on the back surface side of the main body 3a of the connecting member 3, the adjacent planar wall surface sandwiching the protruding corner portion at a predetermined angle. When constructing the projected corner portion to be formed, the main body 3a of the connecting material 3 can be easily put into a good state corresponding to this angle (usually 90 degrees is the largest, but is not limited to this angle). Can be bent.
[0028]
Further, the frame 7 to which the connecting material 3 is fixed is a pillar when a new wall surface is constructed, and the existing wall surface can be used as it is when the existing wall surface is repaired.
[0029]
The longitudinal ends of the siding material 1 arranged with the protruding corner portion sandwiched between the front side holding pieces 3c and the back side holding pieces 3d for the siding material at both side edges of the connecting member 3 fixed to the casing 7 While holding the front and back surfaces of the edge portion 1 a, the siding material 1 is fixed to the housing 7.
That is, the front side holding piece 3c for siding material is bent to the front side and one longitudinal end edge 1a of the siding material 1 to be fixed is pushed in to fix the fixing portion 1e formed on the siding material 1 5, the other width of the siding material 1 to be fixed next to the engaging portion 1 c formed on one widthwise edge 1 b of the siding material 1 in the width direction of the siding material 1. The operation of fixing the fixing portion 1e formed on the siding material 1 to the housing 7 by the fixing tool 5 by engaging the engaging portion 1d formed on the directional edge 1b is repeated.
[0030]
Thereafter, the bent state of the front side holding piece 3c for the siding material bent of the connecting material 3 is returned to the original state, and is fixed to the casing 7 by the holding pieces 3c and 3d of the front side and the back side for the siding material. After holding the longitudinal edge 1a of each siding material 1, it is formed in a cross-sectional shape substantially matching the cross-sectional shape of the fitting groove 3e of the connecting material 3, and the fitting groove 3e of the connecting material 3 The long fitting piece 4 formed with the locking portion 4a to be locked to the locking portion 3ea is fitted over the entire length of the fitting groove 3e of the connecting material 3 to Maintain shape.
[0031]
At this time, if a connecting member 3 is used in which a stopper 3f for locking the longitudinal edge 1a of the siding material 1 is formed on the base end side of the back side holding piece 3d for siding material, siding Positioning of the longitudinal edge 1a of the material 1 is easy, and the longitudinal edge 1a of the siding material 1 is located away from the main body 3a of the connecting material 3, so that the surface side holding piece 3c for the siding material 1 The bending can be more reliably performed without applying a large internal stress to the material of the connecting material 3.
[0032]
In such an operation, the connection of the siding material 1 in the width direction has various modes depending on the shapes of the engaging portions 1c and 1d formed on the width direction edge portions 1b and 1b. A mode in which the portions 1b and 1b are in contact with each other, and a mode in which the width direction edge portions 1b and 1b are in a state of being spaced apart and a caulking material is filled in the gap can be exemplified. In addition, in consideration of construction efficiency, a mode in which the joint material 6 described below is used instead of the caulking material can be shown.
[0033]
That is, for example, as shown in FIG. 3, the cross-sectional shapes of the engaging portions 1c and 1d formed on the edge portion 1b in the width direction of the siding material 1 are protruded sideways on the front side and recessed on the back side. Thus, when the siding materials 1 and 1 are connected in the width direction, the joint material 6 having elasticity is fitted to close the space including the concave portions of the width direction edge portions 1b and 1b. As this joint material 6, the cross-sectional shape has a level difference from the narrow part fitted between the protrusions on the surface side of the engaging parts 1c, 1d formed in the edge part 1b in the width direction of the siding material 1. The wide part fitted between recessed parts is formed, and the aspect currently formed in the hollow shape which has elasticity which consists of rubber | gum, a synthetic resin, etc. can be shown.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, the protruding corner structure of the wall surface of the building according to the present invention has a fitting groove formed on the surface side of both side edge portions of the main body and a locking portion formed in the fitting groove. On the main body side of the fitting groove of the long connecting material, the side edge portion of the outer wall material for the outer corner is held by the main body and the outer wall material holding piece for the outer corner, and the main body of the fitting groove On the opposite side, the longitudinal edge of the siding material is held by the front side holding piece for the siding material and the back side holding piece for the siding material, and substantially matches the cross-sectional shape of the fitting groove of the connecting material. Since the fitting piece formed in the cross-sectional shape is fitted in the fitting groove of the connecting material and the shape of the connecting material is maintained, it is firmly held by the connecting material at the longitudinal edge of the siding material. In addition, the outer corner material holding piece for the outer corner material is again mounted on the side edge surface of the outer wall material for the outer corner material. Design is highly effective because the longitudinal edges surface clamping pieces of siding material of the connecting member on the surface of the ingredients are firmly adhered.
[0035]
In addition, since the main body of the connecting material exists on the back side of the outer wall material for the outer corner supported by the outer corner portion, the outer wall material for the outer corner has high strength by itself similar to the siding material. Even in the case where the steel sheet is bent freely and the strength itself is weak, the constructed corner portion has a relatively high strength.
[0036]
The main body of the connecting material can be formed in various states such as a state having a predetermined angle corresponding to the wall surface adjacent to the protruding corner portion or a bent state, and the protruding corner portion having various shapes has high strength. Can be constructed.
[0037]
And when the method of the present invention is carried out so as to construct the protruding corner structure of the wall surface of the building according to the present invention having the above-described configuration, the holding piece for the outer wall material for the protruding corner of the connecting material arranged at the protruding corner portion of the casing is on the front side. After bending and fixing the side edge of the outer wall material for the projecting corner to be supported, return the bent holding member for the outer wall material for the projecting corner to its original state, and the surface side for the siding material Bending the holding piece to the front side and pushing in the longitudinal edge of the siding material to be fixed, and then fixing the bent side surface holding piece for the siding material to its original state. The side edges of the outer wall material for the corner and the longitudinal edge of the siding material can be held in the connecting material by a simple operation of fitting the fitting piece into the groove, and the outer wall material and siding material for the outer corner are provided at the corner. Can be performed efficiently.
[0038]
Such a method of the present invention should be adopted both when a new wall surface is constructed and when an existing wall surface is used as it is and a siding material for repair is fixed to the outer surface side and the repaired wall surface is constructed. Can do.
[0039]
Then, when the wall surface is constructed by the method of the present invention, it is easy to finely adjust the mounting position of the siding material and replace only a certain siding material after construction by simply removing the fitting piece from the fitting groove of the connecting material. Can be done.
[0040]
As described above, the projecting corner structure of the wall surface of the building according to the present invention and its construction method exhibiting various effects are very large in industrial value.
