Claims (4)
- 金コロイド粒子を基材表面に直接的に固定化する方法において、
前記基材表面の少なくとも一部に波長126〜254nmの紫外光を照射し、基材表面の少なくとも一部をOH基終端又はCOOH基終端で覆われた親水性とする表面修飾処理を行った後、
前記基材を、溶媒に金コロイド粒子が分散するpH3.5〜4.5のコロイド溶液に10〜70分間浸漬して金コロイド粒子を固定化することを特徴とする金コロイドの固定化法。 - 基材への表面修飾処理を部分的に行った後、基材を金コロイド溶液に浸漬し、所望のパターンで金コロイド粒子を固定化する請求項1記載の金コロイドの固定化法。
- 基材への部分的な表面修飾処理として、フォトマスク、TEMグリッドのパターンマスクを形成した後、紫外光を照射して基材表面の少なくとも一部をOH基終端又はCOOH基終端で覆われた親水性とする請求項2記載の金コロイドの固定化法。
- 金コロイド粒子を単層で固定化する請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の金コロイドの固定化法。
