Description

【0001】
【0034】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a floodlight used as night lighting for road construction or sports facilities, and more specifically, a floodlight equipped with a balloon-type lighting fixture with a built-in light bulb inside a balloon inflated by air supply means. About.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a floodlight used for night lighting in road construction and sports facilities, a telescopic column is installed on a dolly equipped with a generator, and the light from the light bulb is reflected by a reflector on the upper end of the telescopic column. Those equipped with lighting fixtures that project toward are known.
By the way, it goes without saying that it is preferable that the light emitted from this type of projector is brighter. However, in road construction, etc., the light may interfere with the driver of the passing vehicle. There is a demand for improvement in the use of
[0003]
In order to solve such a problem, the applicant of the present application installed a telescopic support column on a dolly mounted with a generator, and built a light bulb in a balloon inflated by an air supply means at the upper end of the expandable support column. A new floodlight equipped with a balloon-type lighting fixture was proposed and filed earlier (see Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-150911).
The balloon-type floodlight of the prior application alleviates glare by indirectly illuminating the light from the bulb inside the balloon through the balloon, and the floodlight is applied to the driver of the passing vehicle in road construction etc. There is an advantage that there is no fear of getting in the way.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, when the technical contents of the balloon-type floodlight of the earlier application mentioned above were examined in detail, there was room for improvement in the following points.
In other words, this type of balloon-type floodlight only functions as a lighting fixture as described above when nothing is displayed on the peripheral surface of the balloon, but “under construction” and “caution” are provided on the peripheral surface of the balloon. characters such as "was displayed by such as printing it is thought that prompt attention to the driver of a passing vehicle. However , in the conventional balloon projector, the upper circular sheet material forming the upper half of the balloon and the lower circular sheet material forming the lower half of the balloon are sewn together to form the balloon. Therefore, when the balloon is inflated, wrinkles are generated on the peripheral surface of the balloon, and the characters displayed on the peripheral surface of the balloon may not be read.
In order to solve this problem, it is conceivable that the balloon peripheral surface is formed in a substantially terrestrial shape composed of a plurality of divided sheet materials divided in the meridian direction so that wrinkles do not occur. The sheet materials must be sewn together, resulting in a problem that the production of the balloon takes time and cost.
[0005]
Balloons are usually made of a synthetic resin sheet having a light emitting property. However, it is necessary to replace the balloons every predetermined period because of deterioration due to outdoor use or heat generation from a light bulb. The balloon-type floodlight of the application is configured so that the upper and lower ends of the frame surrounding the bulb and preventing the contact between the balloon and the bulb sandwich the upper and lower center portions of the balloon with upper and lower circular plates, respectively. Since the upper and lower circular plates are fixed to each other with bolts and nuts, there is a problem that it takes time to replace the balloon.
[0006]
Further, in the balloon type projector of the prior application, the frame body is made of a wire net-like frame body, and there remains a problem in strength for long-term use or use under strong wind conditions.
Furthermore, the balloon-type floodlight of the earlier application is configured as a dedicated machine for balloon-type lighting fixtures. A telescopic support column is installed on the carriage on which the generator is mounted, and the light from the bulb is reflected at the upper end of the telescopic support column. Owners of conventional floodlights equipped with lighting equipment that projects light forward with a board must purchase a balloon-type floodlight separately, with two sets of generators, carts, and telescopic struts. Will own.
[0007]
In view of such circumstances, the present invention eliminates the above-described conventional problems in a balloon-type floodlight that is unlikely to interfere with a driver of a passing vehicle during road construction or the like. The objective is to provide a new balloon-type floodlight with good and high commercial value.
[0008]
[Means for achieving the object]
In order to achieve the above object, a projector according to the present invention has a telescopic support column installed on a carriage on which a generator is mounted, and is equipped with a lighting device at the upper end of the expansion column. A balloon, air supply means for inflating the balloon by sending air into the balloon, and a light bulb built in the balloon, the balloon having a cylindrical body, for example, a substantially drum shape, It is formed into a substantially frustoconical shape, an inverted frustoconical shape, or the like, and is characterized in that it does not cause wrinkles in the barrel when the balloon is inflated.
According to such a configuration, when the balloon is inflated, there is no wrinkle on the body, so when characters such as “under construction” and “caution” are printed on the outer peripheral surface of the balloon , It can alert the driver of the vehicle. When these characters are not displayed, only the function as a lighting fixture is exhibited.
[0009]
Characters, graphics and the like can be displayed on the body of the balloon, and various display methods such as printing, pasting and coloring can be considered.
[0010]
The balloon includes a cylindrical body forming sheet material that opens up and down, and an upper surface side and a lower surface side that are sewn to the body forming sheet material so as to close the upper and lower openings of the body forming sheet material. By using the circular sheet material, it is possible to reduce the effort and cost of balloon production.
[0011]
In the projector according to the present invention, a telescopic support column is erected on a carriage on which a generator is mounted, and a lighting device is mounted on the upper end of the expansion column. The lighting device includes a balloon and air in the balloon. Is formed from an air supply means for inflating the balloon, a light bulb built in the balloon, and a frame surrounding the light bulb. The frame has an upper end at the center of the upper surface of the balloon and a lower end. It is arranged to stand up to the inner center position of the balloon by detachably fixing the part to the central part of the lower surface of the balloon,
In addition, the fixing means for the center of the upper surface of the balloon with respect to the upper end of the frame is formed by the engaging means that is detachably engaged with the upper end of the frame by operation from the outside of the balloon. The fixing means is formed by a fastener-type connecting means that opens and closes by operation from the outside of the balloon,
The balloon is mounted on the frame in a replaceable manner.
[0012]
According to such a configuration, the engagement means is engaged / disengaged on the balloon upper surface side, and the fastener is opened / closed on the balloon lower surface side, whereby the balloon can be easily attached to and detached from the frame body.
[0013]
In addition, the frame has an upper end plate that is detachably fixed to the central portion of the upper surface of the balloon, a lower end plate that is detachably fixed to the central portion of the lower surface of the balloon, and a plurality of pipes that rise between the upper and lower plates. In the case of a structure consisting of a strut and a wire mesh protective frame that is detachably mounted between adjacent pipe struts, the strength is significantly improved when compared to a wire mesh frame, under bad weather and long-term The structure can withstand use.
[0014]
In addition, when formed so as to be selectively equipped with a balloon-type luminaire that incorporates a light bulb in a balloon inflated by an air supply means, and a luminaire that projects the light of the light bulb toward the front by a reflector, By selecting any one of the lighting fixtures and mounting the telescopic support column, it is possible to obtain an appropriate light projection according to the purpose of use or the place of use.
[0015]
In addition, when a light-shielding means that can arbitrarily select and set a light projection range from the balloon is provided outside or inside the balloon, the light projection range from the balloon can be arbitrarily set, for example, a road When a projector is installed at the end, it is possible to block light from being projected to a private house or the like located on the back side.
[0016]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an example of an embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, the projector of this example is provided with a telescopic support column 2 standing on a carriage 1 on which a generator 3 is mounted, and equipped with a balloon-type lighting fixture 4 at the upper end of the expandable support column 2. The luminaire 4 protects the balloon 5, a blower device 6 as an air supply means for inflating the balloon 5 by sending air into the balloon 5, a light bulb 7 built in the balloon 5, and the light bulb 7. The frame 8 is provided, and the light emitted from the light bulb 7 is configured to pass through the balloon 5 so that the glare is reduced and the light can be changed into gentle light.
[0017]
The carriage 1 is configured such that wheels 1-2 are pivotally supported on the front, rear, left and right of a vehicle body base 1-1 and formed so that the generator 3 with wheels can be detachably mounted. A telescopic column 2 is erected at the rear of the carriage 1. Of course, the generator 3 does not have wheels, and can be detachably or fixedly mounted on the carriage 1 and is not particularly limited.
[0018]
The telescopic support column 2 has at least one base tube column 2-1 raised on the upper surface of the rear portion of the carriage 1, and the inner diameter of the tube tube column 2-1 is successively reduced with respect to the base tube column 2-1. The middle pipe pillars, in the example shown, two middle pipe pillars 2-2 and 2-3 are slidably fitted one after the other so that they can be slid up and down. By sliding, the height of the lighting fixture 4 can be changed and set appropriately.
[0019]
The lower end portion of the connection column 10 is detachably connected to the upper end of the intermediate column 2-3 via the joint member 9, and the lighting fixture 4 installed at the upper end of the connection column 10 is connected to the telescopic column 2. It is configured to be detachable.
Joint members 9 are not shown, but provided with a connector for plug-in connection to the connector 11a of the feeding cable 11 for feeding power to the lighting fixture 4. The connector communicates with the generator 3 via the cable 12 and supplies the power supplied from the generator 3 to the blower 6 and the light bulb 7 of the lighting fixture 4.
[0020]
The raising / lowering means for sliding up and down the middle tube pillars 2-2 and 2-3 of the telescopic support column 2 is not particularly limited. For example, in addition to the raising / lowering means having an appropriate number of pulleys, wires and winches, a gas damper is used as a base tube. A well-known structure with a built-in column 2-1 that uses the repulsive force of the gas damper to raise and lower the middle tube columns 2-2 and 2-3 with one hand is preferably used. can do.
[0021]
As described above, the lighting fixture 4 includes the balloon 5, the blower 6, the light bulb 7, the frame 8, and the like.
As shown in FIG. 2, the balloon 5 includes a cylindrical body forming sheet material 5-1 that opens up and down, and a body forming sheet that closes the top and bottom openings of the body forming sheet material 5-1. The upper and lower circular sheets are formed along the upper and lower opening edges of the body forming sheet material 5-1, consisting of circular sheet materials 5-2 and 5-3 on the upper surface side and the lower surface side that are sewn to the material 5-1. By sewing the outer peripheral edges of the materials 5-2 and 5-3, it is formed into a substantially drum shape surrounded by a cylindrical body portion 5a and upper and lower surface portions 5b and 5c as shown in FIG. As a result, the balloon 5 is configured not to cause wrinkles on the body 5a when the balloon 5 is inflated by the operation of the blower 6, and when the display 13 such as "under construction" or "caution" is printed on the outer periphery of the body 5a , the display There is no fear that 13 will not be able to be read with a bag, and the driver of the passing vehicle can be alerted. Needless to say, when such display 13 is not performed, the display 13 functions only as a lighting fixture.
Each of the sheet materials 5-1, 5-2, 5-3 is made of a synthetic resin sheet material having desired light projecting property, weather resistance, strength, for example, nylon 66, etc., and is a horizontally long rectangular sheet. The longitudinal edges are sewn together to obtain a body forming sheet material 5-1, and each sheet material 5-1, 5-2, 5-3 is sewn together as described above. A drum-shaped balloon 5 is formed. That is, the balloon 5 can be manufactured by three sewing operations, and can be manufactured more easily and at a lower cost than a substantially globe-shaped balloon that needs to be sewn at a large number of locations.
Although not shown in the drawings, other examples of the balloon 5 that are substantially frustoconical and inverted frustoconical can also be exemplified as preferred embodiments of the present invention. In this case, the body forming sheet material 5 Needless to say, -1 is a shape obtained by developing the peripheral surface of the frustoconical shape, and the circular sheet materials 5-2 and 5-3 are shapes that constitute the upper and lower surfaces of the frustoconical shape.
[0022]
The frame 8 supports the light bulb 7 in the center of the balloon 5 and surrounds the light bulb 7 to prevent contact between the balloon 5 and the light bulb 7, as shown in FIGS. Further, the upper end plate 21 is detachably fixed to the central portion of the balloon upper surface portion 5b and the lower end plate 22 is detachably fixed to the central portion of the balloon lower surface portion 5c.
