ホイールカバーを着脱可能に取り付けるためのホイールカバー取付面部、このホイールカバー取付面部の裏側に突設され、前記取付孔に外方から挿入される取付脚、前記取付孔の周縁部に係脱可能に係合する弾性係合部を有し、この弾性係合部の係脱により前記リテーナに着脱可能に装着されるクリップとを備え、
