Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a toe cover for sports shoes. In particular, it is most suitable as an accessory for baseball pitcher shoes that easily rub their toes to the ground when throwing, but it can also be used in other sports shoes.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-48084 relating to the applicant's application discloses a toe cover for baseball shoes having a cross section shown in FIG. 5 attached to the present application.
[0003]
In this prior application, the toe cover has an upper part 6 provided with a shoelace through hole. A protective part 2 made of urethane resin is welded and integrated with the periphery of the upper part 6. The peripheral part of the upper part 1 is cut so that the inclined surface becomes the outer surface to form the inclined cut surface 3. Both end portions of the inclined cut surface 3 have through holes 4. A part of the protective part 2 is welded to the inclined cut surface in a state in which the through hole 4 is filled. By doing in this way, while making the adhesiveness to the toe surface of shoes favorable, it can reduce peeling by reducing resistance with the outer side surface of a toe cover, and the ground.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above device, although rare, the welded part of the upper part and the protective part may be peeled off during long-term use. The present invention is a further improvement of the above-described device, and aims to increase the strength of the welded portion of the upper portion and the protective portion.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In a first aspect, the present invention provides a toe cover for a sports shoe comprising an upper part covering at least a part of a front part of a shoe upper part and a protective part located in the foremost part of the shoe. It is characterized in that a thin-walled portion is provided.
[0006]
In a second aspect, the present invention relates to a toe cover for sports shoes comprising an upper part covering at least a part of the front of the shoe upper, and a protective part located at the forefront of the shoe.
(A) the bonding surface of the protective part and the carapace portion is an inclined surface,
(B) the carapace portion has at least one through hole in the bonding surface, the resin of the protective portion to fill the through hole, furthermore, to form a stopper swells inside the protecting portion thing,
(C) and characterized in that a thin portion on the side of the protective portion.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The first viewpoint and the second viewpoint do not contradict each other, and it is preferable to provide both. In order to increase the strength, it is preferable to provide a plurality of through holes at the left and right ends of the upper part.
[0008]
【Example】
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a use state of a toe cover for sports shoes of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a front view of the toe cover in an inverted state.
[0009]
Similar to the prior art, the toe cover 10 for sports shoes according to the present invention includes an upper part 16 covering a part of the front of the shoe upper part and a protective part 12 positioned at the foremost part of the shoe. The upper part 16 is formed from natural leather, and the protection part 12 is formed from a synthetic resin (for example, urethane resin). One of the upper portions 16 extends to the shoelace portion to form an extension portion 16a, and a hole 15 for passing the shoelace is provided in the extension portion 16a (see FIG. 1).
[0010]
The joint surface 13 of the upper part 16 and the protection part 12 is welded. Since the synthetic resin is welded to natural leather, a high-strength joint is not always obtained. Therefore, the area of the bonding surface 13 is increased to increase the bonding strength. That is, the peripheral part of the upper part is inclined and cut, and the protective part 12 is welded to the inclined surface.
[0011]
In order to increase the bonding force, through holes 14 are provided in the left and right ends 17 and 18 of the upper portion 16. In FIG. 2, two through holes are provided at the left end 17 and three through holes are provided at the right end 18. FIG. 3 shows a cross-sectional state of the through-hole 14, and the through-hole 14 is filled with the resin 12 a of the protection part 12. Up to this point, it is almost the same as the conventional example (see FIG. 5). In the present invention, the resin of the protective portion 12 is further raised to the inside of the toe cover to form the stopper 12b, thereby preventing the resin 12a from dropping and increasing the bonding force.
[0012]
In the present invention, in order to further increase the bonding force between the upper portion 16 and the protective portion 12, the upper portion 16 is given flexibility. That is, the thin portion 21 is formed at one end 20 of the protective portion on the side where the extended portion 16a of the upper portion is provided. By doing in this way, the upper part 16 of this part has flexibility, and the upper part 16 and the protection part 12 become difficult to remove | deviate. The thin-walled portion 21 is a plurality of indentations in this embodiment, and the cross section has a waveform as shown in FIG.
[0013]
Although not shown, the thin portion 21 can be deformed as follows, for example.
(1) Provide a single wide indentation.
(2) A large number of small through holes are provided.
(3) Provide single or multiple indentations having cross sections other than corrugations.
(4) The sides are relatively thin compared to the front rather than the indentations and holes.
(5) The thin part is provided not only on the side where the extension 16a of the upper part is provided, but also on the opposite side.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, since the bonding force between the upper part 16 and the protection part 12 is enhanced, even when used for a long period of time, they do not peel off, and the durability of the product is improved.
