本発明は軸の上下の為の機構を単純化し、設置のためのスぺースを小さくして扉上部の強度の劣化を防止し、かつ、軸の上下の操作を扉の見込み面からのみ可能にしたことにより、扉の閉鎖時での着脱を防止して、不用意な操作による扉の脱落に対する安全の対策とし、また、軸受の開口部を内部(軸止部)より大径とすることにより扉軸が容易に軸受に挿入できるようにし、扉の設置の作業を容易にすることを可能にした発明である。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明に係る扉セットは、扉2の回転軸4と、該扉軸4を回転自在に支承する軸受3とからなる扉セットにおいて、扉軸4を扉2の上面又は下面から突出させた状態及び扉2内に収納させた状態の間で移動させるためのリンク機構6を備えており、該リンク機構6は、相互に軸着された第1及び第2の2本のリンクレバー7、8を有し、第1リンクレバー7の他端は上記扉軸4に、第2リンクレバー8の他端は扉2側にそれぞれ軸着されるとともに、第2リンクレバー8の該他端は扉2の見込み面19から回動するための駆動軸10として構成され、かつ、扉軸4を上記突出状態及び収納状態でそれぞれ弾止するためのL形安定バネ16及び突起15を有しており、該扉軸の格納状態において扉軸4が軸収納部11の底部に当接し、該扉軸4の突出状態において上記第1及び第2リンクレバー7、8の連結部が上支点を通過して第2リンクレバー8が当接ピン20に当接し、さらに、扉軸4を収容する上記軸受3の開口部17がその内部(軸止部18)よりも大径とされていることを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
