Claims (8)
- 連続的な金属の鋳造のために溶融金属をインゴット型へ導入するためのノズル(1)であって、管状部(2)を備えるタイプであり、その管状部の一端は、前記溶融金属を収容する容器に連結され、且つその管状部の他端は、その内部空間(3)の少なくとも一部が前記管状部(2)に対して実質的に直角をなして配向される細長い形状の中空部(4)内に開口しており、前記中空部(4)は、その両端の各々に流出口(5、6)を有し、穿孔(21)が設けられたバー(19、27、29)は、前記中空部(4)における内部空間(3)内に配置されているものであって、前記中空部(4)の流出口(5、6)は、前記バー(19、27、29)の上でふさがれていることを特徴とする、ノズル。
- 前記中空部(4)の流出口(5、6)は、前記バー(19、27、29)の上面に設けられた突起(24、25)によってふさがれていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のノズル。
- 前記突起(24、25)は、ノズル(1)の内部に向けて傾斜された壁部(33、34)を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のノズル。
- 前記バー(27)は、その上向きの面(22)の幅の少なくとも一部分上に隆起部分(28)を有し、前記隆起部分(28)の頂部は、当該バー(27)の長手軸上に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のノズル。
- 前記バー(29)は、その上向きの面(22)上にいくつかの横向き盛上げ部(30、31、32)を有し、その盛上げ部の間には穿孔(21)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のノズル。
- 前記横向き盛上げ部(30、31、32)は、三角形の概略形状での断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のノズル。
- 前記バー(29)の中央に配置された前記横向き盛上げ部(31)は、二等辺三角形の概略形状での断面を有し、且つ他の横向き盛上げ部(32)は、いかなる種類の三角形の概略形状での断面をも有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のノズル。
- 前記中空部(4)は、そのベース(18)および/またはその両側壁部に設けられた1つまたはそれより多くの開口部(7から17)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のノズル。
