Description
ASTM D1871に準拠し、以下の表1に示す各配合成分を混合温度120℃で混練した未加硫ゴム組成物に、3×9×15(0.22)構造のブラスメッキしたスチールコードを埋設長さが25mmとなるように埋設し、148℃で45分間加硫した試料を用いて、この試料に対して更に130℃、湿度95%下で、72時間湿熱劣化を施した上でコードを引抜き、ゴム被覆率(%)を測定した。
以下の表2に示す各配合成分を各所定の混合温度で混練したゴム組成物を、148℃で45分間プレス加硫し、厚さ2mmのゴムシートに成形し、このシートからJIS3号ダンベル形状の試験片を打抜き、JIS K6251に準拠して破断強度を測定した。
Claims (3)
- 平均粒径が50μm以下の金属アセチルアセトナートを、ゴム100重量部に対し0.1〜3重量部含み、かつその混合時における最高到達温度を140℃以下にしたことを特徴とする接着用ゴム組成物。
- 前記金属アセチルアセトナートがコバルト(II)アセチルアセトナートおよび/またはコバルト(III)アセチルアセトナートである請求項1に記載の接着用ゴム組成物。
- 請求項1または2に記載の接着用ゴム組成物を使用したタイヤ。
