Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is arranged adjacent to a desk arranged in various forms for use in an office or the like, and is connected to a power line or a signal line of so-called OA equipment used on the desk, or these lines. Wiring furniture that accommodates various connectors and the like (hereinafter simply referred to as “wiring”) connected to the OA equipment, so that it can be processed reasonably and nicely. adjacent desk on it relates tray and luminaire wiring house equipped with a support device accessories such again and again to be used in.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Recently, so-called office automation (OA) has been remarkably progressed, and each person uses various office automation equipment in the office. As a result, a large amount of wiring is connected to OA equipment used on the desk, and handling of the wiring is a concern.
[0003]
Conventionally, in order to deal with the above situation, see the desk with a structure that allows the curtain side of the desk to have a double wall structure and the inside can be used as a wiring storage duct, or a plane with the same shape as the front projection of the desk. A wiring duct in which a thin box-shaped body is formed, and this box-shaped body is integrally coupled to the front surface of the desk, or is held between and arranged between the front surfaces of the desk so as to store wiring inside the box-shaped body. Many have been proposed, and some of them have been put to practical use.
[0004]
In a conventional wiring duct, a slit member made of a flexible material or a brush-like member or a lid member having this slit member is mounted on the upper surface of a box-shaped duct body opened in a groove shape, and the wiring duct A cylindrical or column-like support post that protrudes outward from the slit member is provided inside the main body, and a post or base of an accessory device such as a desktop panel or a tray for a telephone is connected to the post member. Although it has been proposed to support it, there are the following problems.
[0005]
That is, the conventional wiring ducts are often used by connecting two or more of them or arranging them in series without connecting them, but the groove-like openings formed on the upper surface due to the structure of the frame are connected in series. The wiring device does not penetrate between the wiring ducts, and therefore the supporting device for attaching the accessory device to the joint between the wiring ducts cannot be positioned. In other words, the mounting position of the supporting device of the accessory device is determined by the individual wiring duct. Since it is limited to the left and right spans, even if it is advantageous in terms of space if it is arranged at the seam, it cannot be used.
[0006]
Further, in a conventional wiring duct, when a desktop panel support means is provided inside the upper surface opening, and the desktop panel is supported by this support means, the tray or lighting fixture mounting means is the panel or panel support means. Due to interference, there was a problem that support means for the accessory devices other than the panel could not be provided inside the opening or was difficult to provide.
[0007]
Further, in the conventional wiring duct, due to the slit member applied to the upper surface opening or the support structure of the lid member provided with the slit member and the position of the support member, Since it is necessary to mount the supporting means of the accessory device at a position that is considerably deep from the upper surface of the wiring duct so that the mounting portion does not interfere with the support structure of the lid member, the mounting work of the supporting device itself or the position change thereof There is a problem that it is difficult to work.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In view of the present situation of box-shaped wiring ducts as described above, the present invention makes it easy to mount and change the position by placing a post-like support device to mount an accessory such as a tray in a shallow position near the top opening. Moreover, even if it is a joint of a wiring duct, the wiring furniture provided with the wiring duct function in which the support device can be mounted, and a desk panel may be erected on the wiring furniture. that mounting accessory devices to provide a wiring home device capable, it is an issue.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Configuration of the present invention interconnection furniture was made for the purpose of solving the aforementioned problems is a wiring furniture substantially forms a box-like formed so as to house the wiring connected to the OA equipment such, this furniture The upper surface of the entire length of the furniture is opened in the form of a groove over the entire length in the length direction so that the wiring can be inserted from the upper surface, and the wiring inside the lower surface of the open upper surface can be inserted through the entire length of the furniture. The wiring furniture formed in the insertion part is a member that is detachably provided at any position in the length direction of the member that forms the groove-like opening part, and has both ends on the upper surface of the groove-like opening part forming member. There is a screw insertion hole formed along the width direction of the groove-like open part in the vicinity of both ends of a plate-like member of a length that can be installed, and supports an accessory such as a tray or a lighting fixture in the center part Direct or post member for A base member provided with an attachment portion that is indirectly attached via a bracket, and a bottom member at both ends of the plate-like member in order to clamp and hold the forming member of the groove-like opening portion in cooperation with the base member. Two members having a substantially crank shape in cross section, and the groove-shaped opening forming member is sandwiched between the lower side having the screw holes of each crank-shaped member and both ends of the plate-shaped member, made by ingredients Bei the clamping member screwing the screws through the screw insertion hole of the base member to the screw holes of the upper side of the crank-like member, a desk panel, the tray-like material load platform, auxiliary equipment such as lighting equipment Is provided on the post member by selecting a desired position in the longitudinal direction of the groove-shaped opening.
[0010]
In addition, the supporting device for attaching the accessory device in the wiring furniture of the present invention is configured so that it can be attached / detached or changed in position with respect to the forming member by loosening the screw and changing the posture or position of the holding member with respect to the base member. May be.

[0012]
1 to 6, 1a and 1b are vertical pillar members positioned on the left and right as viewed from the front, and are formed by square pipes in the illustrated example, but the cross-sectional shape of the pipes may be other than square, Instead of a pipe, it may be formed of a mold material. 1c and 1d are positioned below and slightly above the upper ends and middle of the column members 1a and 1b, and are fixed between the left and right column members 1a and 1b. One frame 1 is formed by ˜1c. In the present invention, a frame body 2 formed using the same column members 2a and 2b and beam members 2c and 2d as the frame body 1 is arranged in parallel with the frame body 1 in the front-rear direction. By connecting the upper and lower column members 1a, 2b, 1b, 2a on the left and right sides of 2 with a connecting member 3 having a substantially concave cross section, four column members 1a, A self-supporting frame F is formed by 1b, 2a and 2b.
[0013]
In the frame F, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the frame bodies 1 and 2 are symmetrical when viewed from the plane. However, since they have the same structure, in the present invention, either the frame body 1 or 2 is used. If one side is made and the same frame is turned upside down, it will be advantageous in terms of preparation of components and labor. In the frame F, the upper beam members 1c and 2c have a different cross-sectional shape from the lower beam members 1d and 2c, but it is arbitrary to have the same cross-sectional shape. In the illustrated example, the upper beam members 1c and 2c are protruded so that the upper half portion thereof corresponds to the thickness of the cover members 4 and 5 described later from the front surfaces of the column members 1a and 1b and 2a and 2b. It is formed with cross sections 11c and 21c. 3a is a leg cover that is mounted on the left and right sides of the frame F so as to be detachably sandwiched between the column members 1a, 2b, 1b, 2a located below the lower members of the connecting member 3. A wiring in which a substantially rectangular space S in plan view along the legs formed by the connecting member 3 and the cover 3a and the pillar members 1a, 2b or 1b, 2a is raised from the floor; Or it becomes the insertion path of the wiring made to hang toward the floor. In the frame F, reference numerals 1e and 2e denote holes that serve as locking portions for connecting members formed on the side surfaces of the four column members 1a and 1b and 2a and 2b. In this example, bolts and nuts are used as connecting members (see FIG. However, the connecting members are not limited to bolts and nuts. Further, the holes 1e and 2e may be cutouts instead of the holes as long as they function as locking portions of the connecting member.
[0014]
4 and 5 are curtain plate-like cover members that are detachably attached to the front and rear surfaces of the frame F by, for example, snap button type fasteners, etc. The front width of the cover members 4 and 5 is the frame width of the frame F. It is formed equivalent to the front width of the bodies 1 and 2. The upper and lower widths of the cover members 4 and 5 are formed slightly narrower in the example of FIG. 6, but may be formed on the upper and lower widths of the frame F. Can be arbitrarily formed due to design problems. In the example shown in the figure, the cover member 4 is designed so that the concave joints 4a and 5a on the design are formed between the upper ends of the cover members 4 and 5 and the lower ends of the projecting sections 11c and 21c of the beam members 1c and 2c. , 5 and the vertical width and the mounting position are adjusted.
[0015]
Reference numeral 6 denotes a lid member attached to the upper surface of the frame F, which is configured as follows.
Two edge members 7 and 7 having the same length as the beam members 1c and 2c are attached to the upper surfaces 12c and 22c of the protruding sections 11c and 21c of the upper beam members 1c and 2c in the frame F, and both beam members 1c , 2c, a plurality of bracket-shaped piece members 8 are attached to the upper facing surfaces of the beam members 1c, 2c so as to be slidable in the length direction of the beam members 1c, 2c to support the lid member 6 from below. . In FIG. 1, only the piece member 8 on the left side is shown in FIG. 1, and that on the right side is omitted. In the other figures, the piece member 8 is not shown. Here, the inner standing wall surfaces 7a and 7a of the edge members 7 and 7 are formed of synthetic resin molded products, and are formed in locking portions 7b and 7b having concave shapes for locking the lid member 6.
[0016]
The lid member 6 has suspended leg portions 6b and 6c supported respectively on a locking portion 7b and a piece member 8 formed on the upper surfaces of the front and rear beam members 1c and 2c, respectively, with a gap 9 on the opposing surface. The two lid bodies 6a, 6a provided and two flexible rubber or plastic slit members 6d, 6d provided on the opposing surfaces of the opposing legs 6c, 6c, respectively. The lid body 6a is formed, for example, by providing openings 6e at two or more locations in the length direction and attaching caps 6f that can be opened and closed to the openings. With this configuration, the gap between the contact and facing surfaces of the slit members 6d, 6d functions as an insertion groove for wiring or the like, and the opening 6e with the cap functions as a wiring insertion port. The slit member 6d can also be formed of a brush-like member.
[0017]
Reference numeral 10 denotes a tray member having a substantially concave cross section placed on the front and rear beam members 1c and 2c and 1d and 2d in the frame F. The tray member 10 includes the beam members 1c and 2c and 1d and 2c. It can slide in the length direction. For this reason, two to three tray members 10 having a length of about 1/2 to 1/3 of the length of the beam members 1c, 2c, 1d, and 2d are used per stage.
[0018]
Reference numeral 11 shown in FIGS. 6 and 4 denotes an end plate which is detachably mounted on the left and right side surfaces of the frame F in the frame F in which the front and rear cover members 4 and 5 and the lid member 6 are detachably attached. The left and right side end surfaces of the frame F are provided as covers for preventing exposure to the outside. An end panel 12 illustrated in FIG. 6 may be attached to the left and right ends of the frame F instead of the end plate 11. This point will be described later. In FIG. 4, 11a is an auxiliary plate which is detachably attached to the column members 1a and 2b and cooperates with the end plate 11 in order to fill a gap Dg generated between the end plate 11 and the front end df of the side surface Ds of the desk. is there.
[0019]
In FIGS. 2, 5, and 12 to 17, reference numeral 13 denotes an inside of the frame F, which supports the attached equipment attached to the upper inner sides 11c 'and 21c' of the beam members 1c and 2c. This is an apparatus for attaching and supporting an accessory device such as a desktop panel TP, and is formed as follows in the example shown in FIGS. That is, in FIG. 5 and FIG. 12, a horizontally long plate-like base member 13a installed between the upper surface sides 12c and 22c facing each other on the inner surface of the beam members 1c and 2c, and a screw 13c on the lower surface side of the base member 13a. The left and right gripping members having a substantially stepped shape or a substantially crank-shaped cross section sandwiching the inner sides 11c 'and 21c' of the beam members 1c and 2c from above and below in cooperation with the base member 13a 13b and a short tubular post member 13d fixedly erected by welding, bolts, nuts or the like in a hole to be a post member mounting portion formed at the center of the upper surface of the base member 13a. In FIG. 12, 13e is a long hole as a screw insertion hole provided in the base member 13a along its length direction, 13f is a screw hole provided in the lower side of the holding member 13b, and the members 13a and 13b are connected to each other. The supporting device is configured such that the holding member 13b is detached from the lower surfaces of the inner sides 11c ′ and 21c ′ or is not detached by loosely screwing the screws 13c passing through the elongated holes 13e into the screw holes 13f. Can be freely slid on the inner sides 11c 'and 21c' of the beam members 1c and 2c to change the position. When the position is determined, the screw 13c is tightened and fixed.
[0020]
12 is inserted into a long post member 13d ′ shown in phantom lines in FIG. 5 by inserting a shaft-like support P1 suspended from the lower portion of the desktop panel TP to attach the desktop panel TP to the wiring furniture. Supports standing at the center of the upper surface. On the other hand, as shown by the solid line in FIG. 5, the base b1 of the crank-shaped bracket B1 with the second support post member 14 standing at the tip end b2 is shown by the solid line in front of the long post member 13d. The post 13d is attached to the upper end of the post 13d by screwing Bi or welding, and the second post member 14 is formed so that the shaft of an accessory device such as a task light which is a desk lamp can be inserted and supported. Since the support device 13 can be disposed at any position in the length direction of the beam members 1c and 2c, the long post member 13d 'for supporting the desktop panel TP and the post member 13d for supporting the bracket B1 are provided. Can be provided simultaneously without interfering with each other. Further, the base member 13a and the holding member 13b are connected to each other because the upper beam members 1c and 2c in the coupled frame F are directly connected to each other at the end faces thereof, and there are no obstacles between them. It can be located at any point in the length direction of 1c and 2c (including seams). Further, each of the post members 13d and 13d 'pushes and expands between the two slit members 6d and 6d in the lid member 6 and protrudes from there to the upper surface side of the lid member 6.
[0021]
In addition to the above example, the support device in the furniture for wiring according to the present invention includes those shown in FIGS. 13 to 17, and will be described below. In the apparatus shown in FIG. 13, a post member 13d is fixedly erected on the post member mounting portion on the upper surface of the base member 13a by welding or the like, and a second post member 14 is provided on the post member 13d via a bracket B. However, the post member 13d and the base part b1 of the bracket B1 are connected by welding, and the support member is suspended from the bottom surface of the desktop panel TP in the cylindrical hole 13h of the post member 13d. 5 is different from that shown in FIG. 5 in that it can be inserted. In the apparatus of FIG. 5, the base member 13a is formed with two rows of elongated holes 13e as screw insertion holes at the left and right end portions as shown in FIG. 12, but in the example of FIG. 13e is in one row (one).
[0022]
The support device shown in FIG. 14 is formed by attaching a base b1 of a substantially B-shaped bracket B2 by welding or the like to the upper end of a post member 13d erected and fixed to a mounting portion on the upper surface of a base member 13a. As shown in FIG. 15, the rising piece b3 of the bracket B2 comes into contact with the side surface of the panel main body TPb from which the side frame body TPf is removed from the desktop panel TP and is fixed by screws Bi, and the side frame body TPf is fixed from above. It is intended to be worn.
[0023]
In the present invention, accessory devices other than the desktop panel TP may be attached to the wiring furniture via a supporting device as illustrated in FIGS. 16 and 17, and this point will be described next. That is, when an attachment device other than the desktop panel TP, for example, an attachment base such as a telephone tray or a file stand has a shaft that hangs below it, in addition to the attachment mode described above with reference to FIG. using the brackets B1 of the structure shown in 16 and 17, the base portion b1 of these brackets B1, the post members 13d provided upright on the base member 13a or the base member 13a in supporting lifting device furniture present invention wire On the other hand, the shaft suspended from the accessory device is inserted into the hole of the second post member 14, so that the desktop panel TP is erected on the wiring furniture of the present invention, without interfering with it. The attached equipment can be supported.
[0024]
In FIG. 16, the bracket B1 is provided with a bolt hole Vh in the base b1, and the hole Vh is formed in a hole formed as a mounting portion of a post member 13d provided in the center of the base member 13a by bolts and nuts V and N. Instead of the member 13d, it is directly coupled. On the other hand, in the bracket B1 of FIG. 17, the shaft P2 is suspended and fixed to the lower surface of the base portion b1, and the shaft P2 is inserted into the hole of the post member 13d erected on the base member 13a. As a result, when the desk panel TP is already provided in the wiring furniture of the present invention, the bracket B1 of FIG. 16 or FIG. 17 is selected and used when it is desired to provide other accessory equipment without interfering with the panel TP. If so, the attached device can be easily installed. 5 and FIGS. 12 to 17, the same reference numerals indicate the same members and the same parts.
[0025]
The supporting device for the accessory device such as the tray described above forms a groove-like opening in the length direction of the top plate in the normal desk, counter, etc. as well as the furniture for wiring of the present invention, and below this opening. Can also be applied as it is to furniture that allows insertion and storage of wiring for OA equipment or the like.
[0026]
By the above, since an example of the structure of the furniture for wiring of this invention and the example of the support apparatus of the accessory apparatus for the furniture are comprised, it uses FIG. explain. As shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, the wiring furniture according to the present invention basically has two or more of the frames F with the cover members 4, 5 and the lid member 6 mounted in a butted state in the length direction. The connecting members such as bolts and nuts are locked in the connecting holes 1e and 2e facing each other, and the end plate is placed on the outer surface of the frame F located on the left and right outer end surfaces of the connected frame F. 11 (with auxiliary plate 11a if necessary) or end panel 12 is used.
[0027]
FIG. 7 shows the wiring furniture of the present invention in a state where the end panel 12 is attached to the frame connecting body in which the four frames F provided with the cover members 4 and 5 are connected, and the end plate 11 instead of the panel 12. The furniture for wiring according to the present invention with the head mounted on the floor in the office is placed on the cover members 4 and 5 in each frame connecting body in a direction in which the length direction of the top plate is orthogonal or in a parallel direction. By making contact and layout, the wiring of the OA device (not shown) used on the top plate of each desk D is formed over the entire length of the upper surface of each frame F by removing the lid member 6. It is thrown directly into the wiring accommodating part formed inside from the open part, or from the inside of the frame F from between the opening 6e of the lid body 6a and the slit members 6d and 6d in the lid member 6 in the applied state. Equipped with a connector such as an outlet Drawn wiring is a plan view showing a state in which to be connected to the OA apparatus side of the wiring. Since each frame F is connected and integrated by a connecting member, it is self-supporting without attaching the end panel 12, so that the desk arrangement as shown in FIG. 7 is possible.
[0028]
FIG. 8 shows the eight desks D on both sides of the frame so as to hold the wiring furniture of the present invention with the end plates 11 attached to the left and right outer ends of the frame connecting body in which the four frames F are connected. In this example, the length direction of the top plate of D is arranged along the length direction of the frame F, and in this case as well, for the OA equipment used on each desk D as in the example of FIG. The wiring can be housed in a wiring housing portion formed inside the frame F and processed with good appearance. In addition, in each connected frame F of FIG. 8, it is arbitrary whether the cover members 4 and 5 are attached to those front and back surfaces.
[0029]
The wiring furniture of the present invention described above with reference to FIG. 7 and FIG. 8 connects two or more frames F of the wiring furniture of the present invention directly in series in the length direction at their connecting holes 1e and 2e. The wiring furniture according to the present invention can be used as long as it uses connection attachments JM1 and JM2 for three or four directions as illustrated in the plan views of FIGS. In addition to the linear shape, in this example, it is possible to adopt a wiring mode in which a trident or cross shape is connected as viewed from the plane.
[0030]
The connection attachments JM1 and JM2 in FIGS. 9 and 10 have a joint surface Jf having the same width as the front and rear widths of the left and right side end surfaces of the frame F with the cover members 4 and 5 attached in the example shown in FIG. In this example, three surfaces are formed at intervals of 120 degrees, and in the example of FIG. 10, four surfaces are formed at intervals of 90 degrees. In these attachments JM1 and JM2, each joint surface Jf is a vertical gap having the same width as the vertical slit-like gap formed by the column members 1a and 2b on the left and right side end faces of the frame F to be joined. g is formed, and the upper and lower portions of the gap g are joined by a connecting metal m. The metal fitting m has the same specifications as the connecting member 3 of the frame F and is provided at the same height as the connecting member 3 in the frame F.
[0031]
The connection attachments JM1 and JM2 are connected to the connection bolt holes 1e and 2e provided on the left and right end surfaces of the frame F of the wiring furniture of the present invention, as illustrated by the attachment JM2 in FIG. Bolt holes Bh are formed at corresponding positions. Therefore, the connection of the frame F to the connection attachments JM1 and JM2 is performed by engaging the bolt holes 1e and 2e and Bh facing each other through connection members such as bolts and nuts. In FIG. 11, Ca is a cap-like cap that is attached to the upper end of the attachment JM2, and a cap (not shown) having the same shape as the planar shape shown in FIG. 9 is attached to the attachment JM1.
[0032]
Although the attachment for connecting the furniture for wiring according to the present invention is not shown, the two joint surfaces Jf are connected in a form that can be opened and closed at an arbitrary angle in a hinge shape via a hinge or a shaft, and the two joint surfaces Jf are not connected. By providing a connecting wall member that can be expanded and contracted in an accordion shape as an example on the side, the wiring furniture of the present invention connected through this attachment for attachment can be oriented at an arbitrary angle in this attachment. It becomes possible.
[0033]
